So now I get in my car and drive all the way to Ulta, got the shampoo and asked the young lady why they couldn't just call me, asked questions to make sure it's me and hand him over the shampoo???? Why did I have to drive all the way to the store ??? She explained they can't hand it over to anyone who isn't on the pu list, I then said, it's Shampoo, not a $3000.00 lap top, they really should try harder on the customer service part of this. I paid over $60.00 for a bottle of shampoo and received ZERO customer service. I shop there a lot, even had his hair cut at the salon (way over rated by the way, very expensive). When you charge a lot you need to try harder to make your customers happy. NOT happy, all this over a bottle of Shampoo, really?? What 18 yr is trying to get over on a bottle of Shampoo, a lil common sense and customer service goes a long way, sometimes you need to think, not everything is black and white. I know about the unpredictability of using henna and then dying with color, especially with products that use developer, due to the chemical reaction between the two. What I'm disappointed about is that when I asked about which dye to use, it turned into a conversation about how much of a bad decision it was and that I was going to "go bald" by burning all my hair off. How I expected the conversation to go was to do a test strand and purchase a sample bottle of a lifting agent before using a permanent color dye. After being discouraged from coloring my hair, I went ahead and bought my regular hair products, along with a new pair of scissors, since my previous pair had outlived their usefulness. There I met the excellent Lindsey who was so kind and did not make me feel weird when I asked a ton of noob questions about Shapeware. She was signing off for the day, but handed me off to Victoria. I ended up with the right Shapeware that went seamlessly under my new cocktail dress. I am so delighted that I found what I needed at the very last minute and that Nordstrom had the right people in the right place to help me. I'm leaving my regular department store and making Nordstrom my first choice now.

I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again
