5* service! Really nice folks that work quickly to get you fed! The food is unfortunately not so tasty. The crust leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe this is because the recipe is adapted to be able to cook quickly - fast food style? Good choice of toppings and finisher sauces. Just not that great of a pizza.

Very fast service! You get a personal pizza, very thin crust, with unlimited sauces, cheeses, and toppings for $13. No up charges even for things like plant-based sausage and hot honey. Excellent options for vegetarians or vegans!

Oof.... Here's the review. First the good: Great location to our hotel. Fast service Portable ac units-it's warm in Seattle today. Least expensive meal we've had since arriving in Seattle You can add whatever toppings you want on your pizza The rest: Long line-I'm hoping that's why the guy who helped us was not all that friendly. Really light in pizza toppings and stuff in the salad Really loud Uncomfortable stools Overall the flavor wasn't bad, but it's really fast food pizza. The salad dressing g was really good, I just wish there was more of the meats and extras. All in all it was ok but I think I'd rather have more traditional pizza.

I like it! First time eating here at this chain and restaurant. We were staying at the Hilton Seattle and it was recommended by several guests that we ran into coming in and out the hotel. It was really crowded but turn around time, duration of time in line, and baking time was really good. The entire wait time was 15-20 minutes even with the crowd. The inside was a traditional pizzeria vibe, yet had a fast food approach. We took our pizzas back to the hotel and enjoyed them in the room. It was so good, and I can't believe I hadn't tried them before. I was excited to see we have them back home but doubt they would have the look and appeal as this location.

I got so sick eating a pizza and mini salad here last night. I ended up throwing out what I didn't eat because I was so sick.. only ate half the pizza and mini salad...here for a conference and my friend recommended we eat here. What a waste. Not sure what topping went wrong!

First time here. With little places close (walking distance) to the Hilton Seattle, I came to this place. Pizza made to order and come out hot. I had the Mad Dog pizza and fountain drink. Pretty good. Place has lots of seating inside. Quick, fast and good.

We decided to grab lunch here after attending the 1st day of PAX, and it was a decent experience. It was extremely packed and the staff was super busy, but remained polite. Given the number of customers, I'm actually surprised they got out orders as fast as they did. I probably should have opted for the MOD, as the Mega's dough was just too much for my liking. The blackberry lemonade was pretty sweet, but it was really refreshing. I did order my pizza with ranch on the side, but I never received it. The ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a pizzeria: wooden counter tables with stools that's pretty loud. Oh well. Overall, my experience was decent.

I had never tried MOD Pizza before but stumbled upon this one while on a summer trip to Seattle. I later found out that this location was the first MOD Pizza in the U.S. Pretty cool! Food: The neat thing about MOD is that it is "Made On Demand." Everything from the size of the pizza, to the sauces, to the dozens of toppings were customizable and prepared on the spot. They also had pre-designed options available if you didn't want to put too much thought into all of that. I got mushrooms, jalapeños, and hot honey with marinara sauce on a small pizza. It was a good pizza. Service: It was a busy time of day when I stopped by since the line was long and the tables were almost all occupied. The workers did their best to get everyone through as quickly as they could but there is only so much you can rush customizing pizzas which is what this pizza chain focuses on. Ambiance: The restaurant could have used some quick attention to the tables and soda machine area. Lots of crumbs and stickiness in those areas but that could have been because it was a busy time of day.

Overall I thought the sides were delicious with generous portions - I've never had a roll like theirs and it was puffy and perfect; the potato salad was fresh and spiced nicely, and the baked beans were also fresh, warm, and not mushy. My issue came with the chicken. While the fry quality and crisp was great, there was absolutely no spice, not even salt on the pieces. I wonder if they just forgot, or maybe it's expected that customers salt their own chicken at the counter, or maybe they looked at my white husband and assumed he couldn't handle spice beyond ketchup. Either way, there was absolutely no flavor to the chicken. I don't even care for KFC but my mind immediately went to the 11 herbs and spices my mouth was missing out on and wept. I might give them a try again or take my ass next time to the closest Popeyes in West Seattle - at least their version of plain still has that something something on it!

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

I received a promo for $5 off so I tried to use it the previous time, but she didn't know how to apply it. Then another time when I order The Caribbean Plato with pulled roasted pork, when I got home, I discovered the wrong type of meat (grilled pork instead of pulled pork). For these reasons, I didn't go back for a long time. Today, I went again to get take out for my visitors. I called in the order so I didn't have to wait, but Gisela didn't understand my order and kept getting it wrong. I ordered 3 Caribbean Plato with pulled pork, and 1 Caribbean Plato with chicken thigh, but she kept repeating the wrong order back to me (2 pork, instead of 3, wrong type of meat, etc), so I tried it again and again, still no comprendo. I got frustrated and told her that I would just come in person to order. I was in a hurry, but I had no choice. When I got there, I ordered the same thing, but this time, I gestured the type of pork I wanted, using my hands to show pulled and tried to explain that I wanted the shredded kind, not the solid kind). Someone was with me so he heard my order in plain English. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to ask her once more just to be sure that it wasn't the grilled pork bc she made that mistake last time. Then she said my meat was grilling now. I was alarmed since they don't get the pulled pork from the grill. I told her that I wanted PULLED ROASTED PORK, not the solid grilled patty kind. She said something in Spanish to the guy who was putting my order together and he showed me a sample of the pulled pork so I said "YES" that's the one I want. She said they were already cooking the grilled pork. When I told her that she was giving me the wrong order, she said "it's too late". I was so upset so I said, "why is it so hard to understand my order?" Pulled pork is pulled pork, not grilled pork. I never even mentioned the word "grilled". A guy came out from the kitchen so I explained myself and he said what I want is the pulled roasted pork and I said, "that's what I ordered". She tried to explain something to him in Spanish, but he told her to just give me the pulled pork and I was on my way. She just ruined my day, and I could feel my blood pressure rising. I don't think I will ever return again. It's too hard to explain the right kind of meat to Gisela. Dining out and getting take out should be a pleasant experience, not a stressful one.

I came in simply trying to figure out whether my order had gone through. Instead of someone calmly helping me understand what happened, I felt like the employees immediately became defensive and argumentative. I was told that my order hadn't gone through when it actually had, and when I tried to explain what happened and that I had been waiting, I felt like I was basically being told that I was lying. I know how long I waited, and I know what happened. What bothered me most wasn't even the mistake with the order. Mistakes happen. It was how quickly the interaction became confrontational instead of someone just listening and trying to solve the problem. I was more than willing to have a normal conversation and figure things out, but I did not feel like I was given that same respect in return. I have supported Dave's for years, going all the way back to growing up in Los Angeles. That is exactly why this experience was so upsetting. A brand should value the people who have supported it, not make them feel like they have to fight just to be heard. I really hope the Capitol Hill location takes customer service, de-escalation, and how employees communicate with customers more seriously. As a girlie from Los Angeles, the Seattle location isn't it. They're franchising for the money and don't care about anything but money in a new market. But I will say, Seattle girlies watch out, they want your money with the low quality they offer. But I will say the food is good, it is chaotic at night and sometimes it's a struggle to get all of your order.
