Visited with a girlfriend and our two kids (age 6) and overall it was a lovely outing. The ambiance is beautiful -- very traditional British tea room with elegant décor and high-quality china. The service was excellent and the tea selection was wonderful. Even the kids enjoyed the experience. Come for the beautiful British tea-room atmosphere and impeccable service -- just don't come expecting the food to be the highlight. The sandwiches and scones were fine but nothing particularly memorable, and the rainbow cake we tried was extremely sweet. For the price point, I expected the food quality to be better. I was also surprised that the food was not served on the classic tiered tray -- everything came out on separate plates instead. Another thing to note: they do not allow sharing plates. If adults share with kids they add about $15 per person, which can add up quickly. Typical pricing from the menu is approximately: Afternoon tea selections: about $28.95-$52.95 per person Children's tea: around $29.95 High Tea for Two: about $99.95 Tax and about 20% gratuity are added, so the total can climb quickly. Our bill for two adults and two kids came to about $215, and we ordered fairly conservatively. I've done afternoon tea in several places, and the ambience here is among the nicest -- I just wish the food matched the setting. Overall, this feels more like an occasion spot for the ambiance and tea experience rather than the food itself. With such beautiful ambience and excellent service already in place, elevating the food quality and presentation (especially a classic tiered tray) would make the experience truly exceptional.

This was a cute spot to celebrate a birthday. My niece wanted to have a tea party and we booked a Saturday afternoon slot. We didn't have a large party and didn't opt for the private area. Spots do fill up quickly for private room reservations. We had Karen as our server. She answered all our questions and came in to check on us throughout our time. She brought out a cute heart petite four with butterfly gummies and a candle for the birthday girl, it was a nice touch. The sandwiches and pastries are small, it's not filling unless you order multiple servings. The room is nicely decorated and the gift shop area is just as cute. The Prince's Passion and French Vanilla tea were the best ones. We also ordered the Duchess Delight, Chamomile Lemon, and Summer Regatta.

I think it is crazy that I have not made a review for this place yet. I have been taking daughter here every year around December to enjoy the cmas decor and place settings. I love that there is a child's menu. The scones and sandwiches taste pretty good. I always finish it and never have leftovers! I can never decide what tea I want because there are so many but you can never go wrong with anything. The parking is limited in the back but there is street parking so there is nothing to worry about. Service is always so sweet and nice

    Adorable kids' dessert plate. :)

We always love Lisa's Tea Treasures! When my daughter got sick, they were so understanding and happily rescheduled for the following week. We enjoy celebrating special occasions here, as it is beautiful, elegant, and such a treat! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is fantastic, and the tea room is so lovely. They are also so welcoming and kind to children. We're very fortunate to have such a wonderful tea room in Campbell!

My Goddaughter chose Lisa's Tea Treasures to help me celebrate my birthday. The ambiance is a lovely Victorian tea setting complete with beautiful and elegant tea servings. There is a magnificent and extensive selection of teas and wonderful combinations of lunch menu options. Karen(our server),was knowledgeable and delightful and offered suggestions on how to best enjoy each selection. We ordered three different lunch choices and enjoyed every one of them!!! The fresh scones with Devonshire cream and preserves was the best I have ever tasted!!! All the tea sandwiches were so yummy!!! Mostly everything here is truly wonderful, except for the hostess,Keena/Kina(sp.?). We arrived at around 4pm. There wasn't friendly greeting whatsoever. With a scowl on her face,we were informed to "hurry up"as the kitchen was closing soon, and she was quite rude and a bit cold about it. I don't think I saw a smile on her face the whole time we were there...only a sour attitude. My contention is to why a 4pm lunch reservation would be taken if there isn't adequate time to order. We fished our lunch at a little after 6pm. The restaurant was empty except for our party of three. My Goddaughter was listening to the different sounds of the service bells and Kina enters telling my Goddaughter to "stop playing with the bells". My Goddaughter stated that she wasn't playing with them but was only curious as to hear the delightful sound of each bell to see if they were each different. She was rudely told not to play with them as the servers would think that assistance was needed. The place was empty!!! It was blatant that Kina did not enjoy our presence there and we never felt welcomed by her at all. It's really a shame,Kina put a dampener on what was supposed to be a wonderful celebration... On the fair side though, everything else was absolutely lovely.

A nice snack/lunch spot to enjoy afternoon tea with some treats and with some great company or solo. The vibes here give cozy and high noon tea at the same time. There's a private room available and open area seating. Highly recommended to make a reservation. The savory treats were delicious and I enjoyed the different unique teas. Service was also great. I recommend and would come back again.

Pricey but you are paying for the service, decor and atmosphere as well as the tea/treats. Leasurely pace that allows you to fully relax and enjoy your dining companion(s). Everything was tasty and fresh. Would be a fun Mother's Day, bridal party or baby shower venue.

For special occasions, we love going to afternoon tea and particularly choose to go to Lisa's because of their kid friendly menu and warm/friendly service. Kids can choose from unlimited hot cocoa or lemonade. The food is very fresh, too. Delightful interior decor and even staff uniforms bring you back to the Victorian era. I personally just surf on my phone while enjoying but I encourage my kids to bring a book and read, too.

I went here with a friend for tea on a Friday afternoon. Making reservations was simple and the establishment got back to me right away with a confirmation. Note that they are closed on Mondays. We arrived and we're seated promptly in a charming tea room. Service was fast and friendly. Our tea and food selections arrived quickly and were arranged beautifully. We each had different types of tea with a selection of sweet and savory items. Everything was delicious. We found the experience peaceful and we didn't feel at all rushed. We had two hours to enjoy our tea and it was the perfect amount of time. Side note: there is ample parking in the rear.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Lisa's Tea Treasures! My best friend booked us a reservation for afternoon tea for my birthday. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately to one of my favorite spaces, where we had the side where the couch was. We were greeted by our server, Rachel (great name!), where we ordered our tea sets and were provided with such great service. The ambiance and the look of the room was great, super floral and really gives that Alice in wonderland tea party vibes. We were served our tea, which I got the English breakfast tea with a side of honey, sugar, and milk, and had some biscoff biscuits along side it. We had 2 hours to enjoy ourselves and felt very comfortable in the space. Then, our teaser came out for our small sandwiches and don't let the photos fool you because they filled us up very quickly. The egg sandwiches and spinach was my ab solute favorite, and once we were done eating and got to the dessert menu, tbh surprised me with a happy birthday candle and small spoon. I highly recommend to come here and I will be coming back, it was so fun and the food was great! They also have an area where you can buy Knick knacks as well :)

I went into Lisa's retail spot since I called earlier to ask about clotted cream... was making a traditional English tea time for my son's English class - the kids were going to talk about the time period and experience "tea time." Had never had clotted cream before, so was hoping I could try a tester from the restaurant before actually purchasing a jar. The restaurant makes it daily, and was out by the time I arrived. The lady who helped me gave me the recipe... they add cream to the clotted and whisk it, so it's fluffier. She suggested whipping cream, but I actually used mascarpone since it wouldn't need the sugar. I really liked it.... Super fluffy and went well with the jam! The service was excellent though, I found her super helpful. Even told her what I was planning on making and she provided insightful advice on a traditional English tea time. Note: I ended up getting the clotted cream at Whole Foods, was $5 less! But I did buy two small divided dishes for the clotted cream and honey butter. Will need to come back to try their tea time... I had fun making my tiers, but it's a lot of work!

    Elegant table setting.

I tried two drinks, a Vietnamese iced coffee made less sweet and a 3/4 sweet peach... peach something. I forget the name, but the menu is small it's the peach one. Both were fantastic. Definitely on the sweet side but not "this is melted ice cream" sweet like I've had at some places. I'd still probably get the peach one 50% next time. The Vietnamese iced coffee was very intensely flavored, had a great texture, and for whatever reason wasn't as hyper-caffeinated as some I'd had. I've had some Vietnamese coffees that made me feel like I was going to bounce off the walls, this was more mellow. But it still has the strong coffee flavor I'm used to. The peach drink was super refreshing, full of peach flavor, but again the level of sugar wasn't cloying at all. And the little chunks of peach added a nice texture to the experience. Again, not an expert on milk tea/boba, but this was probably some of the best I've had, definitely the best I can remember. Inside the shop is a bit spartan but there's seating for a few groups. You order via a kiosk and then someone brings the drinks out to the counter, so it's a bit impersonal. They take credit cards and the parking lot is a little tight.

I thought great, and took pictures of the inside of the shop (it was empty) We sat down, and noticed the height of the table was very low to the benches, and the stools were very squat, more child sized. I did think the shop was nicely decorated, and appeared clean. I asked my daughter did she see any employees when she arrived, and she replied no. I thought that was weird, and she laughed and said she ordered and paid through the kiosk. After a while a lady appear from behind the curtain, and said "Your order", no eye contact or smile. We grabbed our drinks, and walked out, taking sips of our different teas. Mine was very sweet, and my daughters was very strong, it tasted over brewed and too sweet. We really disliked her tea flavor. We were disappointed, I added water and ice to mine, it helped, my daughter's tea order was a loss.
