Been here twice, first time I ordered two pizzas and got 6 and had to pay for 6, second time I ordered 4 pizzas and a pizza puff and I got 4 pizza puffs and two pizzas which were wrong too. You cannot make up the level of incompetence, once is a mistake, twice is just unacceptable and a poorly run store with poor customer service. Every employee I interacted with was not able to fulfill their position and could not take a simple order. I downloaded the app and ordered delivery for 2 pizzas tonight. It's a mile away. It arrived quickly. I didn't have cash on me. So, when I placed the order I saw that the Delivery Fee of $3.99 was there and then I added a $3 tip. Well, it appears that door dash is used to deliver the pizzas. When the driver arrived, she said that she never received a tip. In fact, she received $2 and that was it. What in the deceitful corrupt practices is this? read more

The manager of this place needs to give their employees a crash course in Customer Service 101. Every time I visit this Little Caesars store, I run into yet another eye-rolling zombie who doesn't seem to care about their job or the people they're serving. Tonight I pulled into the drive thru for a pick-up order and when the employee opened the window he just stared at me. Didn't say a word. No "How are you?" or "Welcome to Little Caesars." Nothing. So I told him the name on my order, and he immediately closed the window and disappeared for a few minutes. When he came back, all he said was the dollar amount of what I owed. I handed him my card, he ran the order through, he gave me my card back and then pushed the pizza box at me. I was about to say "thanks," but he'd closed the window before I had time to think. This is the third miserable, unmotivated, and unenthusiastic employee in a row that I've encountered here. Why is the morale so low at this place? Does it come from the top down? Next time you want pizza in Helena, do yourself a favor and go across the street to Dominoes or down the street Marco's instead. You better make sure you have everything you ordered before you drive off. Employees don't care, and blame the customers for a job they failed to do correctly! like missing dipping sauce w bread sticks. train your employees in customer service and how to do the job right! This location seems to do everything they can to not actually sell a pizza. You routinely have to wait 15 minutes for them to make your items (forget "hot & ready"), and even then, it's a crapshoot. I've been told "we're out of dough" (you're a pizza place... that's the main ingredient for everything you serve!?). Or like today, when I just gave up on what I wanted (once again, "it'll be 15-20 minutes") and ordered a pepperoni, the two people at the cash register couldn't seem to figure out how to process a transaction. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. They originally told us it would be 30 minutes then kept upping the time. (Definitely not hot and ready) Finally they brought us one and completely forgot about the other. So by the time we got the second pizza the other one was cold. Had to go inside multiple times and workers had no clue what was going on. Terrible service. Little Caesar's is already low quality pizza to begin with so I don't understand how they still get away with bad service as well. read more

First time ever ordering with this place. I ordered online and went to pick it up through the drive thru and they were closed... it was 7pm on a Saturday when they're suppose to close at 8pm. They took my money and I have no way to cancel. There was another guy in front of me with the same issue. Get your sh*t together little Caesar's. Always always great service at this location. And pizza is always fresh and tasty. They'll even make a fresh one of their Hot/Ready if you ask. Their health rating is always near 100, too, which I appreciate. I normally avoid LCs like the plague, but this location is how I wish every store would be. read more

I have been very disappointed with the service and the pizzas recently. Helena used to be our go-to location. The people at the window are rude, there is no sense of service or urgency in serving the customers, and the extra most bestest pizza has no more cheese or pepperoni on it than the regular pizza, yet more expensive. Really been going downhill lately. I've been going to this location for years and it's been decent, but as of late it's been hit or miss. Mostly miss. The past 3 out of 4 times I've been dissapointed. One of those times, I special ordered a 8 dollar deep dish, so as to have one that wasn't old tasting, and when I showed up 15 minutes later, it was burnt and rubbery..exactly what I had been wanting to avoid. Either whoever cooked it burnt it, or it had been sitting for hours. The next time I went, they straight up forgot to cut the thing. I had to cut the thing myself. I guess it was either go back or cut it myself. Both would have been inconvenient. And now, tonight, during what seemed like peak hours, I was told I had to wait a "few" minutes for a large pepperoni. I usually always get this one when I just drive up to the drive thru because its the one thing on the menu I hardly ever have to wait for. Not tonight. I was told this by the same employee that handed me the rubber pizza one of the other times I went. This location is very near where I live, and over the years it has been a go to place because of it's convenience, but as of late it's really not. More often then not, it's been inconvenient and disappointing, and in the future I think I may go elsewhere. read more

The home of the $5.00 pizza is the cheapest game in town; however, they do not skimp on the customer service. I do not typically get pizza at Little Caesars. When I do swing by for a special or call in an order, I'm always pleased with the service. All of the employees are friendly and polite and the orders placed are accurately prepared. This location generally has a line wrapped around the building. The team seem to handle the immense crowds exceptionally well. The $5.00 pizza speciality is not my favorite, but there is something to be said for being able to feed a family of 4 for $5.00. The special is also super convenient as all you have to do is order one and it's presented to you hot and ready to go. It has been a life saver after long football practice and an empty fridge or when you have a toddler screaming in the backseat to eat... its pretty great! In addition to the famous $5 pizza, there typical pizza offerings. I have ordered the three meat, the supreme and the deep dish, all of which are pretty good. The price maxes out at $8.00 per pizza. The quality is a step or two below our local Pizza Hut, but the service is commensurate with the local Marcos, which is the best pizza game in town. Aside from typical pizza offerings there are wings, cheese bread and crazy bread. I've had to run by the drive thru at Little Caesars just for the crazy bread on more than one occasion because my wife and son go nuts for the stuff. The pretzel pizza they used to offer with nacho cheese sauce in lieu of pizza sauce to this day may be my son's all time favorite pizza. He still talks about it. They offer an extremely budget friendly product and provide excellent service with a friendly staff. No rebranding, gimmicks, half attempts at boutique or artisan creations needed hereto drum up business. They've found their niche and this location is exemplary. You can't get a decent frozen pizza from the grocery store for $5.00 these days. read more

Do not waste your time at this location. I've never had an expedient experience here, and it is a LITTLE CAESARS. Every visit I've made has taken 30 plus minutes waiting for as little as one pizza sometimes. The employees are extremely incompetent. No service sense, extremely slow, and unfortunately slightly more witted than a crowbar. The company as a whole would be better off for name and product to shut down this location. read more
