I'm reviewing this location from the perspective of selling items…read more I've sold clothing, books, and toys here on three separate occasions. They have high standards for the clothing they accept---no stains or noticeable wash wear, which I actually appreciate because it keeps the quality of their inventory high. If your items are in excellent condition, they're not overly picky about brands, sizes, or seasons. Each time I've brought items in, they've accepted close to 80% of what I brought. I only bring clothing that's in like-new condition, which helps make the process easier for everyone. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the wait time for them to review and buy clothing. Their estimated times are often very inaccurate sometimes by hours. If I lived nearby, it wouldn't be a big deal, but I live almost an hour away, so it can turn into an all-day trip just to sell one bin of clothing. The female manager (I think, she's always there) is wonderful. She is friendly, welcoming, and always a pleasure to work with. Some of the younger employees, however, could be more welcoming and improve their customer interactions. Overall, I've had positive experiences selling here and will continue to come back, but I do wish the turnaround times were more accurate.

You can't expect to get $10 per item you brought back. All the stuff they sell are marked at really good prices so they need to make a profit as well. He's doing a good deed with the prices he marks the clothes as. I've purchased from here and it's really affordable and cute stuff. I think we should remember to be kind to everyone because we don't know what the employees or the owner goes through with different customers everyday. He's always been kind to me and that should tell you something. Also, this is clothes our child(ren) won't fit in anymore so let's not be to harsh on what they offer.

I'm not a big Gap person. I don't seek them out and usually pass them up when I go to the mall. We…read morewere in the Marina outlet shopping center and had time so we stopped in the gap. At first I wasn't impressed. Mostly T-shirt's and sweat shirts and casual clothing. I'm not in need of casual clothing at this time. Looking on the wall I saw some slacks. They were on sale and reasonable priced so I took a closer look. They had my size, 4, short so I decided to try a pair on. They fit perfect and they had black. I don't have any black pants due to they attract fuzz and dog hair. When I had my dog I got rid of all my black pants due they looked tacky with all her hair on it. There was no getting out of the house hairless. Now that she passed this is the perfect time to invest in some black slacks. I am now ready for fall and winter. It's going to look fabulous with my sweaters and blouses.

I can almost always find the size i'm looking for and when I don'tI just ask someone nearby and they find someone to help me or if it's their department they go to the back and look. Almost every time I find the size I need. The lines get crazy long! Especially on weekends so when I do decide to come here I come on a week day and exactly at 10am when they open.

I really love shopping here. I have always loved thrifting the thrill of the hunt and not knowing…read morewhat you will find. Eco Thrift has NO fitting rooms so plan accordingly. I wear layered clothing or leggings and a slim fitting top. The store is well organized and sections are clearly marked. As with many thrift stores there are different colors marked down every day please listen for the announcements or check the board. I would recommend grabbing a cart because last time I went I found quite a bit and was carrying around my treasures. As with thrifting you never know what you are going to discover. The last time I went I came out with two fantastic finds one a H&M black cotton dress suitable for work wear and take you straight into evening or happy hour. The ruffle tiered dress I admit I paid more than I wanted to but Google came to the rescue and I saw several original retail prices and I found it over $ 100.00 brand new so I decided to splurge and purchase the dress. Service I can't comment on because I usually don't ask for help and there is self checkout available. But I don't know if my last encounter with customer service I should be flattered or insulted. I was checking out my items and the lady that was working at the front thought I was stealing my OWN jacket that I came in wearing! I said this jacket is mine check the cameras I was wearing it when I came in here! All in all a great thrift store but give yourself time because there is so much to look at. I find if I give myself time I find more treasures rather than just rushing through. Also, keep your finds close at hand with the case of the orange ruffle dress after people saw me put it on they were asking if I was going to purchase it while I was trying it on! There were people definitely waiting for me to put it down. Good Luck and Happy thrifting

By then, many of the best items have already been picked over, which makes it really difficult to shop. I enjoy shopping here and understand that opening times can sometimes change, but I would really appreciate it if the information given over the phone matched the actual opening time. Accurate hours would help customers plan their visits and have a fair chance at finding good items.
