Went here for a birthday party recently and I have to say, this is an ideal and almost perfect venue with plenty of space. The outdoor area is very nicely setup, has lots of seating space, and they even allowed a taco guy to cook outside and serve beer. It was awesome. The indoor play area is also a good size and the kids had a blast. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. 2 reasons why I can't give it 5 starts. First, the place is hard to find and parking is terrible. You have to pay for Valet parking which is never fun. And the one really annoying thing about this place is that, while the staff are nice and attentive, they are CONSTANTLY trying to clean up which was really excessive. At least 2-3 times, I would put my plate down to help my child with something, come back within 1 min and my plate of food was gone. My advice to the owner would be to ease up on this. Also, just a fair warning if you choose to host a party here, they are very strict about adhering to your scheduled party time. They want you out of there quick! read more

Had to give them a 5 star rating for their exceptional party planning. We had our sons combined birthday here and our guest had nothing but great things to say about this place. Starting with the multi level playground to the slide to the cakes to the decorations this place wowed us. The staff was friendly and nice the valet service made the birthday party easy. I did my daughters first birthday here and was super happy. I'm very picky about decorations and I usually do it myself but this time I decided to have Armineh do everything. It turned out great! I'm glad I didn't have to worry about set up and clean up. I was very happy and she was super easy to work with. The staff was amazing. So helpful and attentive. All the kids loved the playground because it is suitable for all ages. All the adults loved the playground because it is spacious and has the outdoor patio. I brought a taco stand so it was perfect. Let me just say that this was the second party we host with Live Love Play so I can confidently say it is not worth it at all. Fortunately, it will be the last party I ever host here. To start off, I had multiple guests comment on the disgustingly rude attitude the staff had the entire time. From the moment we walked in they had a very stuck up demeanor as if we weren't paying them thousands of dollars to host a party there. To make matters worse, they stole some of my party items and when I called back to ask them when I could pick my items up they said they would call me in two minutes and of course they never called back. I didn't make a big deal about it because its good to give to the less fortunate and they are obviously in a position where they need it more than I do if they have to steal from their own customers. The staff was incredible - so kind and hard working and made the entire party run smoothly. But the real gem of this place is the Armene, the owner. Please do yourself a favor and hire her for your decor. She will handle everything and absolutely blow you away with her incredible talent. This place is in the middle for me. Although I love that it has such a huge jungle play area. I do think the rest of the play Space is too small. Not that many toys, there was only two dolls but they were dirty. I left there with my socks black at the bottom so I wonder how much of it is actually cleaned on a daily basis. Also not much parking, and quite expensive for indoor playground. Actually I'm surprised that they don't offer more packages. So that you can get a small discount on multiple visits. Brought my 6 and 8 year old sons here and we all LOVED it. Clean, safe, free WiFi, good AC, they are able to get loud and physical. There's a huge climbing structure with a trampoline, slides, habitrails, etc. There's a little play area for younger kids, but since the climbing structure is huge and the sight lines aren't always great, I would avoid bringing my 2.5 year old, since I would be worried that he might get hurt and I wouldn't be able to see him. My kids were running and shrieking with joy, and playing with other kids there, and the staff didn't ask them to be quiet or not run, which I really appreciated. If I had to change anything about this place, it would be that I wish there was more comfortable seating for the adults. It's all tables and dining chairs, but I would have loved to sit somewhere a bit more soft and cozy. They were setting up for a party as we were leaving. It is a really cute place to have a party. The photos would come out pretty, and it's clearly set up to handle pretty large parties. I will definitely come back, and I will definitely consider having a kids' birthday party here. read more

Meh, not the most impressed with this indoor play ground. Floors were clean but not sure how often the play area is cleaned but that seems to be the norm at some of these indoor playgrounds that I've been to with my son. We went on Friday and after amelessly looking for the place I found it's behind a Mediterranean restaurant. They were closing early because of a party which was fine with us, we had enough time to play. I was with my son the whole time but some parents were not supervising their bigger kids and they were playing very rough so we got out of the way before we got hurt. I would say that there could be more pretend toys. There's a full kitchen but nothing to play pretend with. Some pretend food items, plates and cups would be fun. It was chilly inside so I would recommend taking a sweater and pants. I'm glad I had extra clothes for my son. We brought our own snacks but they sell chips and there's free instant coffee. I was really excited for this place since Blippi did a video here but I left a little disappointed. I'm glad we came and saw but probably won't make the drive back to Glendale, I'd rather make the drive to kids town in Lakewood it is still my favorite indoor playground. I think this place has great potential and maybe a little updating the toys and things like that would be awesome for them. I have mixed feelings about this place. The play structure is incredible, sturdy and safe and the kids have a blast but there are a few problems. The staff, are not particularly friendly and don't even seem to like kids very much. One girl does, but the rest seem pretty grumpy and make me feel like they resent our patronage. Secondly, they have you inital and sign a three page waiver. It's excessive and still not even binding if someone was injured due to their negligence. The sink in the bathroom is VERY high. Higher than the average sink and there is just one small stool (which is sometimes missing) for the kids to stand on. Nuts since their clientele are all short! If the small stool isn't around, I have to awkwardly have to pick up my kid to wash his hands as I would in a kid un-friendly place. Lastly are the parties. They sometimes close early without warning because they are having parties before the closing time. A couple of times I've schlepped all the way out there with my son only to have them tell me they're closing in 30 minutes, three hours early, for a party. I understand that parties are more lucrative, but perhaps they should have a weekday or two set aside for early parties and have their set closing times earlier on those days. We will still come here, because my son loves it, but they really need to step it up. read more

This review is for a consultation -- I was considering this venue for my kids birthday party. When I arrived the place looked cute, and I really loved the outdoor area. I really wanted the party to be indoor / outdoor because we were having so many kids. The woman I spoke with told me we were unable to do much outdoor, couldn't have food or cake out there, and had to keep the party contained to the very very small indoor space (the seating for grown ups is extremely small). But on their Instagram all of the parties are outdoor...??? Very frustrating. Glad I didn't have my party here. When I found out this place was the same ownership as project play I decided to book my child's first birthday and very quickly regretted my decision. The playground and overall booking is good but the staff is very rude! Not one of them speak English. It's very unprofessional to not have one person speak English. Two of the staff members sat at the counter the whole entire time while the other two did all the work and obviously nothing was done right. I truly love this place because my son enjoy himself a lot. I hate to even write a bad review for this place but I think this matter should be Addressed. I usually take my son often to this indoor playground and iv noticed that every time my son goes his socks are filthy dirty after playing for a little bit there it's concerns me because I don't think they wipe and clean the play place thoroughly. Iv been to other indoor playground and I haven't seen my son socks turn black from dirt. I think this place should be aware of keeping the place cleansing at all times hopeful I see a change would be sad to not attend this play because of this matter. read more
