I was involved in an accident last year in which I was at fault. As my auto insurance policy (not with State Farm at the time) was coming to an end, I was already expecting a price hike when it came time to renew. I have had a great experience with Lisa and her agency. Last year, our previous insurance gave us a headache of an experience when my sister got into a car accident (that was NOT her fault) and we needed to find a new one. So naturally, I had a ton of questions and needed information to be explained clearly. The agent I spoke with was friendly and made me feel comfortable, taking the time to explain the coverage and answer my questions. She asked about my family related to insurance, about our needs and experiences so that she knew where we were coming from and what to get us. They didn't just "sell" and seemed to genuinely care about me as well as their own job well. They answered things promptly or follow-up things they had to check or get back to me on. I was ecstatic that we ended up saving more money by doing a bundle (home owner's, auto, etc.). The name speaks for itself (those commercials!) on what they offer but it is the people work there that make it a personable experience! Overall likes: - personable & caring (not like salespeople) - prompt with answering questions and follows up - good rates, saved us $$ (doing a bundled policy) - courtesy calls /friendly reminders when insurance is due Dislikes: - none right now. I was in an accident that nearly killed me, due to severe spinal cord injury. I was paying for what I believed was the highest coverage. Lisa Leung and her associates lied about my coverage and coverage policies and how they worked. I would stay away from these people. Even though they didn't follow company policy and procedures per State Farm, State Farm was still obligated to protect her. Lisa Leung even yelled at me after my accident instead of asking if I was okay, and said you deserve what you get and what you pay for. $20-40 difference in coverage, over the max coverage, was what I was told by another State Farm Agent. This agency keeps on sending my marketing letters all the time even though my family is already signed up with State Farm!! Even when I contacted the agent by email to have my father's name removed from their mailing list, she said she would only "try" to have it removed. After that her response, many months have passed, and she continued to keep on sending me more and more letters even after I asked her to stop sending me stuff!! read more
