Little Bohemian is my go-to spot to get all things littles! It's the perfect spot to swoop baby showers gifts like cute swaddles, toys, and books and is affordably priced. The owner is super sweet and has been so helpful in selecting the most adorable clothes for my littles, as well as my nieces and nephews. The store overall has a perfectly curated selection of apparel and accessories, with a lot of thought going into sustainable and American made products. Sad to see bitter reviews from people who didn't fully read / ask about the return policy, trying to shame a small business online. I was strolling around Laguna Beach and saw this cute little clothing store. The woman working there (the owner?) pointed out to my friend and me which items were on sale, so we looked through the sale items. Some of the items didn't have prices. My friend found a darling top without a price, and we asked the woman working there how much it cost. She seemed to make up a price off the top of her head. Since the price was fluid, I countered with a lower price. She immediately turned into a melodramatic witch and contorted her face and manner with affected offense and said, with grand drama,"Are you SERIOUS?" I said,"Yes." She gasped, her mouth agape, and rolled her eyes at me. But she DID accept the lower price that I offered. We paid and left. Note to the rude, histrionic storekeeper: the appropriate response to price negotiation is a simple and polite "yes" or "no". Theatrics are unprofessional. read more

The way I was treated by the store owner whenever I came in to make a return for an item that was never taken out of the bag was simply disgusting. She was very rude and snappy, saying that there were no returns which was never told to me when I purchased the $60 child Tee 2 days prior. It's also not anywhere written in the store NOR stated on my receipt. After long, she agreed to the return and snatching my credit card out of my hand before I even extended my arm to her and then continued to speak under her breath and respond in a way that scared away the other customers shopping at the time. I would not support a business that treats their customers this way. read more

I stopped in here while being a tourist in Laguna Beach to get a couple of books for my boyfriend's niece and her little friend. The lady that owns the store was SUPER helpful in helping me pick out an age-appropriate title. Not having any children myself, I wasn't sure what sort of book I should purchase for a five year old. She pointed me to two really great selections, and even though that was all I bought (a total of like $14), she gift wrapped them SO beautifully, I was really excited to give them to the girls. They loved them! Some of the items were a bit pricey, but everything is SO adorable that if I could afford it, I would have bought multiple things for my boyfriend's niece and the new baby his sister is expecting. I hope they're still around should I decide to have a child someday, because everything was just ADORABLE. Bottom line: Cute merchandise, cute storefront, exceptional customer service from the owner-- FANTASTIC experience here. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I will never shop here and suggest others find alternatives for pricey baby clothes. My mother-in-law has foot problems, and we walked through the store using the alley entrance. An employee immediately told us to go around if we weren't buying anything. I have a one-year-old and my mother-in-law loves spoiling her grand kids. I let her know we were browsing. Then we left without buying anything, and the same employee reiterated that, "Next time we should walk around the store." I let her know there will not be a "next time." read more

This store is super cute & I love all the brands in here! but the customer service prevents me from wanting to shop here ever again. I was shopping with my sister & mom a few days ago and my sister and i went in to check it out super quick and we were never greeted or asked if we needed help or anything.
