Their garlic breadsticks were so plain/doughy and yet somehow dry
    Joann T.

Pizza's pretty decent, but for the love of god don't waste your money on the garlic breadsticks. $7/6 of them - we ended up taking one bite and throwing them out since they tasted like uncooked and dry plain dough. Did an order via phone since their online services don't accept synergy gift cards. Order was prepared on time and the service was quick.

Big dinner rush before Westview High School's game. Quick slices. Nice outdoor patio for kids to roam around freely. Causal family friendly ambiance and good food. Support local.

Local spot. Always a great place to land and especially love sitting on the back patio when the weather is nice. Love getting emailed weekly specials too!

Go to Fresco for the pizza toppings, not the crust. Although the crust is OK, it's not a finely crafted, artisanal type like you'd find in Naples. It's a serviceable vessel, however, for holding the creative toppings you'll find here. They're not only imaginative, but delicious too. Mine were the carnitas pizza (who would have thought?) and mushroom with pesto pizza, both very yummy! Service is great, too-- friendly, speedy, and accommodating. You'll find this pizza parlor-type place in a mini-mall off Camino Del Sur next to Westview High School.

The mushroom mama pizza is INCREDIBLE. The cheeses, mushroom, and pesto work together perfectly. I will definitely be back.

I assume it was just understaffed but it took a while to even order slices. The slices are an average price but they ended up not being anything special. The carnitas had very little flavor. The other slices the toppings and cheese had a very good flavor but it was all brought down by the dough. It had a very "store bought dough" flavor - almost too sweet, and the crust was basically inedibly hard. The sauce provided didn't complement any flavor we tried and wasn't good in general. The place is small and it can get very crowded when busy since it's right next to the high school. There's better places for slices.

Pizza by the slice! Always lots of options!!

Always great pizza! Love that we can get slices with a delicious salad and make it a great meal!! Nice beer selection as well as tasty Kombucha!!

My Family just loves this place. No joke they come weekly. Their favorite are the wings the lemon and pepper to be exact. The pizza I've had better but my family and I said it's the best in SD. Definitely recommend coming here.

If you're looking for fresh delicious French pastries and bread this is the place to be! Wow…read moreeverything I had was so perfect! I knew I had found a good place when I couldn't even find parking in the parking lot on a Saturday morning. There was a line out of the door and most tables outside were occupied. I certainly did not mind waiting one bit when it's good! The variety is big, everything looks so good you want one of everything. From pastries to sandwiches, bread and salads even dressings and also merch! What a hidden gem! Staff is super friendly and very informative. The sweet girl helping me was so nice and was able to answer all of my questions and her suggestions were great. I will be coming back again and again for sure!

They have fresh crepes Sat/Sun 8am-1pm! Theres a cute stand outside where you can also watch the crepes being made. Ham, egg, cheese, & spinach crepe (7/10): $8.50 for base crepe + extras for add ons. A bit expensive -- not as authentic as the crepes I've had in France, but they are filled reasonably. Wish they were a little crispier! Turkey avo BLT (7.5/10): didn't blow my mind but I still enjoyed it. Good amount of turkey & avo and you can request it toasted! Chicken curry croissant (9/10): lovedddd the flavor. Raisins added the perfect amount of sweetness. The croissant itself is perfectly buttery and flakey! Apple turnover (8/10): would be perfect if it was a little warmer. Generous amount of filling & I liked that it wasn't too sweet. I'd get this again! Almond croissant (9.5/10): SO GOOD. came fresh out of the oven and was soooo flakey & the filling wasn't overpowered by the almond flavor. I'd get this again!! Jalapeno and cheddar sourdough (9/10): SO fresh & they offer to slice it for you. a little spicy and savory & great to eat on its own too! Will definitely come back to try other pastries! Tip: pay with cash to avoid the $0.50 credit card fee LOL

The first three things that came to mind after dining here were high quality ingredients, the customer experience/ambiance, and attention to detail. Eddie who I believe is the gentleman who runs the place was my "cashier" he provided the two recommendations photographed below (I am not a photographer) but I can tell you they were both out of this world. The Prosciutto & Fig, Toast and the Allen's Tuna Cool and Tasty. The staff was warm and inviting, and though this is a coffee shop, they came around table to table, customer to customer and asked how they were doing, and if there was anything they could do to make the experience better. You just don't see that in a coffee shop. This place is an entire experience and it's clearly built around highly effective culture. I will drive out of my way to come here, I discovered this place on a whim and will now be regular. If you get a chance, whether you're a local, or someone just visiting "Cali" give this place a try you won't regret it, ask Eddie about his story of how this place got started with him and his three daughters. I'd be willing to bet you'll add it to your rotation and become a regular yourself.

We went around 1pm on a Saturday and it there was seating space and no line. Glad it's not overcrowded. Aesthetics The aesthics are a trendy style of light wood, minimalism neutrals, and metals accents with the dishware and chairs. The menu is Korean inspired, and reminds me of the trendy cafes in South Korea. They have plants from The Plant Daddies that I really adore. This is the kinda place I'd love to come and journal or work on my laptop Food & Drink What I like is that you can adjust the sweetness of the drinks, you just have to ask. Matcha latte - 25% sweetness, I can actually taste the matcha, which is rare for San Diego. Injeolmi matcha - 50% sweet, I can taste the injeolmi flavor but it's not overpowering so a good balance Sweet rum flavored canele - I've been getting into canele recently so I tried this one. Unfortunately this canele was pretty mediocre. The outside is supposed to be crispy and crunchy, but this one seems not as fresh. The inside is still nice gooey Ube cheesecake - a good cheesecake. If you like cheesecake, they have so many flavors available.

My first burger wad the Tony Gwynn, but my most favorite item from here are the fries. My latest fav is the Ultimate BLT. The B should be capitalized and larger than the L and T because the 10 pieces of bacon are so crispy and delicious. They showered down onto the wrapper with every bite I took. It was so messy, but so right. My husband couldn't resist and asked for a few bites, and now he will be ordering his own the next time he goes back to buy me fries and sandwich of choice. Husband said the last time he went there, there was only 1 guy there doing everything on his own. No complaints when he had 6 burgers to cook and he had to make bacon for me and fire up the deep fryer. He was making food, packing food, taking orders, serving food, and cleaning up like a boss.

It tasted bland and bitter. Was it straight vinegar? I've never eaten at this place before and I surely will never go back. The toppings were minimal. And to think I passed up a perfectly good JM's right next door! That was a mistake. Deli Stop should just stop. Period. Junk! JM next door gave me a healthy sandwich today for $2 less. This place popped up at #1, and honestly that was enough for me. I didn't even read the reviews. When I pulled up, I almost drove right past it because it's tucked inside a liquor store. But hidden gems are usually called hidden for a reason. I walked in and asked what their most popular sandwich was. The guy recommended the California Club, which happens to be one of my go to sandwiches anywhere, so I told him to make that and add pickles because let's be honest, you gotta have pickles. Now I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, the guy making the sandwich took a sweet time. I mean almost a solid almost 10 minutes, and at one point I caught myself thinking, "This thing better be incredible." Well... it was incredible. Absolutely worth the wait. Fresh bread, stacked, flavorful, tactical, and one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you immediately stop caring how long it took. In fact, after the baseball game I went back a second time and grabbed a Cobb salad for my wife. Of course I had a few bites as a delivery tax. That thing was tremendous too. When I picture a really good Cobb salad, this is exactly what I want. Packed with egg, bacon, avocado, and just the right amount of blue cheese. Not skimpy at all. The salad also took longer than expected, but honestly I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for food that's made right instead of rushed garbage. Well done. Easy five stars.
