the lady up front was amazing, and have great customer service skills. I just wanted to write a review as I noticed it was cooler outside in the humid 85 degree weather than it was inside the store during their dinner rush. The poor employees have to be baking inside while busting their butts making pizzas, and yet they still had great attitudes. MANAGEMENT PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE YOU CATCH YOURSELVES A LAWSUIT. I hate to leave this review, because for years I've loved this place and bought from them regularly. But the recent change in management is so awful, I just had to say something. I bought a pizza and breadsticks tonight. The bread that was used for both was the most insane texture I've ever tasted. It was as if the dough didn't rise, or it's a new recipe altogether. It was extremely hard and chewy - almost a gummy texture. So weird. This happened last time too, a few weeks ago. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased again, thinking it was a mistake. Jokes on me I guess. When we called to tell them about this (not even to get our money back, just to tell them about how awful the food is so they can fix it), the person answering the phone barely spoke English and was unable to understand what we were saying. Don't get me wrong, I love America's many cultures and love when people celebrate their heritage by speaking their native language! But in a customer service setting, you need to have someone that is able to communicate with customers effectively. Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed. The workers act like they don't understand English at all. You have to tell them at least twice what your order actually is then when they repeat it back it's wrong. You have to wait 5 minutes for anyone to walk up front while you hear them in the back yelling, dancing, & playing loud music. Majority of the pizza is burnt or it was left out all day. I can't believe I just experienced this. I ordered my pizza order online at www.littlecaesars.com. You will received an automated email with a code to enter so you open the vending machine for contactless delivery. I noticed when I enter this Little Caesars there is already a customer receiving his order. I then proceed to the vending machine and place my code in from the email. When the glass oven rotates and opens up...nothing is there. The manager looks confused..as well as I am. The manager then immediately runs out with another pizza to the previous customer that was in there before me. I noticed outside the manager and the previous customer did an exchange of pizzas. The manager then walks in and hands me the pizza that the previous customer had in his work truck. WTF??? How did the previous customer get my pizza, if I have the code generated to my email. Another customer had just come in..so I politely stepped out of the way for the next customer to receive service. When the manager was available, I explained to him..with this pandemic and covid..I don't feel comfortable eating this and would like a refund. The manager began to argue with me and let me know that he did not eat it (referencing the previous customer). That could be true, however, the previous customer may have symptoms and could have coughed, sneezed, touched etc...on this pizza. He then took the pizza and shouted "You're right". I noticed he dumped the pizza somewhere and out of the same area grabbed a tray and dumped some ingredients on it and put in the oven. He said he is making me another one. I would like to note...he is not wearing a mask!!!! There are CDC mandates in TN, especially in Williamson County, TN and the city of Franklin, TN. Throughout this process, of not wearing a mask, the weird pizza exchange and not refunding my order to begin with...I left the store. There is no receipt except through the email. I have no idea what he may have done to the pizza through his attitude and behaviors. I then went to Marco's Pizza down the street. Happily they were wearing masks and were very friendly. I love a good thin crust pepperoni pizza from here... if they have it. Been here a few times where they haven't been able to make one. Also, the employee behind the counter was somewhat nice, but appears fairly rude. I asked for a couple things "like sauces, drinks, etc." and rather than saying anything to me, he just stood there and waited for me to grab the stuff. I understand my ignorance, but it could have been handled better. Let's just say, we have decided to get our weekly thin crust pizzas from Dominos here on out. read more

My kids and wife wanted a delicious little caesars pizza after a long day of work and school. Little caesars is our favorite pizza place, and let me just tell you it looked like our pizza had been sitting out for days, and the crazy bread was a hard as bamboo shoot... you could've knocked someone out with one of those. Another big disappointment with this place! Just had the worst pizza ever! Ordered the highly over-priced "extra most bestest" pepp with stuffed crust. First off, I called in the order and was told it would be 5 munutes. When I arrived they told me the order didn't get placed, so I waited 15i munutes for my order to be done. Once I got the pizza home I found it to have very little of everything except sauce, which it was flooded in! The crust was stuffed, but it was so thin at the bottom that you couldn't puck it up without it tearing and making a big mess! Honestly, I don't know why I keep coming back to Little Caesars. With as many people as they have working there, you would think they could get orders done right, and on time. The pizza was very soft bread, barely any sauce, and even less cheese. The older fellow in the "store" was extremely rude....He acted like he didn't want to have to be there. The younger hispanic was either a mute, or couldn't speak English so he chose not to speak. Was difficult to purchase a plain pizza. I just noticed other posts have pointed out the same problem. Little Caesars better make some personnel changes. I may try again in a few months to give the company the opportunity to either re-train or replace their staff. read more

Horrible customer service! I walk in head to the register and I say hello how are you to the cashier/moron, in return I get a blank stare and no words such as how can I help you. Then I wanted to order the 4 piece deep dish pizza and again no words just a blank stare, so I repeated myself then he says do you want the $11.99 one and I said no I want the lunch combo, he says it's 2pm no more lunch combo. I then said that's fine can I just order the 4 piece deep dish by itself with no combo he says no only the $11.99 one and at this point if had enough turned around and walked out. I am a GM at a restaurant and have a very good understanding of what quality customer service looks like and this place is a total joke. We have a birthday party today and called this morning to place an order for 3 cheese pizzas and 3 pepperoni pizzas. We were told that our order would be ready at 11:45 for pickup. When we got to the store and asked for our order, they told us they didn't have it. We then told them if you don't have the order then we need 3 cheese and 3 pepperoni ASAP. I usually try not to complain too much but when I order ahead for a large party I tend to heighten my expectations. I ordered 12 pizzas around 4:15pm to pick up at 6:00pm for a little girls birthday party. I told them what I needed and I told them what time I needed them by and gave them my name. They then told me they would be ready at that time. They must have not put anything into their system or something but when I got there they seemed to have no idea about my call-ahead. I proceeded to wait patiently as they repeatedly asked me what I was here to pick up. I told them again and again that I am supposed to be getting 6 cheese pizzas and 6 pepperoni pizzas. Four different people asked me the same thing. The least they could have done is apologize about the order not going through and attempt to rush my order. Even if it was the shift before them that answered the phone and didn't follow through with my order, this crew on Sunday night October 29th did not seem to want to be at work. They did end up giving me a few packs of kids cookies but it doesn't make up for me waiting 30 minutes for pizzas I was supposed to have back home to feed 40 hungry kids. read more

This was the most disorganized mess. Got there at about 6pm on a Sunday. Not a single pizza hot and ready. I placed an order for stuffed crust half pepperoni, half cheese. While I waited two people came in with call ahead orders the teenagers running the place couldn't find. Then the cashier's girlfriend came in and he was unable to concentrate. After a while one of the cooks came over and asked what I ordered. I repeated it and got a "cool". Few minutes later he comes out with a box and asks if I ordered deep dish stuffed crust half pepperoni. No but at this point just give me the pizza. Get home, no stuffed crust. The only part of he whole thing they got right was the toppings. I will say it was tasty even though not what I ordered. read more
