We waited thirty minutes for a pizza, wings, and crazy bread. Yesterday it took 10 minutes at the most to get two pizzas, wings, and crazy bread. What happened to hot and ready? We didn't have the time to wait this long. The cashier was amazing and none of these problems were his fault. He was very fed up with his coworkers for a good reason. Every now and again I find myself at Little Caesars for a $5.00 dinner, and today was just that kind of day. While it is in my opinion that people will pretty much put up with any kind of service (almost) If the price is right. Today I was pleasantly suprised with my trip to this particular Little Caesars. One of my biggest issues with the Little Caesars franchise, is that they not only do they advertise a low price. They also advertise that it will be hot and ready when you get there. This is the area in which they tend to drop the ball. All to often I walk into Little Caesars to order a pizza and end up waiting 10 - 15 minutes. So tonight when I made my order and paid my money, I automatically went into stand around mode. I ordered from little Caesars in Glen Burnie through their app and I guess they use door dash for their delivery service. The order arrived 23mins later than the estimated delivery time, which I didn't care about too much bc I get stuff happens and the dasher probably didn't think my tip was big enough to rush. The order arrived and the pizza wasn't what I ordered, so I double checked my order on app to make sure I placed it correctly, I did. It was disappointing seeing how I only ordered two items and one of them was completely wrong but again I get mistakes happen, especially in the food industry.the thing that really pissed me off was trying to get ahold of someone to fix it. I called the little Caesars store, after 5 calls I finally got an answer, explained issue and asked if they could send out correct order before I could even get whole sentence out I was cut off and told it wasn't their problem that I needed to contact door dash.so after playing phone tag once more I was able to talk to customer service rep, who was very nice and polite but she didn't give me option to get right pizza sent out she told me they would refund me. At that point I was fine with refund bc I didn't want to play the run around game anymore.but at end of call she says "I apologize again for he inconvenience your card will be refunded 50% of pizza price,have a good day". And hung up before I could even ask why I was only getting 50%off pizza and not full price since it was completely wrong and we weren't going to eat it. I just don't understand why if I ordered thru their app and they don't give choice of using dd as delivery method why I had to get run around and go back n forth making calls to get in touch with door dash. If I had ordered thru dd app I would understand but I used their app so I feel like they should have made more of effort to fix my problem or atleast act like they have good customer service instead of being told not their problem call dd and being hung up on. DD is a third party app thy choose to use for delivery so ultimately it was LC's problem they're the ones who made my order completely wrong not the DD delivery guy.. I know this is a long review but I just wanted to make it known that this whole experience was horrible and let management/corporate at little Caesars know they need better customer service and better problem resolution instead of making customer feel as if their patronage and experiences means nothing to them. I will definitely never go through this location again if I decide to spend money with their company again,which I highly doubt I even will. I knew it was a reason I didn't mess with this place, I must have forgot today Wednesday February 24,2021 around 1245-115pm I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread with marina sauce was told it would be 15 min, kinda long but whatever I waited. It took over 15 min when my husband and I walked back in I observed the workers adjusting their mask, touching their hair with no gloves very disturbing, disgusting so no never again. I mean it's just common sense what's the point of having on a mask when your stupid nasty fingers are touching everything. Was asked to wait outside until my food was ready, I asked how's long I mean we been waiting for well over 15 min already, I stood exactly by the door and watched the entire time them box up my food but what I could not see was them idiots boxing up a cheese instead of pepperoni, maybe I'm the idiot for coming to this place and not checking my food! But when you know better you do better these are nasty ppl who touch everything except for soap and water on their hands you been warned. read more

Just returned from getting a pizza. They were swamped BUT the gentleman that waited on me warned me there would be a wait, and was very apologetic. (I did not get his name sadly) Anyway, the wait was not horrific, and the pizza was delicious! Everyone in the store was doing their best to get the orders ready in a timely manner. I see many unflattering reviews and from the experience I just had, can only assume that is because only people that are unhappy take the time to post..? Hot-n-Ready, always is hot and ready! Cheap eats with the addition of the $8 deep dish, which was pretty good for Lil C's! The cheese on the deep dish was gooey and worth the extra $3 over the regular deal. read more

I absolutely love their crazy bread. I wish they were open later on weekends because we like to make food runs during some of our parties. For a chain pizza place it's pretty good. The best part is how cheap everything is. And they always have coupons out to make it even cheaper. I definitely go here at least twice a month. The worst pizza I have ever had! I called ahead because I hate pizza that has just been sitting around under waiting for someone to show up and buy it. I get there pick up my pizzas that were nice and hot. I get home though and one pizza looked good and fresh while the other was old and dried out. So they sold me an old pizza even though I did call ahead. Worse part was the fresher one still didn't taste that great. read more

You can not beat the $5 Cheese or pepperoni pizza with Pick-up. Your average pizza joint that's affordable.

My opinion ... Great prices for what you get! Their "Hot-n-Ready" items means that I can just stop by after work without calling in an order. For a pizza place, this seems unusual to me. "Hot-n-Ready" works for many of there menu items, but not all. I love going here and have gone many times. I think the breadsticks are the best. The pizza is good too. Sure Papa-Johns tastes better, but Papa charges twice as much. read more
