Good is usually pretty good. No real complaints here. I usually get the Cobb salad. My daughter loves their French Dip along with whatever soup they got going on that day. They give you a little extra baguette on soups and sandwiches, being a bread lover, that's a plus (though I shouldn't be eating all the bread). Service is okay. Expectations are between a fast food place and a sandwich shop. They are nice, but nothing over the top or exceptional about it. The prices are a little high, but what isn't in the Bag Area. Honestly this was biggest waste of money I've ever spent and the most disappointed I've ever been with any food in all my life, and I've had a bug in my food before. The lack of pictures and reviews should've told me everything I needed to know. I ordered the ham and turkey on a wheat sub with added bacon and it cost nearly $17. From the pictures, I thought I'd be getting more food for that price but I couldn't be more wrong. First, even though it says sub, it's not actually a sub or a wheat roll. It's just 2 thin slices of wheat bread. I don't think they know what a sub or a roll is tbh. Second, even though it's just a slice of wheat bread, apparently you only get half of the bread or half of the sandwich. They really go through the effort to cut the bread in half and overcharge significantly for what you get. You're telling me I just paid $17 to just get a half sandwich? It's lowkey depressing and I was still hungry after eating it. Just look at the picture I added, my hand is literally bigger than the sandwich. Third, the filling was barely there. Honestly felt like I was eating a tomato sandwich like I'm in poverty. This felt like a poverty meal but I paid $17 for it which is unbelievable. I even paid an extra $1.55 for bacon yet it only came with 1 piece of bacon, they can probably say 2 pieces but they clearly cut 1 normal piece of bacon in half. If they're charging $1.55 for bacon, you should definitely get more than 2 half pieces. Even when I picked up my order, workers were just standing there and I had to make the effort to tell them why I'm there rather than them asking me if I have a order for pickup. I even gave them a minute or so to ask me if I have a pickup order since they weren't thay busy but no one asked. Honestly just go to any other sandwich place. Save yourself the money and disappointment. I'm literally disappointed in myself for thinking I was gonna get more food for that price and this embarrassing sandwich really made me question life. During our recent Sourdough visit, we noticed that Cailyn, Antonio and Marisol continue this location's tradition of excellent customer service and cleanliness. Cailyn especially remembered us from a previous time and issued warmly courteous greetings. Nevertheless, all three were helpful and gracious with our order, which was freshly prepared and as requested. Aside from friendly, attentive service this Sourdough location remains among the best in fast food when it comes to not only quality but hygiene and cleanliness. Most impressive, staff members thoroughly wash their hands (even at the start of each shift), change gloves to prevent contamination and maintain a clean food prep area. It can't be underscored enough how rare this is elsewhere. Sunday Brunch was a great time to try Sourdough&Co out! No wait, quick and efficient service, and the sandwiches and soup tasted great! I've been to this sourdough location twice and I love it. I've only been to this sourdough location to be exact lol. I ordered the turkey and salami sandwich on sourdough with American cheese and pretty much all the fixings. I do order ahead for pick up because there's a huge lunch rush and no need to wait awhile. The bread is so fresh and crispy and maintains its integrity over 4+ hours. I got the pesto aioli and house spread and adds so much flavor. Take it for me if you are looking for something quick and easy for lunch and can't quite decide what you want. I went in here on Friday and ordered the clam chowder bread bowl and the clam chowder was nice and chunky and hot and the bread bowl was packed separately, which I appreciate it so that when I got back to work, I could put the soup in myself. But the bread itself was just amazing sourdough. It was crispy and crunchy and soft and all the right places. The actual bread bowl with the soup was about $14 which I thought was quite high however the quality made up for the cost. This will be a sometime treat. I used the Sourdough & Co mobile app. I showed up to pick up my food at 12:40pm, 10 minutes after the time it is supposed to be ready 12:30pm. I placed my ordered on the app at 12:02pm. When I arrived my food had not even been started, they told me it was be ready in about 8 minutes. Eight minutes passed and I asked them again. They still had not started my order and someone else was now actual starting to make it. I walked out with my food at 12:54pm. They apologize for my wait but what is the point having a mobile order or time limit on the app if it is not followed ? They should've refunded my food. read more

These are our favorite sandwiches! The bread is some of the best we've ever had, and the sandwich fillings are tasty. I always get the French Dip, hubby always gets the ham. We share a bowl of clam chowder, which is the best we've had anywhere in the area. I place our order online, and pick it up, and staff is always friendly. not impressed with this business-first off my arm is in a cast-I couldn't open the door-so I see the staff inside and I knock on the door a few times then I have to wait my hand up and down in the air and point to the door that I couldn't open-finally they opened the door for me.
