    Good Italian Cheese Bread

I ordered Italian Cheese Bread on 5/15/25 @3:59 PM at this location. When I got home and opened the box, I noticed that they overcooked my order. I tried one piece and noted that it was hard, and the bottom was burnt than the top. I called the store and wanted to talk to the Manager. I talked to I presume one of the Lead, I think his name is Fong. He told me to come to the store and bring the box of Italian cheese bread so he could look. When I got to the store, he looked at it and informed me that it was normal. He showed me the one that is freshly baked cheese bread and when I told him, that mine was way darker as compared to the one he showed me. He told me because I took it home the cheese bread got darker. I disputed that, I insisted that I return the burnt bread and exchange for a new one, but he refused. I tried to get his name and the Manager's name, but they refused and told me to talk to the owner. When I asked, "What is the name of the owner?". They refused to give his name. Attached are the pictures of the burnt one on the right and the good one on the left. I highly recommend opening the box before going home to check if. I will also file a complaint at LITTLE CAEZARS CORPORATE OFFICE (1-800-722-3727) and dispute the bill at my CREDIT CARD because they refused to accept my return and replace it with a new one. I will also do a separate YELP review with the RUDENESS OF THE FEMALE MANAGER.

Quite good for what it is: economical consistent pizza. Ordering via the app greatly simplifies the experience. Each time on entry I'm warmly greeted by the crew, and picking up the order is simple. If I have a drink, it's noted on the label and I'm also reminded before leaving. The parking lot can be a little busy so be careful. Definitely give them a try!

Food is kind of underwhelming, but that's to be expected of a lower tier pizza joint. I was excited to try the pizza puffs, but was a little disappointed to see just how small they were. I also ordered a custom large pizza with mushrooms and green peppers, but something felt off about the veggies, and now I have a stomach ache (not to mention the pizza was very undercooked). Be warned if you choose to eat here.

Little Caesars is fire, and I will die on this hill!   This is Mira Mesa's best location for budget-friendly and yummy pizza. The classic saying that Little Caesars is bomb when you do not have someone in your ear telling you it sucks is too true. Pro-tip is to always order your pizzas with light sauce over the phone versus just ordering there. I do think they go way too ham with the sauce anyways, but this method ensures your pizza is FRESH. This location also has way higher review averages compared to other Little Caesar locations which I believe says something.   The business owners at this location are fantastic, and they do a great job of inspiring their team to always delivery exceptional customer experiences. The employees tend to be younger (which is usually a sign that the service will be meh) and they are on top of it every single time! Special shoutout to Kurumi who helped me out on my most recent visit - she was great over the phone and in person.   I have no complaints about this location. 5/5!

Crazy combo: fresh crazy bread & crazy sauce ($3.79) and pepperoni cheese bread ($5). Cheap good eats!

Is LCP the best? No, but it's convenient, budget friendly, and good enough. Overall rating here is more at 3.5 stars. Crazy combo ($4.49) - crazy bread & crazy sauce: eat it all while fresh, as the leftover garlic bread becomes stale. Their marinara sauce is mildly flavored but adds a nice touch to the bread and even on their pizza, 7/10. Pepperoni cheese bread ($5.99). Crisp buttery crust. Cheap good eats! 8/10. Hula Hawaiian pizza $10.99: not bad, better than frozen pizza, 7/10. Half Hula Hawaiian and Sausage & Bacon ($10.99): again, not bad. Better than frozen pizza, 7/10. Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni $11.99: I likearoni! The oil from all the pepperoni creates flavorful bites, 8/10. I always order online for pick-up at the portal inside the store. My orders are have been ready before the estimated time, and the staff here are friendly, 10/10!

A far view of the Crazy Calzoney.

I'm happy to say the Crazy Calzoney was very good at this Lil Caesars located on Camino Ruiz in Mira Mesa. I called ahead to make sure I got a fresh one right out of the oven . It takes about 20 minutes to cook and I picked it up. The price was $8.49 but with tax $9. 50 or something like that. It comes with marinara sauce to dip your Calzoney into. I liked the presentation of the calzoney. A nice size about 8 to 10 inches wide and loaded with cheese and pepperoni. The first bite was amazing. I could taste so much cheesy goodness and with the saltiness of the pepperoni complimented it well. I would 100 % buy this again. This is my new favorite at Lil Caesars. A must try Yelpers. Soo good.

Exactly what you need when you're craving a childhood slice of pizza without the frills. I really like this location. Everybody is friendly and the pizzas are made hot to order. The best pizza? Absolutely not. But insanely affordable when you need a little something something after a long day. Additional toppings are quite expensive at $2.50 each. More expensive pizza places have them for around $3 so adding more toppings here isn't really a good value. The single topping pizzas are priced at $6.99 which is perfect if you want something that hits the pizza spot. The app/website is also very easy to navigate if you want to save time and order ahead. Clean location, plenty of parking, friendly service, and affordable pizzas when you're not craving something fancy. Will for sure be back.

This place is slamming. Growing up my mom use to treat us to Little Caesar's on special occasions. We lived a humble childhood where pan pizzas and crazy bread dipped with marinara sauce was heaven on earth. I m so happy to see a pizza chain that's independently owned thrive in a community such as Mira Mesa. The employees are so friendly here and coming from a pizza background, I know how hard these guys work, especially during the dinner rush. Thumbs up to the Little Caesars Crew in MM, y'all are doing a fabulous job. Keep feeding us and we will keep coming back !!! Next time I m trying the Quattro. I have ordered 1/2 this and 1/2 that before, but I have never had 4 options to choose from on a single pizza.

The ads say that the Smokehouse Pizza is Hot-N-Ready between 4-8pm... it's 7:35pm and it'll take 12-15 minutes!
    Steve F.

Date of visit: April 9, 2017 We've been seeing ads the last few weeks for Little Caesar's BBQ Smokehouse Pizza (pulled pork, bacon, and brisket with barbecue sauce and cheese on a seasoned crust), and seeing how my brother and I were interested in trying it, decided to treat the family for dinner. Little Caesar's prides itself on having Hot-N-Ready pizzas ready between 4-8pm (of which the Smokehouse Pizza was one) - however, when I arrived a little after 7:30pm, found out that it would be about 12-15 minutes before it was ready! Sure, there were Hot-N-Ready pizzas ready to go, but those were the $5 pepperoni and the Stuffed Crust pies. Grr... it didn't help matters much that the location looks a bit sketchy, also. At least the pie came out fresh, and for $9 plus tax, it wasn't too bad. Although, the crust was a bit thin, and the sauce was quite savory and sweet. I'm curious about their cheesy bread and wings, so maaaaaybe another visit may be in order. Plus, those prices ($5-10, depending on the pizza) are tempting...

The spinach raviolis were excellent--flavorful, perfectly cooked, and definitely the highlight of my meal. Unfortunately, the veal was a major disappointment. It was extremely tough and difficult to cut and chew. I ended up leaving almost the entire entrée on my plate because I simply couldn't enjoy it. My husband and I both commented that it didn't have the tenderness or delicate texture we normally associate with veal. True veal should be tender, fine-grained, and easy to cut with a fork, but this was quite the opposite. Based on this experience, I would not order another meat entrée from this restaurant. It's unfortunate because the ravioli showed that the kitchen is capable of preparing excellent food. I hope the restaurant will review the quality of the meat it serves, as it made an otherwise pleasant visit very disappointing.

We began…read morethe meal with the mini fried calzones with mozzarella and tomato sauce inside and they were great. You could tell the bread was super fresh and high quality so I would recommend it. Next, we got a glass of prosecco. I told the waiter that I only like wine that tastes much more sweet then bitter or strong and he made a perfect suggestion along with giving us a sampler of 3 different wines which was so generous. I got to try them all and pick the one I liked the most, but even the samples were a generous size. For main course I got one of the current options for the cheese wheel pasta they make in front of you in cacio e pepe and my husband got the formaggi pizza with truffle mushrooms. My husband absolutely loved his pizza and the crust was one of the best he's ever had. My pasta was fresh and had a ton of sauce and cream so they didn't skimp at all. I could tell easily that they use very high quality Parmesan because i'm a Parmesan connoisseur and could taste how potent it was. They let me have as much extra as I wanted on without limiting since I enjoy a lot on it which was also a plus in my book. Next time I would get a pasta that's a little lighter, because it was a more heavy dish and it tends to make me feel pretty full after which is totally a me thing, but they have so much on the menu to try that I'm sure I'll love whatever I get even more next time. Lastly, dessert. We got a regular tiramisu and it was absolutely amazing. They put a ton of cream which is exactly what I look for. It wasn't too espresso or cocoa strong and had a perfect ratio. The cream was so light and fluffy that we had to get another one to bring home and eat tomorrow night! I had seen a previous review on here about someone not liking the tiramisu here and it not meeting their expectations for a more upscale Italian place but I've been to quite a few authentic Italian gems and this one had tiramisu up there so I'd have to disagree and completely recommend! The service was impeccable. Every waiter was kind and prompt, constantly making sure we were taken care of and getting what we needed. The atmosphere was also a plus for us because we have a 1 year old baby and there was enough room where we weren't too cramped or crowded in, and it wasn't too loud or overstimulating. The place was very clean and taken care of as well as the bathrooms. All in all, I loved this place and I will be coming back. I would definitely recommend Monello for a nice little date night, and don't forget the tiramisu.

It was a Friday evening and every restaurant on the street was full and vibrant. You could Yelp these places all day long and it would be hard to choose. There were pretty white tablecloths, the hostess was smiling ready to answer any questions and of course, the menu looked wonderful. Voilà! We'd found our spot. Our waiter was so personable and had all the answers to our inquiries. He suggested items and even answered honestly when needed. I got a Le Pécora Nera Sangria (fizzy blackberry with lemon). Tasty, but too many blackberry seeds coming up the straw. I'd get another one next time. For the appetizers: RISOTTO ARANCINI (a MUST get) - these were absolutely delicious. Four good size bread crumbed fried balls of risotto sitting in the restaurant's own tomato gravy. HOMEMADE FOCACCIA WITH DIPPING OIL (yes, that's the official name) - this is a basket of super soft, warm focaccia bread for a great price. I would get it no matter what main course you're getting! It soaks up every sauce and it's just delicious. MAIN: BAKED LASAGNA (meat) - with the two appetizers this is the perfect size for both of us. No need to get one per person! It was absolutely wonderful. I would get it again. All in all, I'd definitely go back. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful and the employees we came in contact with were great as well. We didn't want to sit at a table right next to the hundreds of people walking by, I don't like that, but there are plenty other options one row in or inside the restaurant. A solid recommendation on my part.

The whole hostess staff had great smiles on their faces and they were very welcoming. After about two minutes of sitting down, our server came to ask us if we needed time to look over the menu. We said yes but that we wanted a Foccacia Bread table starter. She smiled and immediately went to put the order in. A few few minutes later she came back and we ordered our drinks for dinner: Raspberry Italian Soda, Orange Crush with Fresh Cream on top, and a non-alcoholic spritz. Our food was out within about 10 to 15 minutes and everything was prepared perfectly. I have to say that we really enjoyed dining in this location and we may need to come back here more instead of traveling to the Del Mar location sometimes. Our server was super customer service oriented and we appreciated her. She went above and beyond to get the orange crush drink to be unique like an Italian soda for my daughter. We were super stuffed and could not do dessert, but we did promise to come back to enjoy the lava cake at a future time.
