Feel free to reach out for an in depth review. Regret coming here. It was an obvious red flag when the esthetician wasn't able to answer most of my questions, specifically basic post procedure questions. Also refused to answer some questions twice, as though asking a question more than once was deemed unacceptable and non-billable. Said they only used "natural" products, and DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide, claiming "hydrogen peroxide isn't natural," but that is in fact the product they used. Lots of conflicting and contradictory information was provided. The esthetician seemed rushed and impatient. Applied the product so quickly and inadequately with her hair flopping around my mouth. Did not have good results. In fact, resulted in severe chemical damage due to lack of adequate gum protection applied. The before and after photos confirm chemical damage and gum recession. Save your teeth. DO NOT COME HERE. It's a business that's purely focused on making money. Their clinical practice questions their moral character.

I know about the unpredictability of using henna and then dying with color, especially with products that use developer, due to the chemical reaction between the two. What I'm disappointed about is that when I asked about which dye to use, it turned into a conversation about how much of a bad decision it was and that I was going to "go bald" by burning all my hair off. How I expected the conversation to go was to do a test strand and purchase a sample bottle of a lifting agent before using a permanent color dye. After being discouraged from coloring my hair, I went ahead and bought my regular hair products, along with a new pair of scissors, since my previous pair had outlived their usefulness. Safe to say I won't be returning here again.

There were two other Nordstrom staff looking up stuff on their phones but no one to help a customer. I get to the register, ask for the big & tall section for suits, and Nordstrom doesn't have one. So I waited, waited, and waited just to find they didn't even have what was needed. Nordstrom should staff up for big sales and get efficient cashiers in the men's section. I got a lovely Michael Kors suit at Macy's in a 44 Long and they have a much bigger suit section. Also, their Black Friday in July sale was worth it so Nordstrom's loss is Macy's gain. Take note!

I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing!
