Nice early dinner specials in a cute restaurant. I ordered the broiled flounder off the early bird menu. It tasted good but was so thin it was burnt to the dish because I didn't start eating as soon as it was served. The salad was family style and was tasty but I would have preferred a small individual salad with my meal. Everyone else's dishes looked and smelled fantastic. The restaurant has wheelchair accessible entrance, seating, and restrooms. The center of the dining floor is raised one step. Service was great and friendly. It's been a long time since my last trip to Wildwood but I had good memories of Little Italy so I was excited to go back. Not sure if it's gone downhill since then or if I just made a poor selection but the chicken and broccoli alfredo left a lot to be desired. The chicken had grill marks but had no visible seasoning, the broccoli was pre-frozen florets, and the alfredo tasted like Knorr or Pasta-Roni. Our server even preemptively brought out a side of extra sauce because she thought it should have more on it. This place was so good that we decided to visit a second time just a week after our very first visit! The decor inside has a lot of personality, it's like an Italian market and has nice music playing throughout the entire restaurant. We ordered the Clams Casino for appetizer and it was so delicious. It was crispy and savory; the perfect way to start the meal. I think it was my favorite dish we had. We also really liked the anchovies with the garlic sauce. Both had a strong flavor that really went well together. Our next visit, we came during the early bird special which is a great value by the way. Our server explained what comes in the early bird along with their other specials which was the Prime Rib that night (we didn't get that, but I saw it at another table, it looked mouthwatering good!). Two dishes stood out to me on our second visit: the Chicken Marsala and the Cannoli. The chicken marsala came in a very good portion, the chicken was cooked perfectly (soft and tender) with a very savory sauce. The cannoli which was complimentary with the early bird is shockingly one of the better cannolis I have had. Pretty much everything we got from Little Italy tasted great. The only dud for me is their salad. I'm personally not a fan of the complimentary salad unfortunately. Wow, So i've actually been here before, long before i started writing reviews. Little Italy is a nice italian restaurant, with amazing decor, and plays italian music from italy. They have both tables and booths, and one can also order takeout from them and pick it up there. Every time we been here, everyone has been polite. I also think that this place does have better italian food in wildwood, besides another place i won't name. They are a bring your own booze place, so if you want alcohol, you'd have to get it yourself. Went here recently on Wednesday August 7th 2024 with my parents as part of our Cape May/Wildwood Trip. After stopping at nearby Green's Liquor to get some vodkas, we then came here to eat. We came here for their early bird special where they open at 4/5PM and have special priced food. Which is essentially a little less expensive than when dinner comes around at 5. We did wait until the doors were unlocked and opened up- and there were a few people who also came for the early bird special. We were greeted with a smile by a host, who sat us. We sat in the front near a window at a table, which was comfortable. Our server greeted us right away. At first we ordered waters, and decided to look over the menu first. We also ordered a pitcher of sprite to mix with our alcohol. We then started with an appetizer order of Fried Zuccini Sticks, which were very good, as one could taste the vegetable. Enjoyed them! For entrees, my dad ordered the early bird special shrimp scampi, my mom ordered the early bird special veal parm, and i ordered Penne ala Vodka with Meatball. First, all Early bird meals come with salad or soup, My mom and dad got salad, and i ate the onions. Then before you know it our food came! I enjoyed the penne pasta, and my parents both enjoyed their meals as well. The only con was, I didn't like the meatball, as it tasted bland. My mom tasted it and didn't like it either. Funny thing is i also liked it on my first bite. Also the waitress should have checked on us more, i mean for the most part we were all good, and i ate my pasta and enjoyed it so. Early bird special is the way to go!!! 4-5pm from Sun - Thurs. $20 for salad, fresh bread, entree and a cannoli! While we were there, everyone was easily seated up until about 4:40pm. People who had arrived before 5 but were seated after 5pm were given early bird menus. BYOB! Parking: free, they have a small lot; if that is full, you can park on the street using the meters/app My friend and I ordered the chicken parm and the shrimp scampi. We both really enjoyed our meals and both brought home leftovers. The salad left something to be desired. It was fine but not great. The cannoli was a welcome end to the meal. Going during the early bird special saved us $11 - $15 per meal and the standard meals don't come w a cannoli. We loved our meal and our experience! Stopped by this place during our Wildwood stay over Memorial Day weekend. It was only a 10-minute walk from where we stayed. Great atmosphere with decor that makes you feel as if you're in Italy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was Kay, and we thought she was very good. The portions were big and were at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our calamari fritti, zucchini fritti, penne vodka, gnocchi with meat sauce, chicken piccata, and carbonara alla linguine. We stayed in Wildwood during the lighthouse challenge weekend. The Mexican place we'd planned to go to near our hotel had closed early for the season. Fortunately, Little Italy was still open and we didn't have to wait for a table. The dining room is spacious and really cute...murals painted on the walls to give you the feeling of dining al fresco in an Italian piazza. The prices are what you'd expect in a resort town...$25 for pasta ala vodka. The portions of pasta were enormous. The quality and taste was OK...not terrible, but not great. read more

We watched from the pool deck at the hotel across and saw the people lining up...we decided to venture in at 4:30! My shrimp scampi was good and filling. But be prepared to take some home! The first time I went (my sister had been there many times and she suggested we go) Everything was good. Great even, but not anymore. Anyway we were just there this past Saturday 7/22/23 and I have to say, It was one of the worst meals I have ever had. Nothing tasted homemade. Everything was bland. We hardly ate the Eggplant Parmesan it was soggy and flavorless so was the fettuccine alfredo which was the side pasta we picked. Additionally we had the fried appetizer which was an obscenely huge amount of frozen breaded foods, like fried Ravioli, Zucchini, Mozzarella sticks, 4 stuffed clams (not a clam in sight) 160.00 to put everything in to go containers and throw it directly into the dumpster at the hotel. Well, this was something of a disaster. A ton of things went wrong, and we ultimately walked out very disappointed. I would talk about the ambiance and noise level and all those other things, but the failures were so abundant I don't really see the point. The service was both confused and inattentive. Between our appetizers and our main course was a thirty minute dead zone in which no one checked in on us. When our food did arrive, half of it looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp for twenty of those thirty minutes. There was a thin skin on stuff. A salad we had ordered never materialized. The carbonara was watery and missing peas. The saltimbocca was drowning in sauce and tough to eat. The gnocchi was dried out. There wasn't enough red sauce. And then there were the flies. I wish I could give this place a good rating, given how crowded it was. Maybe we drew the short straw. Maybe every other table had a better time. If you are looking to get away from the boardwalk for a nice Italian dinner this is not the place for you. The one positive is the portion size is generous. However the food is so disgusting you won't want to eat it or take any home with you. The Alfredo sauce tasted like curdled milk. The angel hair was over cooked. The entire dish was slopped together. The only thing edible in the Shrimp Diablo was the shrimp however, make sure you don't choke on the tails left on the shrimp. Again the angel hair was over cooked, and the sauce was not as described on the menu. I don't even know what to say about the hot mess of flounder in lemon butter sauce. If you're still thinking about dining here there are a few other things you need to know. Service: Expect your server to be slow and rude. Wine Selection: If you are not from the area (which we were not) Wildwood Crest does not allow restaurants to serve alcohol. This establishment is bring your own bottle which would have been nice to know before hand. Sadly, it will be hard to bring been enough wine to recover from the food and service. Management: Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer if you raise a complaint to the manger. He started to argue with us about how we should have liked our experience. He did remove some of the disgusting dishes from the bill However, he is combative. He got stuck on the fact that we asked why they didn't inform us about the bring your own bottle service.
