Best auto body shop around! I was driving late at night and hit a deer. The deer survived but the hood of my car not so much. Lito's Auto Body was the first company I came across and they were the first ones I called. I spoke with Carrie at the front desk, I explained what had happed and I told her that I had never hit anything before and was unsure of the process. She was so helpful! she walked me through exactly what I needed to do to get my car fixed. After that she asked me if I could please bring my car in and they would take pictures of the car and get me over a quote right away. When I arrived I was greeted by a lady named GG who I believe is the owner. GG was so nice a friendly, her and I walked out to my car and took pictures. She reassured me that is wasn't that bad and my insurance would handle it. I left and within maybe an hour someone form Litos was already calling me back to give me a price. I decided to go with Lito's auto body shop. I got them over all the necessary information they needed from me on my insurance and they took care of the rest. They are able to fix my car within a matter of day and get it back to me all nicely washed and vacuumed. I would d100% recommend this auto body shop to everyone I know. I agree with the first reviewer when it comes to excellent service. It is true that body shops are probably not on the top of the list when it comes to good reviews, but Lito Auto Body is certainly at the very top of the list! I got in an accident this last summer (08) and it was pretty bad. My car had to be towed to the shop because the damage was too much to drive it there. I was very shook up and I was having some trouble getting myself together, when Georgene (owner) took the time to make sure I was ok first. She spent 45 minutes sitting with me and talking. I know is was a small gesture, but she gave me a bottle of water and it really ment a lot to me, knowing that they truley cared about me (their customer). Meanwhile, Randy (Owner) was on the phone with my insurance company setting up the claim and getting things moving on my repair. Randy was really nice to work with because I did not understand many of the car terms he was using and he took the time to make sure I understood fully what was going on with my car. It was during that point in the day I realized I needed to pick up a precription for my father. Long story short they drove me to the store and then back to work; I found this yet again to be very kind. As for the repair, it did take a while considering the damage was pretty extensive. It originally was determined that my repair was going to take 2.5 weeks. There were issues with getting my parts, however this was the dealerships fault and not Lito's. Once I got my car back, it looked GREAT!! I was very concerned about the paint matching because it was a deep maroon color and my neighbor had told me that matching the color was probably going to be hard. Nevertheless, it matched seemlessly. I was very impressed on the personal touches Lito's gave to my situation. I guess there is a reason why they have been in business for over 40 years! I was rear-ended when in Napa for work, and the staff at Lito were very friendly and accomadating! They didn't mind waiting hours for me to figure out insurance stuff. In the end they didn't end up doing repairs because the insurance deemed the car totaled, but I would recommend them based on service. They even called to let me know I'd left my fastrak in the car, and offered to mail it to me. read more

This place is amazing. I am a single parent and need my car to transport my 3 kids so I specifically chose to drop my car off when I wouldn't have my kids for a while. As sometimes happens, the day my car was to be ready they found that as the put the new parts on, they did not fit properly. It was going to take an additional day which I didn't have, my kids were coming home and I needed the car to transport them. Once again, it was not Lito's fault the part didn't fit but sensing the disappointment in my voice, they offered to rent a car for me until my car was repaired! Without prompting or anything! My car was in this shop for over a month. When I finally got it back- after being told every week that it was almost finished- I drove ten miles and things fell apart, making it undrivable! I had rented a car for all that time and it had to go back in twice. They are friendly but incompetent. read more

I accidentally found Lito's while I was looking for another Auto Body business in Napa. What luck! From the moment I walked in their doors to inquire about an estimate to the day I picked up my Chevy Avalanche which had been repaired to perfect condition. Their work is outstanding and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. My vehicle was repaired within days and they worked with me and my insurance limitations to make it affordable. I will not hesitate to return to them in the future if I ever need auto body repair work and I will recommend them to friends and family. LOVE these guys. Awesome. Professional. Just down right honest and great people. The front desk gal was so professional and helpful and Randy, I just can't think of enough amazing things to say about this guy. I have a 1999 Honda Accord that was hit on the passenger door. It looked like an elephant sat on it. In a few days my door was fixed and it didn't break the bank to repair. Randy was so honest. It is an older car that I just wanted to be put back in the condition it was in before the accident and he did just that. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want. I hate to say this but being a female walking into a car repair shop I can't help but think man are these people going to sell me dirty underwear and charge me $2k for it, but I just didn't get that from these guys. I took my car in after I had gotten hit and run. The ladies behind the desk we're friendly but didn't seem like they had clue what was going on. I asked for a time or date I could expect my car like any good car owner should do. They said they would call me as soon as the estimate was made. It took them 3 days to get the estimate out and then I was the one always reaching out to them. I took it in with front end damage and got the vehicle 1 or 2 weeks later as I pulled up they told me I should wait a little because my car has no gas. I went to a class I had at the college only to come back try to start my car and the battery is completely dead. They jumped me and I went home throughout that day and the next my car refused to start. I called them to let them know what happened, they sent a AAA tow truck to help me he told me to run and drive my car to let the battery charge up. I did just as instructed only to pull into my driveway turn off the car and turn it on again to find it dead. Now Lito's front desk woman told me I would get a new battery free of charge. When the tow truck did show the driver told me I would be charged because of the age of my battery. Now I did not have a dead battery when I brought it to Lito's I had a damaged front end. They did everything in their power to avoid me. By asking for names of who've I've talked to (when they don't introduce themselves on the phone) or have me talk to the passive-aggressive owner. I do not take my car in for something to get fixed and immediately get it back and have another thing wrong with it. Lito's auto body just got the insurance money and my deducible and decided that now I had to deal with it on my own. Not to mention my front lip was sloppily put back on. this is not the only review here where someone has been taken advantage of because of our age and that is discrimination in a nutshell. read more
