The food is great here, so are their smoothies! Service here is friendly & top tier! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the outdoor seating areas, especially on a nice sunny day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is also super cute! Almost like I walked into a bistro in Italy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I wanted to give this place five stars so incredibly badly, but after an hour long wait for our order of two crepes, I really cannot. Everything else about it was lovely: the interior was nicely decorated, the menu options were abundant and all looked delicious. There was really decent seating for the tiny size (about 4 tables inside, and several outside, as well as some couches outside). The worker was friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the chili basil aioli on the Spicy Turkey Panini- very possibly my new favorite condiment I've ever been served. The only critique on the food itself was that is was small, especially for being decently pricey, and looking back I wouldn't consider it a full meal by any means. However, despite all of the positive things, by the time the food was ready my brother and I only had twenty minutes to eat, despite the hour and a half we had set aside for ourselves. The cafe itself wasn't busy at all - we were the only ones indoors, and only two or three parties were seated outdoors. I believe they only had one person working the back, but even so, an hour seems extreme to make the couple of sandwiches, and two crepes that were delivered to tables during our time there. Unfortunately I can't say I'll be returning, even if I did enjoy the meal.

Very nice, cozy place that lives up to its name. Had a large iced mocha after a hike in Briones & it hit the spot! I was going to sit outside in the nice red patio though stayed inside to enjoy the nice jazz music playing - and to enjoy the a/c too. ;) The Little Red Bistro is open until 7pm, so it was open at 3pm (when other nearby coffee shops were already closed) and I'm glad it was!

I've been wanting to come to this place after readying all the reviews. Today my mom and I finally had time to come and we are so glad we did! We were looking for lunch on a Sunday but didn't want to go to a place they would be overly crowded or super busy. We tried the Little Red Bistro and was pleasantly surprised it had cute outdoor and indoor seating. They had a great variety of Paninis, crepes, soups, and salads. We decided to get two crepes and sit outside. The service was fast and very friendly. I'm looking forward to coming back with friends to enjoy a coffee and hang out. This is a small business you definitely will want to support.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute lil cafe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They served me a big ass latte (can't complain at all because I also took it to go). The Santa Fe panini with the side of salad was good as well, I just wish they put more inside.

First time coming here and everything was delicious! I would of given 5 stars but the portion was small but it was still really good! I liked it a lot and the lady was nice enough she split our food so we could both try We would of done that because we always share when we try new places. I also got a single raspberry mocha latte I really liked because it wasn't too sweet it was just right! My partner got a hazelnut latte which was good too. I use to have a really big sweet tooth but can't do too sweet anymore and I really liked that one too. It's a cute little spot. Next time we'll try the dessert crepes. Only reason for the one star off is it's small maybe that's how crepes are supposed to be but we got used to this other place that made them and they are pretty big. But we will come back to try the other stuff!

The barista was incredibly rude and quite nasty tempered. I was polite. I wasn't screaming at the barista there at all. I would encourage every patron start the day off teaching the barista a lesson that may change the barista into be a little more appropriate. The barista is to experience a 6 month restriction or the owner to fire the barista outright. The best way, place the barista on restriction and restrict the tips to one copper penny and not any other money, coins or dollars to be the tip. To start, the employee working at the cash register was super friendly and gave great suggestions on drinks and food to order based on how sweet we like things or more coffee for we may want things to be. There isn't really any indoor seating space but they did build out into the parking lot with a few picnic tables and chairs for people to stay and eat their food. While we both really enjoyed the food - both of which were recommended by the employee - the coffee was not good at all. Pro: the avocado toast that we ordered had a curried chickpea salad on top and it had a delicious flavor. That was probably my favorite bite! We also shared half order of the blueberry waffle, and it had a type of granola on top that provided some really great textures. The food certainly impressed me. Con: Both of us felt like the coffee had none of the flavor that it was supposed to have (we both ordered the cardamom maple iced latte with macadamia nut milk) and instead, it just tasted like milk. It didn't even really have a coffee forward flavor. Since this is a coffee shop that was a pretty big disappointment. Overall, we enjoyed the food and service, but would skip the coffee.

I gave Imm Thai another try, tried Thai Table, and even Glom Thai (which replaced Sistory), but none of them had the same quality or flavors I had been missing. I also loved Banana Leaf in El Cerrito before it closed, so I figured those days were over. Then I found out the owners of Sistory had opened Saneh Bangkok in Pleasant Hill, so we decided to celebrate my aunt's birthday there. Wow, it exceeded all of our expectations. Every single dish was outstanding, and honestly, even better than I remembered from Sistory. We ordered the Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, Red Curry, Spring Rolls, and the fried chicken with roti and Massaman curry. Everything was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and packed with flavor. The noodles had that authentic wok flavor I'd been searching for, the curry was rich and delicious, and the roti with Massaman curry was absolutely incredible. The portions were generous, the service was warm and attentive, and the whole experience reminded me why I loved Sistory so much in the first place. We were so full that we didn't have room for dessert, but next time I am definitely getting the mango sticky rice! As if that wasn't enough, I also learned the owners are behind Thai Lao Pakaoma in El Cerrito, which took over the old Banana Leaf location--and it's only five minutes from my house! Now I'm even more excited to try that one too. If you were a fan of Sistory or Banana Leaf, do yourself a favor and check out Saneh Bangkok. It brought back everything I'd been missing, and I can't wait to go back.

The location is easy to get to, with lots of parking behind in a lot, and it's very clean, with lots of chairs and tables; yet all were filled this Saturday evening, which is a good sign. There are too many pastries, treats, and drinks to even cover, and we spent a few minutes trying to find our choices, which you mainly pick from cabinets using a self-serve tray and tongs. For drinks and cake (whole or sliced), you order those at the counter. We decided on some pastries, some cake slices, and a drink. And S'mores was the predominant theme today. We ordered a raspberry fruit bite, 2 chocolate supreme croissants, 2 S'mores Belgian waffles, a sugar mochi donut, a coffee donut croissant, 2 slices of S'mores chocolate marshmallow cake, and a slice of rainbow cake. We also got the cream cheese puff and the crème brûlée bombolone ... quite the name! And, of course, a S'mores frappe! The server helping us at the register was polite and efficient, but there was only one register open and a long line. As such, other folks were helping gather the goodies from the cake case, and as we were taking these to go, we did not realize until we were home that the rainbow cake was not a rainbow cake, but a THIRD slice of S'mores cake. Ugh. That one was chosen by the 8-year-old, who was understandably not happy, and the additional insult of paying extra (above the cost of the S'mores) for a cake we didn't get made ME unhappy too! Paid $8.29, got a $6.99 cake slice. The pastries are generally good, with some very good and some more of a "meh." Among the best were the raspberry fruit bite and the coffee donut croissant. That coffee one was a surprise, as it had a soft liquid filling we didn't realize when buying, and the taste was very coffee, which I loved. Will get that again for sure. The S'mores chocolate supreme croissant was also popular. The crème brûlée bombolone was different, with a light pastry and a filling different from what I usually find in crème puffs, and it was tasty. The waffles were not a light and airy as we would have liked, but the flavor was good. The mochi donut was a bit dry as well, not up to true Japanese bakery standards, and the cream cheese puff was all puff and short on the cream cheese (see photos). And the S'more cake was good for flavor, very rich and S'morey, but the presentation really is lacking. Not that I normally compare one chain to another, but for example, when we get Crumbl, the product is very close to the advertising. Not so with the S'more cake, and I am not even sure all the layers were there and in the proper order or proportion; check out the photos and see what I mean. However, the flavor was spot on, and that is the ultimate goal, although the "eyes eat first," as we Yelpers know! And the highlight was not a pastry or cake, but the S'more frappe. It was layered beautifully, fresh-tasting, and very S'morey (yes, a new word I now love!). We even got a second, as we had to eat this there so it could be shared by the group, and it was calling us! Definitely hope it is available next visit, and Starbucks could take a lesson in quality versus price point. Some of the pastries here are really not worth the cost for the product (would skip the cream cheese puff, for example, and the mochi donut), but everything else was very good. Other than an error in fulfilling the order correctly and a couple a poor pastries (quality), it was a good first visit, and we all would come back when near a location.
