I asked if they could just add me onto the schedule since I was planning to patronize this business for a majority of the day, but they said they have no space and all I can do is just cancel the salt room experience. This was a terrible customer service experience, especially given that it was last minute and for a specific special occasion. I will never try to book anything here again, and I suggest that you avoid this place as well. UPDATE: they apparently still charged my account the full price of the services that I requested, despite saying that nothing went through. Despite saying that I only left the card in file, but they would never charge me before the services were rendered...stay far away from this place. Unable to provide the services, but they also don't want to give me my money back. They're trying to scam me out of my money. I am disputing these charges.
