Litchi Delights is a hidden gem in Cooper City, in the same plaza as Aroma marketplace (right next to cold stone). A lot of people may not realize that they serve Ramen, poke bowls and dumplings. I think their name is a little vague and sounds like they just serve sweets or bubble tea, but that is not the case. They have MANY customizable options for their poke bowls and they are very fresh and tasty. I had shredded Kani (imitation crab) with carrots, edamame, seaweed, a little cream cheese and eel sauce on sushi rice, topped with some crispy fried onions. Lots of choices to make it as healthy or delicious as you want with many different toppings (garlic, nori, sesame seeds, etc) and sauces (ponzu, yum yum, spicy mayo, sesame oil). They also have nice sushi options, lots of steamed or fried gyoza. We signed up for their rewards and got to spin a wheel for a prize, which turned out to be sesame balls filled with red bean paste. They came out hot and had a perfect texture with toasty sesame seeds snapping into a chewy, flavorful bite. All of this was under $60 and fast enough that we were able to get in and out in about 30 minutes. Really a great option when you want something nicer and healthier than fast food but don't feel like a formal sit down dinner. Fun, casual vibe. And you can get ice cream from cold stone after if you like that kind of thing and you didn't already eat four sesame balls. read more

This review is only for their noodle bowl. I was hungry and decided to stop by. Got the homemade chicken dumpling with rice noodles. When it came out it only had 3 dumplings, some broccoli, canned corn, and 2 pieces of fish cake. My total for that was $17. The menu says they were homemade dumplings and those were definitely not homemade. Although, the dumplings were good and the broth was not bad. Definitely expected more or better quality for that price. read more

Finally tried this poke place that is very near me. So glad I did and wish I had sooner! Came by after work in the early evening to pick up dinner. It was completely empty with lots of seating but looks like take out is popular. I went with salmon and spicy salmon bowl. The worker was patient as I selected all my ingredients. Commonly, I can put down a bowl and still have room for more. This one had great weight and I actually had some trouble finishing it all. The only negative remark was the kimchi tasted off to me. Not sure if it was just me not liking the type of kimchi they had or something else, but I just put it to the side after narrowing down what "that taste" was. Price was normal. Conveniently located in the Sedano's shopping center, you will find boba tea, smoothies, poke bowls, appetizers, salads and sushi on their menu. While I didn't try it, their poke bowls selection looked good! You can either choose one off the menu or build your own (almost like you do at Chipotle)! Delicious bubble tea! My favorite in the area. Tuna poke bowl is not great, and is really expensive. Also came with a cup of cream cheese, I'm guessing to make it look "full". I don't appreciate places that pose as different names on Uber Eats. I ordered poke delivery from Poke To Go several months ago and didn't love it. Tried a "different" spot (Litchi Snow Ice) and found it came from the same address. I would not have ordered from here if it didn't appear as an entirely different store (Pines Poke) again! For starters, I've always gone to a few Litchi Delights locations but never noticed this location so nearby! The service was impeccable and the ambiance was very fun, interactive and family/friend oriented with stickers, candies and sticky notes to leave your mark anywhere. I ordered the South Beach Roll, a Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, a Thai Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca and Lychee Jelly. The teas were refreshing, especially with the lychee jellies, and the south beach roll was amazinggg!! Definitely for the non-seafood eater. The Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen was also great, and I added grilled beef as a protein which made it all the more flavorful. Aside from great customer service the food is amazing. The staff was very helpful it's helping me decide what to order since it was my first time visiting.
