Used to be amazing :( fried rice is brown form soy sauce with zero veggies. Egg roll isn't crisp. Bourbon chicken is congealed and chicken has zero flavor. Wonton soup was mediocre. Hoping to find better in Brandon. read more

Lings is a Valrico gem. I've been eating here for over 10 years and am always happy with the quality and price. My favorite dishes are the chicken and broccoli and chicken wings. The worst Chinese food I have ever attempted to eat. Everything we ordered was cold and tasteless. Had to throw the entire $40 order in the trash. Fried Wonton: Unidentifiable Egg Roll: See Wonton above Hot & Sour soup: Tasteless Fried rice: terrible...how do you mess up fried rice? Bland! Vegetable Roll: Cold and tasteless Sweet & Sour chicken: Came with some nasty STRAWBERRY sauce???? I didn't think it was possible to screw up Chinese food but they managed to do so. They simply can't seem to get any orders right. I've ordered from them 4 times and 3 times they've messed up my order. How hard is it to double check and make sure the bags have the correct food. They proceeded to argue with me that they didn't make a mistake but I was missing 4 items and had 3 items in the bag that I didn't order. The delivery time is great and the food isn't bad but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. I won't be wasting my money with them again. read more

Very expensive for subpar food. Even the fortune cookies were stale! One of my meals came with micro-sized fried rice. Online delivery does not offer option to get pork fried rice... it's either white or fried rice for some options. Everything was bland! I got beef in hot garlic sauce ... the dish was the size of my palm. Other people in my party were very disappointed as well. General Tso chicken was thrown away because it too was bland. Fried chicken wings were tinier than normal. Very disappointed with this. Portions and taste are awful. read more

Ordering was easy and took no less than an hour for pick up. They gave me my honey but not the chicken. Hot and sour soup tasted like concentrated Gatorade. Lo mein was too soggy. Bits of chicken in the schezuan. Egg rolls are expensive for the small size given. At least the spare ribs were tasty. Apparently they will be crediting my account for the Honey chicken mishap. Happened across this take out place because it was the only one open tonight, and I'm GLAD WE DID. Their service was incredible, the food knocked any other Chinese take out spots out of the park!!! It was worth the extra few minutes drive to order from them!!! Even with my order being the run of the mill orange chicken and crab rangoons, the sauce was PERFECT, the Rangoon filling was perfectly fluffy and sweet, and the pork fried rice was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked with my favorite bean sprouts!! This restaurant's staff was working hard in the post-Irma aftermath to offer hot food for as many tired and hungry people as they could. By the time we got there, they were running out of food. However, they offered us what they had and prepared and we chose from what there was available. On a night when virtually no restaurants were open, this place did its best to sell what it had available. The food was good, the service quick. I'd eat here anytime. read more

This food is so good. We've ordered delivery from them three times now, and every time the food has been hot and perfect. They pack it so well, nothing spills. Soups are perfect. Rangoon is delish. Moo shu is very good, and the pancakes are fresh. Tonight it only took about 20 minutes for our delivery. This is our new favorite Chinese food. Tried this restaurant with delivery. Delivery was great. Food, not so much. We ordered two portions of Gen Tso's chicken but it tasted and looked nothing like what we get from other places . Looked and tasted more like sweet and sour or orange chicken. There were no veggies in it either. Normally it comes with some type of veggies. It was only chicken. The chicken and broccoli was good however. Also very expensive. $37 for 2 meals and one small chk and broc. We usually spend around 20 at other restaurants. read more

We went to place an order to be delivered to be told that I would be charged $9.00 to have it delivered. Now, I have lived in many different places and traveled many more. That is a bit extreme. When I said I I would tip the driver if I had to pay that much to have it delivered, I was told the delivery man wouldn't even deliver my food. I'm not satisfied with that at all. read more

An item was forgotten and when I called to have it re-delivered, they said that it was never ordered. I clearly ordered it but I was given an attitude as if it was my mistake, not theirs. The driver and male owner are very rude. We ordered from this restaurant through our Grubhub app. We have never had any problems with any other restaurant like this before. The order was $26.58. The restaurant never said anything about an up charge on delivery which Grubhub stated they should have notified us about after placing the order making the total $30.01. My son gave the driver $40.00, the driver stated they he had no change on him but had some in the car so my son went down to the car with the driver. The driver gave him $5.00 and said this is all I have. Stated his order was $30.01 with the upcharge on delivery that we were never informed about. Even if the order was $30.01 the change should have been $9.99 out of $40.00. Calling the restaurant was no help the owner gave my wife a hard time and then said he would bring us the money we were owed but never to order from them again. Like this was our fault, first no one notified us about the extra charge for delivery and then their driver not having enough change. So now they were getting a $6.00 delivery change and the driver was going to get a $5.00 tip. Beware of the extra charge you might not know about and you might not get all your change. I will still order food from Grubhub it is not their fault for this restaurant doing what they did. They have been notified of this situation as well. read more
