One of my personal favorites is the banana bread latte--it has the perfect balance of sweetness with just the right amount of banana flavor. Another standout is the Rocky Mountain drink, which is an amazing blend of caramel, marshmallow, and mocha that tastes just as good as it sounds. I'm also a huge fan of their Vibe energy drinks. It's just some steamed milk dumped on espresso in a paper cup. Any time a barista puts a cap on your cup (paper cups are generally a bad sign, but some are very good, but still not as good as glass cup poured versions) it's clear they intend to hide the lack of microfoam head, the art itself is how you build this drink. The pastries are great. I've wanted to like this place really because of the story, but if you're really into espresso there are so many better options than Cosita.
