Bottom line - I gave them one chance after opening - then another months later - never again. I would be 0/5 stars if I could. What keeps them in business and with decent ratings currently? To go orders, most don't go inside, and people have lower expectations when they get their food 20 minutes later already - a lot of senior folk in area and locals make it their go to because no other competition exists. That does not mean that it is good, that means they are too used to it in my opinion, which are all factual statements in my reviews. I hate leaving bad reviews but that's how restaurants learn and improve!

We got the sampler as well, just to give them a full run. Wings were crispy, and spicy. Perfect size. Mozzarella sticks had a great pull Chicken tenders were crunchy, and fresh. Your average tender, but of good quality nevertheless. For dessert, I ordered my wife some tiramisu; she was thoroughly impressed. We think it's house made. I decided on the cannoli. I've never had one, but I certainly will have more in the future! I can undoubtedly say, this is my new go to spot for the 'goods'.

The local restaurant didn't answer, but an out-sourced answering service did. It took me approx 15 mins to get the correct order because the representative didn't understand English well. She said it would take 35 mins to deliver. At the 45 min mark, I called the local store but, once again, they didn't answer. The out-sourced answering service said that the order was out for delivery. At the 1 hour mark, I got a random text from someone that I later found out was a Door Dasher. He said that Ty see was a problem with the order and that's why it was late. I asked them to have someone at the restaurant to please call me. The lady that called me said that the sriver had already left with my order. Aniut 5 mins later the Door Dasher texted me again and said that someone at the restaurant wanted to know if I would just take a large Meatlovers instead of what I ordered. so the person that called me had lied. I told the Door Dahwer to just cancel the order. I got a call an hour later from Door Dash to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order. I understand outsourcing because no one in the US wants to work for a living anymore. But this is beyond ridiculous. But the worker that did call me from the Inman restaurant wasn't any better. She bold-faced lies to me. This restaurant will not be in business much longer if they don't get their act together.
