You order using the QR code on the tables. The servers seemed new and weren't sure what orders went to what table. The labels were very small next to the QR code. The menu said 5 pieces of chicken, so I was assuming 5 tender sizes. It came out like Panda Express's orange chicken. I was ok with it. Had rice and a side of steamed broccoli. It tasted fine, but definitely Americanized "Korean" chicken. What can you ask for when you're at an airport, a busy one at that. Price was on the higher side, like I said, airport. This is your typical airport fast food place with ordering iPads which suck, but that's just normal, and not anyones fault. What was amazing were all the strange, quirks and features of this restaurant that made me feel so sad for the people who worked there. First off, food is editable and satisfying, if a little bland. The tables are dirty, cutlery is left out, and your food doesn't come with napkins, chopsticks, knives, forks, etc. I think this is because the system is so bad. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but they were constantly confused. They were also pretty beat down from the constant stream of complaints that I heard from customers. The lady behind the counter apologized so many times and claimed things were not her fault (when I was not yelling and just trying to show empathy.) that behavior shows me that the culture at this place is totally broken, so you have to just save your own skin. I paid for three people to have a bowl, two shared starters, and a beer and the price came out to $148! So you combine ransom prices, stressed out patrons, and employees broken by a deranged system, you get a dumpster fire. Food for the three of us was served out over about a leisurely 45 minutes. From a fast food place! At an airport! The number of people who paid and then walked out without food because they had to make a flight was shocking. And it's not like the employees didn't care. You could see they felt terrible. But it doesn't matter. We had starters eventually served after mains, drinks brought out after that, the wrong order delivered twice, and doubles of one other dish. I can't imagine the food waste and cost waste that is going on there. All the patrons were bonded in a kind of clown-show humor and shared trauma event, with the legend of the suck being passed down from one person to the next. If you have the time, and the money, and a twisted sense of humor, this place would be a fascinating anthropological study of a workplace gone bad. If you are are a restauranteur, I would guess you could poach these employees from this place in under 30 seconds. read more

Dumplings weren't bad, not the best in the world, but edible and decent for airport food. Korean fried chicken rice was AWFUL. Chicken was overly sweet, not crispy and the rice was some of the worst rice I've ever tasted in my life. Overall, this "quick" dinner ended up being over $40+. Food came out pretty slow as well. We stopped here ravenous after an international flight. My first observation was that seating is confusing - it looks like open seating, but you actually need to be seated (which is ultimately a good thing given the pandemic, especially in an airport). Ordering is also confusing - the tablet you use to place your order (which, again is good in the pandemic era) appears to require you to scan your bordering pass in the tablet in front of you, but the tablet is apparently unable to scan, but it's apparently not required anyway so it's no big deal. Confusing. However, we eventually figured it out and ordered our food, which came out quickly. I ordered the duck spring rolls and Korean spicy chicken bowl. Both were tasty. The spring rolls had a warm, mostly savory but slightly sweet flavor with a pleasant little bit of heat. I have lived in Korea for over a year and am still not sure what Korean spicy chicken is, but what came out was very lightly breaded with some nice sesame and hoisin notes. It came on white rice (which I like) and with steamed broccoli (which I did not expect and do not like), so it's a dish that is either healthy or good to split with a vegetarian. The beer selection also looked robust, but I did not order one (but I'll bet it would have gone very nicely with the chicken). Also, the staff seemed very diligent about sanitizing between customers.
