These folks have been taking care of my vehicles for years now and they always look out for me. The first time I worked with them my control arm had popped out of its ball joint. James came by after I had waited 4 hours for another shop to send a tow. He popped it back in to place at my residence and followed me to their shop to avoid a tow fee, then fixed my vehicle by the same day. Since then they have always treated me with respect and have gone above and beyond at one point when both my vehicles needed repair offering me a free loaner. Today I picked up my car after being towed in Saturday, with the windows down and storms hitting, thinking my car would be water logged. Nope, they fixed the vehicle and opened all the doors to let it air out so it wouldn't skank. Great service at its finest. Would recommend to any of my DE friends!!! read more

I have been here many times with a car I just purchased from someone. The car broke down 3 times this week, and each time I called Little's they took me in the same day, diagnosed the problem and got me out on the road. They did everything each time to make sure I was safe going back out on the road and were extremely honest every time I was in. The last time tonight my car broke down, I called 40 minutes before they closed. They had someone there in 5 minutes to try and jump my car and then offered me to come right over once my insurance road side assistance came because I'd already called for a tow. 15 minutes after they closed I called just to leave them a message that I would leave the car sunday because I didn't have a ride home after the tow dropped off the car, but the owners answered and said they didn't want me in any kind of predicament like today, and offered to drive me home instead. It is REALLY rare to find great mechanics today, let alone honest ones. But let me tell you that the men (and women) of Little's are a class act neighborhood go to mechanic shop if you ever saw one. The owner drove me home, made sure I got in ok, and promised to have my car done monday when they opened back up. They helped me all day when I was at my wits end crying in my car that had broken down for the 3rd time at the tail end of the week. Even sitting in the lobby with the other patrons, we couldn't help but boast about how amazing everyone here is. They explain everything to you, and tell you when a repair isn't necessary just yet so you aren't piling on costs all in one trip. Thank you for everything guys! Littles Garage does not stand behind their work. I spent $960 on tires and they did not balance correctly. I asked them if they would take a look at it and they gave me the run around. They told me I could stop by but they could not guarentee they could look at it. Very poor service, the new management will run it into the ground. I have been going to Little's for a few years, never a bad experience. At the end of last winter I had my timing belt and water pump replaced as well as a tune up,,new plugs, wires etc. About three months later my car ran terribly, I was able to get it back to Little's where it was found that one of the spark plug wires, which was not visible, came off. They fixed it for free. WOW ! I appreciate and support local businesses. This is a very good family owned local business. read more

Little's garage is the best shop around. James and Frank are both extremely knowledge and helpful. They have worked on my 2006 Chevy Equinox, advised me on whether or not to buy certain cars and told me that purchasing a used car model had a lot of mechanical problems, and now even on my 2014 Chevy Equinox if anything happens to it. Most shops would let you buy a car with a bunch of problems to make money off you but they were honest with me and helped me anytime I walked in.
