From a faucet to toilet to water pipes, Angel took time to figure out the actual cause of the problem rather than do a patch work. For over 7 years no one was able fix the bathtub faucet problem I had. Many said they would need to tear down the whole bathroom to look inside. We were going to have them replace a faucet for us. And the faucet was defective from Home Depot. This company would not wait 10 minutes for us to go exchange for a new faucet. By the time their workers would have been done with the removal we would have been back. The management at this company said no and the proceeded to lie to us why the workers needed to come back. The 2 gentlemen who were at the house were top notch and really friendly, profesional and knowledgeable, but the management for this company was awful and I would never trust this company again. As a bonus, I have found out they fired the employee at my house saying it was his fault which it was not. I am sorry to hear he lost job but I am happy he got out of this bad company. Our water heater went out which left us with no hot water . We have 3 children , one being a baby, so as you can imagine this was stressful. Liquid Plumbing responded immediately and sent a plumber out. They provided great, efficient service. The plumber Steve was professional, understanding and kind. He ended up coming back on a Saturday , a day he typically does not work to ensure we got our new water installed and had hot water as soon as possible. We then realized we had a slab leak and liquid plumbing same day sent someone else , Juan to assess. Juan provided great service. He then had to come out next day with another plumber on a holiday to fix the slab leek to ensure we did not have to go another day without water. Johnny their supervisor was a pleasure to work with. A couple of weeks ago water marks turned up in our dining room and kitchen, so I ended up filing a claim through our home warranty(Fidelity). I requested Liquid Plumbing because of previous work they had done at my neighbors. Their office called right away to schedule the service request. I had the ceiling cut open prior to the day of arrival and when they came it was determined the cause was the diverter in master shower. The water had been leaking for quite some time and the damage was quite extensive! The whole ceiling from both rooms needed to be cut open and replaced. The drywall and insulation was removed and dehumidifiers/fans were placed to dry everything out. They sprayed to prevent mold. The diverter was fixed and the wax rings on the toilets were replaced. The build back was a smooth process. New insulation, drywall, and paint. The finish work looks amazing!!!!! Throughout the whole process LUIS and JUAN were very professional and answered any questions I had. In the future if I ever need any plumbing work I will use Luis and Juan from Liquid Plumbing! read more

This company showed up at our rental property in Mission Viejo, CA and the plummer, Esteban, was rude. He was had excuses why they couldn't do the work they were contracted to do. Esteban only snaked a drain and was in such a hurry to leave he almost knocked me down when he left. This company only does the minimum which more people could DYI. They cannot fix any plumbing leaks in a wall because they do not have a contractors license. Because of the changes in California Law, plumbers now have to go back and obtain their contractors license to go into a wall or ceiling to repair plumbing. It's not that difficult to obtain the contractor license, and comply. How can you call yourself a plummer when you cannot access a leak in a wall. This company was hired by our Fidelity Home Warranty Company and took the contract knowing the leak was in the ceiling. They shouldn't have contracted with Fidelity when they are not licensed (general contract license) to do the work. They wasted my time. Tip: Hire a full service plumber, one who has a contractor license and force these types of plumbers to comply or go out of business. read more
