My rating is based on Cesar - used home warranty for the Garbage Disposal and they immediately called and made the appointment right away the next day not a week later like some other companies do . They sent out Cesar who was on time as I had an appointment that was very important to get to they day . Cesar came in and was happy to wear a mask for my elderly mom and replaced the garbage disposal for us quickly and was nice while doing it . Called Liquid plumbing mid October to fix leaky faucet. I asked him to check with insurance to replace since its 30 years old. He called insurance but went with repair, it did not work and kept leaking, we called him back, so he showed up and stopped the leak. Faucet kept making loud noise. I called insurance after that and they said he recommended repair. one month later start leaking again. Responsible managing officer (Jose) does not care about good workman ship and he hire unqualified people. I contact liquid plumbing through webside and never good response. AVOID this plumbing company! I had a leak in bathtub drain that was as possibly leaking into the downstairs condo. I called my home owners warranty and they sent a guy from liquid plumbing to investigate. I say "guy" because I don't even know if he was actually a licensed plumber, based on his troubleshooting skills. So he came in and found my bathtub drain loose, which I told him about. He attempted to remove it but couldn't because the threads apparently were stripped. He left outside several times making phone calls, I assume to his supervisor to get advise. Red flag #1. After about 20-30 minutes of phone calls, he came back in and said he would need to get access to the drain from the ceiling of the neighbor below. I was like "what, why can't you access through the adjacent wall in my bedroom?". He looked at the wall in my bedroom and said he could not get access there because there would be a piece of wood that blocks access. Then, he got another phone call and said had to leave to go to another job. Basically left me hanging. Needless to say, the warranty company said they would not cover access from another persons property. I ended up calling my own plumber, who wasn't available until Monday (3 days later). When he came , he immediately gained access through my bedroom wall from an access door that was already there, and completed the repair in less than 2 hrs! Going Tankless? Don't look further. Steve is your guy. He is not the owner but he is the tankless guru and certified Rinnai tech/warranty repair guru! I purchased a unit with anticipation of installing inside. Steve took a look at the unit, agreed with the model, but spent over an hour determining the best location. After much deliberation, Steve determined the best area to install that I would have never guessed. He is a true tradesman - like those guys in the east coast. Prices are VERY reasonable too. Give Liquid Plumbing a call if you're thinking tankless. Much better than the alternative bigger companies who try and upsell and definitely don't have the experience that Steve has. read more

I purchased a new Rheem water heater from Home Depot, it was defective. Rheem sent me some parts, and assigned Liquid Plumbing to come out to replace those parts. I was not too keen on the first gentleman who was sent to my house.. and since a new part was needed, I was still without hot water. Not his fault at all. Rheem didn't diagnose the issue properly. I spoke with the manager and asked that they send a different plumber on the next trip, when the third part came in. I am a believer in second chances, so I was very happy when Jose (not the first guy who came days before) arrived. He installed the new part after finding where the gas leak was coming from, excellent. He even helped install new water lines, a gas line, and gas valve. He was also friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to really know his stuff. I am glad I gave them that second chance.. things happen, and it's not always anyone in particular's fault.. but i am grateful for Jose and the Liquid Plumbing Team who cleaned up Rheem's mess!! read more
