Perfect little winery in downtown CHS by the famous market. They offer wine flights and a full restaurant! We both ordered flights, a charcuterie board and the bruschetta. Everything was excellent. The board was MASSIVE!

Met up with a friend at the Market and needed a break from the tourist chaos, so we slipped into Well Hung Vineyard and it was exactly the escape I needed. The bar area was quiet and practically empty, which made it the perfect little hideaway. I ordered the charcuterie board, which comes with three meats and three cheeses. Everything was nicely presented, though I could've done without the smoked sausage, it felt a bit too heavy for the board. The bacon jam was delicious, and the bartender brought me a side of honey Dijon mustard, which ended up being the perfect pairing. Service was friendly and attentive, and the charcuterie definitely hit the spot. For being right on the Market, this place is a great refuge from the hustle and bustle. Perfect if you need a breather and a good bite.

I came here with a couple of friends for a small birthday celebration. Boy is this place out in the cut! I got a fabulous short rib brunch dish, that was to die for. I would come back for that alone! Well, I don't drink, so that's really the only thing to draw me back here. Our server was friendly and funny and we had a great time with her! She was just attentive enough without being overbearing. She gave great recommendations and was really honest about the items she preferred and why. I appreciate that! I always ask what is your favorite dish, and most servers will say the _________ is really popular! I don't care what's popular, I want to know your opinion I may not come here regularly, but I would definitely come back for another occasion!

A cute little wine restaurant in the marketplace area of Charleston. Well Hung has a refreshing assortment of cool and frozen drinks, and Well Hung branded wine. We experienced fast and friendly service. Our food was fantastic! The frozen cherry lemonade was refreshing especially on this 95 degree Charleston afternoon. Decorated with fun and wit and charm.

We picked up food from this restaurant on our most recent trip to Charleston. We arrived late to our hotel in the French Quarter and wanted to pick up food nearby. Saw the excellent reviews of this restaurant, so we gave it a chance. We picked up a She Bisque soup and Cajun Chicken & Andouille Pasta. The atmosphere when I arrived to pick up the food was vibrant. The restaurant seemed to be short staffed, so I got my meal later than expected. The She Bisque soup lacked the velvety creaminess I expected. The pasta did have a decent spice kick. However, because of the excess of residual oil, the overall experience felt heavy rather than flavorful. This was a fairly standard, average experience.

We stopped at the well hung vineyard during our food tour of Charleston. We were served by Brandon, who was very friendly and helpful. We sampled the short rib dish and several drinks. If you have time to stop here, please do so, it's a great place.!

This place was so much fun! We were in Charleston for a quick stay before heading to Orlando. We were exploring the city when this group came out with these frozen bags of wine telling us we should go in and try them! So, we did. We shared the watermelon mint and it was delicious. The name of the winery is hilarious, so my husband ended up buying a shirt. We would definitely go back and taste their wine.

Loved the drag brunch, the food, the drinks and the service! We will definitely be back! Thanks Brandon

Brandon was exceptional... from prompt delivery to attentive service throughout my dining experience. The oysters on the half shell with the house mignonette sauce were chefs kiss. Tried their Petite Verdot & it was quite lovely. Solo dining approved- the bar area is cozy; a tour was being held so I couldn't sit at the bar but ai got to overhear some of the great stories and enjoy the general bar feel/banter. Plus the name of the place makes this a must visit!

We came for Sunday evening dinner and left with our bellies full and our palates pleasantly stimulated. We sat upstairs on the open porch overlooking the market and catching beautiful sunsets. The food was amazing! We ordered a charcuterie board and received a massive display of perfection. (Be sure to check out my pictures.) A variety of interesting bites creating flavor combinations to keep your palate happy. We washed it all down with not one but two wine flights. I mean, hey, we wanted both red and white. Decided to try the flatbread pizzas, and they did not disappoint. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu! (I've actually been back just getting around to my review.) Be sure to grab a wine slushie on the way out! It's the perfect parting gift! Well Hung Vineyard, you served us well! Our server was amazing and very attentive. Below is a list of what we ordered. And yes, we did have cocktails upon arrival as we waited for our feast. Sips: Espresso Martini Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita Wine flights - white and red Bites: Well Hung Charcuterie board The "S.C." Flatbread pizza Spinach and Artichoke Flatbread Pizza

Located right next to the market, so it's a great place for a quick bite to eat. Indoor and outdoor dining is offered with a great courtyard view. Great service! Our waitress was courteous and attentive. We were a party of 5. I had the Italian Grilled Cheese and other orders included the fish n chips & the French kiss. Great reviews on all of the food which was reasonably priced for the location! Would definitely return & reccomend.

There's artwork and writing all over the ceiling, and the whole place has a very intimate, moody vibe. I would 100% bring a date here. Our bartenders were also phenomenal and really added to the experience. We came to celebrate during my birthday and started with a champagne flight, which was such a fun touch. For food, we ordered the steak and eggs and the Applewood bacon omelette. My girlfriend's steak and eggs were phenomenal. Truly no notes. Everything was cooked well, the pacing was great, and we never felt rushed. I ordered the Applewood bacon omelette, and this was really my only disappointment. There was almost too much bacon, which sounds ridiculous to complain about, but hear me out. The bacon was diced extremely fine, almost to the consistency of bacon bits, while the onions were left sliced. I think it would have worked much better if either the bacon had been cut a little larger or the onions had been diced down to match. The textures just felt mismatched. I could absolutely see the vision, and the flavor was there, but the execution was a little off. I ended up regretting my choice a little and wishing I had ordered the mushroom omelette instead. That is definitely what I'll be trying next time. I also wish there had been an option to substitute the home fries. This is definitely more of a personal preference, but home fries feel so overdone as a brunch side, and I would have loved another option. Those were really my only critiques in an otherwise fantastic experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the bartenders were phenomenal, the pacing was great, and the food overall was delicious. Church and Union is absolutely somewhere I would come back to, whether for another celebration, brunch, or a date night.

The dining room is beautiful, and the ambiance is excellent. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality level or price point of the restaurant. When entrées range from $65-$70 for fish, $80+ for steaks, and side dishes approach $14 or more, guests reasonably expect an elevated and attentive dining experience. Throughout the evening, our server seemed rushed and disengaged. Despite our efforts to be friendly and conversational, interactions felt brief and transactional. A drink order was delivered incorrectly, and rather than improving as the meal progressed, the service became increasingly impersonal. We never felt particularly welcomed or valued as guests. A special night out with a $300-$400 check should feel memorable for the right reasons. While the food and atmosphere were good, the overall experience fell short of what we have come to expect from restaurants operating in this category and at this price level. We are glad we gave it a try, but in the future we'll likely choose other Charleston-area restaurants that deliver a more polished and hospitality-focused experience when entertaining family and friends from out of town.
