    Ahi tuna sandwich, poke bowl.

Little Palm was the perfect place for lunch for our girls trip! The ambience was so cute and fun, the food was incredible, and Miranda was so much fun! She even gave us local recommendations for a rainy day inside. We got the ahi tuna sandwich and the poke bowl. The sauce on the sandwich was amazing!! Definitely recommend for a cute, delicious place!

We stopped by for a drink and sat outside in the garden area. Very cute vibe, it felt a little like a few places we've gone in Miami. The bar seating was nice and the bartender was very kind. I'd definitely stop by here in the summer, the swim up bar was cute!

We enjoyed this spot. Quiet on a cold Sunday evening but we had some drink coupons from staying at our hotel and enjoyed the very kind waiter. Our group got two Pinot Noirs and one of the Saint Nicholas cocktails. My cocktail was delicious! And they lit the cinnamon stick so it was smoking.

This is a very nice bar located inside the hotel, upstairs from the main entrance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were looking for a spot where we could sit outside with Luna, enjoy some holiday décor, and try a few seasonal cocktails. The outdoor area was decorated, though not nearly as much as the inside. There was a section farther back with lit Christmas trees, but they weren't visible from where we were seated. We asked if we could order food at the bar and then move to that back area, but were told that wasn't allowed. Instead, we stayed in the main outdoor bar area, each ordered one drink, and shared an appetizer. Our server was friendly and we had no issues with service, though the prices were definitely on the higher side. I ordered the Jinglebird in Paradise with derrumbes mezcal, apricot, cinnamon-infused aperol, lemon, and bubbles for $16. It was a good drink overall, though it didn't really taste very Christmassy. My husband ordered the Four Christmases with Bulleit bourbon, Mr Black coffee liqueur, crème de mûre, pandan, and lime for $16. He absolutely loved it and said it tasted like Christmas in a glass. He would definitely order it again. For food, we shared the pork tostadas with slow-roasted Holy City Hogs pork shoulder, fire-roasted winter squash, and citrus for $18. They had good flavor, but for the price, we didn't feel they were quite worth it. We only got two small tostadas each, and it wasn't what we were expecting. Our total bill came to about $60. The waitress brought out a water bowl for Luna, and there were heaters outside along with a lit fireplace, which made the space feel cozy despite the cooler weather.

I always love coming to Little palm! They had the whole place decked out for Christmas and the drink I had was good. We sat outside but still felt comfortable because they had enough heaters to keep everyone warm. I do wish that the portions for the food were bigger but they taste delicious! Our server Sydney was really attentive to us and our food and drinks came fast. I enjoyed my time at little palm overall.

Came to check this place out on a beautiful afternoon. Weather was just right. It's connected to a hotel so the bar and restaurant is next to the pool area. There are two bar spaces. One beside the pool and one toward the back. We were seated at the booths closer to the pool area. Although service was slow, the staff were friendly. The food wasn't bad, but certainly wasn't memorable and we ordered a variety. We got the burger which came with yuka fries, wings, and chicken croquettes. Honestly, this spot is more for vibes and cute pics. Somewhere to drop in along the way.

Right when you walk in you'll notice the atmosphere! It's like a vintage tropical vibe in the best way! I stopped by for an after work happy hour. The sangria was delicious, I'll definitely get that again! Since it was early afternoon, there wasn't a big crowd and plenty of sets available.

The outside area at Little Palm's is so cute! Great for drinks with friends or a fun date night! Overall, the food was pretty good but nothing to ride home about. I do have to say having $17 guac is a little crazy (didn't try it but better be good) We order: Carolina Peach Salad with chicken - refreshing but I prefer my chicken to be warm/ fresh when adding to a salad. This one was very cold and dry. Crabcake - big portion Yucca fries - super yummy Our server was so sweet and attentive! Gave good recs on the drinks! Again would return for a drink but the food was a little pricey for the outcome.

Miranda was amazing! She had waters waiting for us when we sat down, which was such a thoughtful touch. She recommended the Disco Ball Punch called Water You Waiting For and it was fabulous! So much fun! We also enjoyed the chicken and waffles and the endive salad -- both were excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made our Mother's Day feel extra special by handing us a flower. Wonderful service, delicious food, and such a memorable experience. Thank you, Miranda!

I've wanted to visit Little Palm at The Ryder Hotel for years! I've been following them on IG for quite some time, so I already knew just how cute this little Palm Springs inspired restaurant was... Think all the pink & green palms, tropical vibes, etc. We went for brunch on Tuesday, so it was not very busy. The restaurant is situated just off the pool of the hotel, and the Little Palm bar services all of the pool guests. We did some exploring and discovered their stunning outdoor patio, complete with a tiki bar, plenty of umbrellas for shade, and gorgeous breezeblock accents. It was super hot outside that day, so no one was opting to sit outside. They also have a coffee bar downstairs with a signature menu that you can order off of at Little Palm. We started with their seasonal matcha with mango (Tokyo) and their iced pistachio latte (Cairo). As you already know, I'm a sucker for anything pistachio, so I could not pass up this drink. For brunch, we ordered their overnight oats, avocado toast with a poached egg, and a side of bacon. The portions were very generous and the bowl of oatmeal was massive. We couldn't even finish our meals, but it made for great leftovers the next morning. The service was also FAB, and it was so fun to explore the hotel after we were done eating. If I were a local, this would definitely be spot in my regular rotation.

Second time coming here great experience both times. Staff here are super friendly and you can't go wrong with any of the seating choices here no bad seats in the house. Menu is constantly changing from what I've gathered but everyone can find something to enjoy here whether it's drinks or food. This time around I got the LP double cheeseburger with the yucca fries super happy about my choice the meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well the toppings and bun everything on this burger was perfect I highly recommend. When it comes to drinks I could drink the palm blossom all day long what a beautifully crafted drink and a group favorite of all others we tried.

The food and drinks here are spectacular, and the ambiance is incredibly cute. I loved that they provided heaters to keep cozy once the sun went down! Our service was also top-notch; the staff was attentive, answered all our questions, and checked in frequently. My only critique is the value--the portions are a bit small for the price point. Overall, a great spot for the vibes and quality, just be prepared for higher prices

this place was like stepping into a resort. there is a pool, flower wallpaper, and a beautiful bar. the avocado toast was SO good. i asked for lemon wedges on the side so that lemon juice made it so much better. i also got "the nice list" non-alcoholic drink and it was the perfect amount of sweet. the service was a bit slow but our server was really nice. i recommend!

To start Abigail, our waitress, was attentive, helpful, super sweet and just about the best waitress I have ever had. My wife and I ordered a round of cocktails, expecting the usual great description with subsequent lack luster drinks. Last night was different, midnight bloom which is their take on an old fashioned, but really in a different league; Smooth complex, and satisfying. My wife got the Ruby Ruby which is sort of a pomegranate martini with champagne. Refreshing and vibrant. For appetizers we had the blue crab fritters and the pork belly. The fritters were crispy, light, and full of crab flavor. Virtually no filler. I could have eaten a hundred. The pork belly was crispy, and rich without being too heavy. They also serve it in a white sauce that I was still thinking about the next day. For entrees we got the Roasted grouper and the pork shank. The grouper was maybe a bit overcooked and dry, but the accompanying butter beans stole the show. The were rich, and layered with flavor. I will never see the simple butter bean in the same way ever again. The pork was fall off the bone tender without being dry. The sauce it was served in was a masterpiece. There were hints of apple, berry, cinnamon, and many other notes, I would drink it by the glass if it was available. We split the gelato for dessert. Pure delight. Smooth, bursting with flavor, and leaving you wanting for more. All in all, except for a small misstep with the cook on the grouper a near perfect dinner. I would go there soon because a Michelin star can not be far off, and then getting a table will be a near impossibility.

The first meal we had was a bit of a work/get together meal. We ordered an assortment of items off of the menu and created a more tapas menu. The charcuterie board we picked the cheeses for and it was lovely. All as expected and quite surprised to find a cheddar I enjoyed. Came with some grapes, figs, nuts, honey and I think mustard. Glazed carrots were phenomenal. Heartily enjoyed the beet salad and thought the presentation was quite pretty. Lamb lettuce wraps are alright. Not my favorite of all the dishes served but delivered as promised, nicely cooked and presented. Spouse really liked the lamb wraps and were a stand out dish to them. Meatballs are excellent truly great texture and flavor. Escargot was a fun take on a classic dish. Finished with a unique strudel in its presentation it was quite pleasant. Spouse liked the peanut butter chocolate dessert. For brunch, I had the carrot ginger soup. Which I must say was a total delight. The soup had the hallmark texture and base flavor of the carrot ginger but it had a beautiful breath of savory and some heat seasoning wise to it. It was quite an elevated soup and heartily enjoyed! I followed the carrot soup with a French toast. I am all for softly scrambled eggs but the French toast was a touch undercooked. (I did not let the restaurant know or give them the chance to make right. I regularly eat soft boiled eggs and soft scrambled so I felt comfortable with consuming them.) Strawberries were ripe and tasty. The whipped cream was gorgeous in thickness and flavor. One in law had the caesar salad with croutons and grilled chicken. Their bowl was left clean so while they are not the talkative of sorts they did seem to enjoy it. Ordered a baguette with butter. Unfortunately the butter never made it to the table but the baguette was enjoyed. Spouse had the Azur burger with the side of tapas style potatoes. All was cooked properly to temperature and texture. Flavor and taste as promised. Wasn't their favorite dish at Azur as we had tried so many lovely dishes a few evenings before. But it did deliver on what was represented in the menu. Other in law had the quiche and a side salad. They liked the quiche and would order it again.

The dining room is beautiful, and the ambiance is excellent. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality level or price point of the restaurant. When entrées range from $65-$70 for fish, $80+ for steaks, and side dishes approach $14 or more, guests reasonably expect an elevated and attentive dining experience. Throughout the evening, our server seemed rushed and disengaged. Despite our efforts to be friendly and conversational, interactions felt brief and transactional. A drink order was delivered incorrectly, and rather than improving as the meal progressed, the service became increasingly impersonal. We never felt particularly welcomed or valued as guests. A special night out with a $300-$400 check should feel memorable for the right reasons. While the food and atmosphere were good, the overall experience fell short of what we have come to expect from restaurants operating in this category and at this price level. We are glad we gave it a try, but in the future we'll likely choose other Charleston-area restaurants that deliver a more polished and hospitality-focused experience when entertaining family and friends from out of town.
