I was only drinking water & she was very attentive refilling my glass. Most bartenders are not very attentive if you are not drinking adult beverages . I had not been in a BWW's since my son's hockey days so we shared a few bites. We had the wings, sliders (new) and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The verdict, wings were too breaded for me ( thankfully only had 1), the Buffalo Wrap was packed with chicken and was really filling. The sliders stole the show! We found parking in front. They were pretty busy but we were greeted right away by Tina. We ordered carryout & she had it ready for us. The All-American burger was delicious and sizable. The fries had great seasoning and were hot. The mild wings are saucy and meaty. Tina provided the best service. The restaurant was dark as usual but from what we could see, it looked pretty clean. Oh, the nostalgia! I think BWW was my first wing encounter. We downloaded the app and ordered pick up after seeing an ad for the $20-for-20 deal! We were able to get 4 flavors, two dips, & seasoned fries. Plenty of food for 2! We went with our staple favorites of Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Garlic, Honey BBQ, and Asian Zing - all with ranch. At first, the flavor really hit that comfort food / nostalgia spot. Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken just wasn't there or as satisfying of a texture as I remembered. The fries were also a letdown too overcooked / paper-like. Definitely wouldn't order those again. I had a reward for downloading the app and got a free dessert, went with the cheesecake! It was a really good quality cake and texture, with some strawberry sauce on the side to drizzle. I didn't love the crust all that much. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not one I'd rush to repeat. The price is decent, but the quality didn't quite live up to what I hoped for or even remembered. I think I'd prefer to air fry wings at home and just buy BWW sauce for the dipping or marinating. Got dragged in by my family to eat on Black Friday . It was so -so . The table benches with fake leather were really greasy . Felt like they cleaned them with pledge or something .. I was sticking to the seat. The salt shaker was completely stripped and the top came off . The waitress knew . Like why would you put that out for people to use ? I noticed it before it completely ruined my meal . The service was decent , meal was expensive. This is not a place I'd pick out to eat at . It's just not my style food . To cut to the chase, these were the worst wings I've ever had. They were so dry and over cooked I considered throwing the whole order away but I spent $50. Tasted like they deep fried these last night, didn't sell them, and re-fried them again today. I ordered Asian zing cauliflower bites which I've had before and really like, no sauce at all, also dry. I got cheesecake for dessert and haven't had it yet but praying there's something redeeming about at least one thing. I've had orders from this location before and it was fine/good. Not this time. I imagine that somewhere there is a BW3 that meets people's expectations. Where wings are wings and the chickens know it. The Franklin location on Spring Creek is not that location: I have watched the decline. I have watched DoorDash and other delivery people loose their cool as orders go awry, costing them time and money. I have seen people waiting on orders cancel them and walk out so that they may be available for the high school graduation of their current toddler. I myself have sent a many texts back to the house asking if those comfy at home want to reconsider the takeout dining selection. I have learned one doesn't simply take the bag handed across the counter on a takeout order and assume it is correct, even after watching someone look through it behind the counter. No, you get your bag and then you recall everyone's order, check the ticket, and then confirm it's all there. Yes, there can still be problems. Problems you can't check at the counter. Things like 6 wings and not 10. Things like over done potato wedges at the bottom of the bag. Things like boneless wings being morsels or fragments rather than actual boneless wings. To be clear, all 3 of those happened on 1 takeout order. As the quality and service continue to spiral down, I suspect the rating will, too. Someday, one might drive by and see another restaurant at this location. I hope they serve decent wings. read more

Only good thing about this location is the food came out quickly and actually tasted good. Our server was okay, we waited about 5-10 minutes wanting to order more drinks but our server was never around, she never came and checked on us once our food came to see if we needed anything. This location has done this twice to us now, where we want to use points but they proceeded to tell us that we didn't have any when we see we have an order of free wings in our app. We asked for the manager Dudley, which he was rude and not what you would expect for a manager. He told us we weren't descriptive enough in what point's we wanted to use. Not sure how much more descriptive we can be when we tell our server we want to use points? For some reason I keep returning to BWW hoping things get better. Sadly I find myself giving another no so great review for one of their restaurants. We visited this location on a Sunday evening. Not very crowded, and we seated ourselves at a table in the bar area. It took nearly 10 minutes before a server acknowledged us. When our server, Paula, did come over, it was apparent she had no desire to be there. Her whole attitude was as if she didn't care. We placed drink orders, and it took much too long to receive those. After placing our food order Paula disappeared. Someone else delivered the food to our table. I had to walk to the bar to ask for silverware and ketchup. Paula eventually came by and I ordered another beer. Someone else brought that and we asked for more water. That never arrived, so when Paula walked past us we stopped her and again asked for water. After about 5 more minutes we got that. The food was very good. Everything was nice and hot, and it all tasted great. The food is the only reason this review gets 2 stars. I've had very few good experiences at BWW locations in recent years. It's really sad, because typically they have good food. I just wish they could hire employees who care and at least make an effort. Service is horrible and needs some pretty drastic improvements. Perhaps I'll return to this location, but not soon. I have this strange love -hate relationship with the BW3's chain. Most of the time the food is average and the service is somewhere between bad and terrible. However today I stopped in to the Franklin location for the 1st time. Arrived around lunchtime, they had a nice crowd, sat at the bar and was promptly greeted. Ordered food was out in a reasonable amount of time. Naked tenders I would argue where over seasoned for my taste, but ok. Bartender took good care of me. We love their sauces from mild to spicy; the choice of wet or dry (for some flavors) is a nice addition...and you can combine for unique flavors. Great lunch combos, including "sharables," burgers, sandwiches, salads and more. 30 brews on tap give lots of choices although I would like to see a few truly "local" brews since we have several stellar breweries here in Tennessee. (Like Applebee's supporting local teams...this would be a great come-on-in for local foodies and brew seekers.) Would also have liked a bit more Mango flavor in the Mango-Habanero. The heat was slow arriving but then really lingered nicely. Thin, crispy chips and a medium salsa helped provide a balance to our lunch, along with potato wedges (a bit overdone) plus carrots & celery with Blue Cheese dip. This place is the worst BWW I have ever experienced! After placing a take-out order online on Sunday, I was given an 11:40 am pickup time. When I arrived, I found the order wasn't ready yet. No big deal, a short wait I assumed. 30-minutes later, no order. I went to the desk to inquire on when it would be out, and nobody was managing the take out desk... And, I mean NOBODY! I waited 20 more minutes and nobody came to the counter. So, I took it upon myself to interrupt a passing employee to get help. A manager was summoned, and I was told that they had "no idea" when my order would be ready! The order is now almost an hour late by this time. I asked for a refund, of which I was told I could get if I had the last four digits of the Apple iPay account that was used to place the order. My son had placed the order from home and I didn't have his number, nor did he have it when I called to get it from him. He had no idea what it was or how to get it! Since the Apple iPay account was connected to my debit card, I asked the manager to refund me in cash. He refused to do this, saying that it was against policy. This "policy" is illegal, as the law clearly states that merchandise ordered and paid for on a debit card must be refunded in cash, if the customer demands it. He told me it was a Buffalo Wild Wings policy, and he basically didn't care about the law. So, I couldn't get a refund on an order that was over an hour overdue and nobody at BWW could tell me when it would actually be out. Real nice! This happened to me back on Superbowl Sunday in 2021, and I was never able to get my money reimbursed, until I disputed the charge with my bank. I guess I'll have to dispute this charge also. But, this will never happen again, as I will never do business with this sorry excuse for a restaurant again! read more
