Run!!!! Don't walk! I wish I could actually give a food review but I cannot because I did not actually received my food via DoorDash! I sat for over a hour in a hotel lobby talking to customer service waiting for my food as the restaurant lied it was on the way. Come to find out they sent their own driver and not a subcontractor driver so there was no update on driver tracking and it randomly said delivered with no proof of delivery. Now I'm fighting DoorDash to get a refund for a $38 meal and they wanted to offer me an inconvenience refund of $14. Trust me they have no idea what I can do. They are a foolish restaurant and I would suggest you go anywhere but here if you actually want food. I will give a horrible review on every platform for wasting my time and money. read more

I've had Thai food hundreds of times, and the tamarind duck is one of my favorites. It usually comes with the thick sweet and sour tamarind sauce, juicy yet crispy-skinned duck, and some delicious white rice to go with it. This tamarind duck was dry, old, and such a tiny portion to boot, about half the size of my palm, and, at $18.50, I'm sadly not exaggerating. The rice is old and bland and the vegetables are flavorless. The spring roll was the worst part of all! Or was it the Thai Iced Coffee that tasted like a pound of sugar?? Or was it when the waitress double-checked in my to-go bag, which only had one item, yet still I opened my bag to find no cutlery? And yes I left a small tip for pickup! Geez! Beware !!! These people are crooks! I have had issues with this restaurant charging my card extra fees AFTER my food has been delivered in the past (pay attention to your uber eats receipt ). I haven't ordered from them in MONTHS for this specific reason. Today, I attempted to order food from them via doordash, and a representative from the restaurant called me AFTER I placed an order for over $32 worth of food and told me I NEED TO LEAVE A BIGGER TIP !!?? I am disgusted and mortified. I will be calling the better business bureau, and I am on the phone with doordash while I'm typing this review. I asked her to cancel my order, and she said, "No, you cancel it !" Keep in mind that this establishment's restaurant owners deliver their food, so it's not like they're advocating for their door dashers... they are supporting for their own pockets. Disclaimer: Have never been to the venue...only delivery I love Thai food and my go to place in White Plains doesn't use a delivery service I like sooooo found little Thai kitchen in grub hub. Outrageously over priced ... I eat at a lot of thai/ cambodian restaurants throughout the region as I travel for work and eat dinner on the road at least three times a week. I have never seen Pad See Ew that cost this much.. by like $10 ! Also, the food was just okay ... no chinese broccoli.. just the american kind and it wasn't cooked enough. Strange little hole in the wall place and you have to drive around to figure out where to park. Really no ambiance. There was one guy running the front end by himself as mostly food delivery drivers drifted in and out. This place has good food, but every other factor brings it down to 3 stars. Let's start with flavor. I ordered the Massaman with chicken, Red curry with veggies and tofu, and Pad Thai with duck. The curries were good, but light on the flavoring. Maybe some people like this, but I tend to like a stronger flavor. The ingredients are fine, though the chicken looks a bit skimpy, but they usually look a bit skimpy in Thai curries. Regardless, the overall flavor is very solid, so it is a net positive; it just didn't make me feel like I was eating "tasty Thai food". Moving onto the other big factor, value. I had to sell a kidney to buy this meal. Not actually, but 23 dollars for takeout Thai curry is a bit absurd. I think it would be justified if there was a sit-down restaurant or if this was the best Thai food I have ever had or if the volume was enormous, but it is none of these things. I will say it does taste very healthy, so I think that is a plus. Perhaps if I could pinpoint what is unique about this restaurant, I would feel the value is justified, but as of now, to me, it is standard Thai takeout, so having to pay the premium makes it hard to fully appreciate what it might be. Overall: Meh. I could've had a V-8, honestly. The good: the food is flavorful. Westchester doesn't have many good Thai restaurants that I know of. Usually, the food is underwhelming/bland which is just not typical of Thai food. At least LTK's food is kinda tasty. The bad: the Scarsdale location is kind of a hole in the wall, not worth eating there. I'd suggest ordering delivery EXCEPT that I've heard the delivery is abysmal. Not to mention that the food isn't prepared well. I ordered a basic chicken pad Thai and found that the chicken was cold and tough, clearly leftover and added to the noodles which were (literally) steaming hot. They also had no sriracha sauce in the entire restaurant which is just curious. The ugly: this cold chicken kinda tasty noodle dish was a whopping $24...so unless my life depends on eating mediocre Thai food, I prob won't be back. read more

I wish Yelp had a decimal point rating system. This isn't a 4 star place but it's also not a 3 star place. Rookie scores only!! I went with four since I rounded it up. It seems 80% of the bad reviews come from delivery being awful. The other complaint is the price/value and just general problems and difficulties when you order through an app. I always do pick up and I always call it in and not use an app. ... Wait? WHAT?!? You call and talk to a real life person? Yes I do. While you will definitely speak with an individual that has an accent and at times it will be difficult to understand them. However if you are patient and kindly ask them to repeat themselves, eventually they get your order correct and I never had any issues ordering this way. You know? Simply act like you are a human and the person you are speaking with is also a human. Take the extra 8 seconds KAREN!! Now picking up isn't as easy as it sounds either. No parking in front or anywhere on the street. It's best to make it a 2 person pick up and one jumps out and the other circles around. We find it best to go behind the building where the train station is then walk up the stairs to the street. Either way it's a hassle. Also no sit down, it's take out only. Now on to the actual food. It's basic Thai. Nothing fancy and nothing special. Thai in general is pricey but as I said it before in other reviews and will say it again...Scarsdale prices. Seriously this is in no way a quick, easy, cheap take out meal. Thai curries are always my favorite so no complaints there. Most of you basic Bee's will get the Pad Thai and it's as good as any other place. The various proteins are good and my favorite is the mock duck. Is it vegan or just vegetarian? I do not know because I get various answers but it doesn't have any dairy or fish sauce in it. Perhaps eggs? Ideally we would order from here a few times a month instead it's only a few times a year. The standard sized order of my favorite dish which is the red curry that is mostly vegetables, small container of rice and the mock duck as the protein is over 25 bucks. I usually order here for the family out of pure convenience in this perfect scenario. I am on the train back from the city. I call in my order while on the train. Get off the train, grab my food, jump in a uber, go home. Then during the entire meal we all discuss how the food is good but definitely waaaaay overpriced. read more

This place has legit good food and good sized portions, although I think their mock duck selections are stupid expensive. If you are north of the city, this may be your best, expensive option for good Thai food. Life could be worse. I cannot deny that I really enjoyed the mock duck pad pad that I ordered but the price is simply too high. $22.95 for a vegetarian dish. When you see that on the menu, you think twice about ordering other items for the heck of it. Weird vibe inside. Food is over cooked and bland and greasy. Expensive as well for what you get. $25+ for a main dish is double what the atmosphere tells me it should cost. this is a genuine hole in the wall take out booth with customers and Uber eats bikers coming in and out and banging into your table with delivery bags - and finally when I get my bill ($98 for four dishes!) the chap writes on the check "cash tip only - don't put the tip on the card..." I almost felt like not leaving a tip at all. I do not like to be told what I should do with my money by a waiter, or that they expect me to tip them. The only reason I managed to get any service is the place is so small I could reach out and grab the manager over the counter with one hand and get his attention while still eating my massamam curry with the other. I thought there was no good Thai food outside of the city. However we found this "very little" Thai restaurant in Scarsdale New York. We were there visiting family in while touring small downtown area we're looking for a place to dine. There are actually numerous restaurants in the area this one was tucked away next to the train station. If you blink while walking you will miss it. For a small restaurant the menu is very expansive. Prices are average for this part of New York state. I ordered the green curry chicken. This was served in a bowl along side a small bowl of rice. The flavor was good with richer curry taste not watered down. They included eggplant and bamboo shoots which was nice. Our group also ordered the Pad Thai, which was actually very good. With a good portion size. We also had the Thai tea which was yummy. They do not have Wi-Fi here or a bathroom. Seems this restaurant is mostly designed for carry out. Overall a solid choice for Thai food if you are in the area. They might even GrubHub. read more

Ordered a bunch of stuff for delivery as I had been craving Thai food as of late. While the prices for entree's are a bit steep, I appreciated their Vegetarian options. Most places in my area typically offer just tofu but I was pleased to see this establishment offer mock duck as a choice for meat substitution. Being a huge fan of Pad See Ewe I can definitely say that they do a decent job and I am fairly confident their other noodle dishes are just as good. I ordered two basic curry dishes to get a feel for the quality; it's about average but kind of hard to justify at the price point of $24. Their Pineapple Fried Rice was aromatic and fluffy.. Chock full of nice vegetables and cashews, but lacking in pineapple surprisingly! While I see a lot of Yelpers complaining about delivery speed, I did not have this issue. They were about 10 minutes overdue which is excusable and the food was still very warm. I received a text upon arrival and the food was left on my doorstep...just how I like it! I'd say this was a nice experience. I don't order food often but when I do, I splurge. I would definitely order from LTK again at some point! read more

Food is overpriced and probably the worst Thai food I've ever had. Iced coffee comes pre-sweetened so when they add condensed milk it makes it unbearably sweet. Beware of this place. I ordered DoorDash from here. The manager called me to tell me that DoorDash had canceled my order and asked for my credit card to complete delivery. A few minutes later the DoorDash delivery person called me and told me that the LTK manager told her that I had canceled the order. Worst delivery experience I've ever had. Ordered food at 5:40, with an expected delivery time of 6:25-6:45. Called around 6:30 and was told the food was on the way. At 7:20 tried calling the restaurant and they were no longer picking up calls from the number we originally used. Called with a different number and someone picked up the line and placed the receiver down because I could hear my voice and could hear the occasional item being placed on whatever surface the phone was on. A little after 7:30 I hear a knock on the door. The food was on the porch and their delivery man was walking away as I tried talking to him. I tried asking him a question about the wait and he said "it took four minutes to get here" and I kept trying to ask what went wrong and he kept walking away from me, with his back to me saying "enjoy your food" "I don't cook I deliver" etc. Zero responsibility from the restaurant, horrible employees, and the food was the worst Thai food I've had. This is not a review so much about food as it is about customer service. I ordered take out earlier this week and was disappointed that my Thai Salad had a lot of water in it and the salad itself was hot because it was packed on top of a hot dish. When I ordered a second time this week and picked up my food, I asked them to make sure that the salad was on the bottom. They opened the bag and moved it around and assured me that the salad was now on the bottom. When I got home I realised it was not and I had another hot salad with too much water. I called and asked the employee to have the owner call me. I was told that he would not do that. I then asked to have the manager call me and I was told that he would not do that but I could call back another time and ask for the manager. What bothered me equally was the fact that this same employee working on Thursday, September 14 at 6pm at the register (young male with blond streaks in hair) did not wear a face mask. I have been ordering for a long time from this restaurant and this behavior by an unmasked employee is not okay. If LTK Scarsdale cares anything about their customers, management will respond to this review and reach out to me. If they do not, ask yourself if that's the type of place you want to support. read more

Ordered shrimp pad Thai and shrimp pad see ew. The pad Thai had such a strong fishy smell that we couldn't get past in order to eat it. The pad see ew had a weird tasting sauce that was not like anything I have ever eaten before and in NYC.....I eat Thai food twice a week. I hate that my Thai food options in Westchester are so bloody limited and was so keen to like this place especially since they deliver but sadly, I would never eat from this place again. I chose to pay cash as per the option provided on seamless. They called me and said there is a min order (also not on seamless) and that they're doing me a favor by delivering it since it's a small order and paying cash instead of card. I told them they would have to update things on their side of the seamless system as I wouldn't have known and shouldn't be held responsible for this. I said my thanks for fulfilling the order. I ordered a soup and appetizer spring rolls and paid $35! My Tom Yum soup was 1/4 empty, (small) with one piece of shrimp, a few mushrooms and tomatoes, and mostly just broth for $9! My shrimp rolls were barely wrapped in the rice noodle paper and fell apart as soon as I picked them up. They were filled with tons of lettuce and hard carrots and one piece of shrimp, cut in half, in each roll. They packed it in saran wrap to make it look put together, it was obvious that it was carelessly thrown in a container and they tried to save it with the saran wrapping to try and hold them together. I called them and after much convincing and complaining they said they would give me a credit in their system for the NEXT time I order and couldn't refund me because I paid cash (although the driver JUST left 3 min ago)! What good is a credit for another day when I'm hungry today and I don't even get a good meal from the $35 dollars I paid for a small soup and appetizer?!? STAY AWAY! read more
