My husband and I purchased a beautiful bedroom set from Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga almost 8 years ago and we still love it. Very high quality and has survived 3 moves. With this in mind, we stopped at the Living Spaces in Menifee to see if they had anything for our new house. Sure enough! We left with a beautiful 100% leather couch, a 100% leather sectional, and a dining room set for our kitchen. We have been so happy with our purchase that we are going back today to buy a dining set for our formal dining room! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. We had EXCELLENT customer service from Karen and another associate. We were even treated with coffee, chocolate chip cookies, and sodas. They promised delivery that night between 8-12 and the delivery men rang my doorbell at 8:05 pm! They even set everything up for us. I LOVE my new furniture and can't say enough good things! Remember, like with any purchase, you get what you pay for. There is a difference between a $2,000 couch and a $600 couch. Living Spaces doesn't make the furniture, they just sell it. read more

I have been a loyal Living Spaces customer for quite some time. We purchased our bedroom set, our dining table and multiple other furniture items throughout the year. We've had little issues with the company up until our recent purchase of our sectional. We have had our sectional for less than a year, and on one of the sections the leather is obviously defective or was treated differently. The rest of the couch is fine, except for the one piece of the sectional which is already cracking and has shows all scuffs. I made a claim on the limited warranty expecting it to be a simple process, however I was disappointed to hear that the company does not back their customer and is not concerned that they sold me a defective product. I was told that what I was concerned about was not covered by their warranty. I made a comment on the fact that it was obviously defective since none of the other leather is cracking or fading. They restated that the warranty does not cover that. We purchased a 3500 dollar sectional that within less than a year the one piece looks like the wear of a 10 year old piece of furniture and the fact that they won't back their furniture is very disappointing. All I asked was that they make it right and they wouldn't even honor that. Sad thing is that we are still paying on it so every month there will be a reminder of how poor the customer service is. We just sold our house and were going to be refurnishing the new one, sadly after the experience we had Living Spaces will not be where we will be looking. read more

Went there earlier today as I was looking for a dresser. Not a single sales person came up to greet us or ask us what we were looking for. They were not busy and I saw several staff members just chatting away. We walked the entire store without a single sales person asking us if we needed help...once again. So I just drove over to MORS and bought what I needed. What a difference in customer service. Go to MORS and spend your money there. They really need to make a "zero" star rating on here. read more

Have bought many things from this store and and went in today to buy more today and was treated with poor customer service. The sales man was not much of a help. He was quiet and seemed nervous, the manager (Darell) was not much better. One of the pieces we wanted was backordered and we asked if we could have the floor model. The salesman told us no and we wanted to talk to the manager. Darrell, the manager, said something like "oh because you are not getting what you want?" Wow. Would not recommend getting anything from ANY living spaces. Been waiting since early Feb for our furniture. They give different dates every time you call. They also lost a piece from a delivery we did get after waiting over a month, and still waiting on a call back on that item. Very hard to get any info from them. Tired of sitting on our outdoor furniture...would like to finally sit on the couch we ordered. I'd look somewhere else and not waste your time on furniture that never comes. read more

We were there last Saturday to look at chairs, the service was horrible. We tried to get help from three different sales people and then when we got someone to help us HE WAS RUDE AS HELL AND VERY SNOTTY. We got to the counter to pay and the girl at the desk Hannah Banana as he called her was rude and tried putting us aside to help another customer. She rang up our transaction and not one time did the sales guy check on us to make sure we were taken care of. We wanted to cancel our order but because it was a special order we were told they would keep 25% of our money for a restock we had not even left the store yet. We ordered whole bedroom set for our daughter, king foam mattress with adjustable base for us, and queen foam mattress with adjustable base for our son. Delivery scheduled for wed, they showed up with two kings adjustable base instead of a king and a queen. So then scheduled to come back next week to complete the full install . Tue the delivery guys showed up telling me they can not set up because they can not touch my mattress???( mind you this was the mattress they delivered last week with the wrong base). So they had to schedule me another delievery set up appointment for the following Thursday. It was on the order to remove the old box springs, and so they were willing to pick up the mattress to take the box spring! I'm not sure how they are going to do a full install without touching my furniture on Thursday, I spoke with delivery service manager Peter Rincon, all he did was go in circles, can't explain why they couldn't complete the set up this second time and had to schedule delivery people to come out for a third time! Next time you order from living spaces make sure you ask them about rules for touching your furniture, I had taken off a day from work just so I can have our bedroom set completed. This company does not care about customer service! No one at their customer service department seems to know why the setup was not done! This is more then frustrating! I purchased a bunch of furniture for our new home. One of the items was a toy chest. After a few months the hydraulics failed and the top keeps slamming on my son. I contacted customer service and created a claim. They never got back to me so I had to contact them. The representative could not back the product and offered a technician to come out for $100 just to see if they can fix it. The toy chest is now on sale for $150. I contacted the store and they offered no help. I should have read the reviews before spending money at living spaces. If they can not back their products I will never shop with them again. I don't understand why they just don't exchange it for me. read more

In-store experience - Very pleasant. Will most likely shop there again. Delivery experience - POOR!!! If I could have given no stars I would have. Delivery was scheduled for the same day as the purchase from 8pm-midnight. They arrived at approximately 9pm. I was in shock to see 2 small and skinny delivery men who were delivering 2 large reclining love seats and 1 large curio cabinet. In the process of delivering these items they marred and damaged my walls and well as put in some pretty significant divots into my new wood floor. The curio cabinet was damaged in the processed and when I refused to take possession of it and wanted a new one to be delivered they just wanted me to call to have someone come out and fix it. Oh, I don't think so! Now I have to go through the claim process in order to have the damage incurred by them fixed. read more

Terrible warranty policies. To get repair of my 2 month old power recliner I have to take it back to them or pay $99. Warranties cover parts and labor NOT transportation. To get a repair part will take up to 6 weeks, even though I paid and extra $200 for their "Care free" warranty. read more

Been coming here and buying here for awhile. About a week and a half ago, my husband and I decided to get a new couch, a 8x10 jute rug and a coffee table, spend almost 2 thousand dollars... we we're pretty excited until we unrolled the rug and there was maggots in it.. I was so freak out and felt severely disgusted. Called the customer service hot line and they refuse to help us... the rug by itself cost us almost 400.. they said that It was our fault that we pick a floor model... Well, we thought that they clean their items before they hang it in their gallery and sell it to people.. that's just unethical for them if they don't care about health issues... will be reporting them to the authorities.. this is not right. After being told the couch we wanted was in stock and could be delivered within a couple weeks we find out two weeks later that the couch was in fact not in stock and that we have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. No apologies were made by customer service. After waiting a couple weeks I called again and was told our order had been misplaced , so that added to our wait time... again. On the delivery day I had my sister come to my house to accept the delivery as we both work all day, when I got home that evening I was absolutely shocked to find out they have delivered two differing sets of couches, one had the name and address of the person it was supposed to go to. (The couches came wrapped in cardboard and plastic and are a similar tone that's why no one noticed, however that is The job of the delivery driver to make sure they are delivering the right items ) I have called multiple times , sent an email all with the promise of a manager to get back to me, it took them a week to finally get someone and all they can say is it will be another 8 weeks before your missing couch sectional will be delivered. Absolute joke of a company and will tell everyone I know not to do business with them. read more

The staff is nice but I have no where else to write a review if you buy anything DO NOT get their "warranty service " YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I filed a claim for an adjustable base and the "10 year plan" did not cover it because it "wasn't reported within 30 days" which is ridiculous because I paid warranty for a reason now I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because I have a disabled sister who need it I also explained that and they have no compassion whatsoever I called and made another claim saying it was a mistake that and they still did no budge. Today is Labor Day my husband and I don't have many vacation days today we had off. A well needed day off. We decided to spend it going to living spaces to get a few counter stools since we needed to upgrade our current ones. Well when we were shopping the sales lady said their in stock. Wrong! When we got to the cashier we were told they have them 45 mins away at their distribution center. Husband and I looked at each other and agreed to go. Finally got home after a 4 hour trip to our then together. One was successful the other not. Because one part "C" didn't fit with the legs Jaxon counter stools. I called custom service and they said we had to drive back (45 mins away) or submit a claim and well here back with in 72 hours. Ok well at were I work we ensure the customer gets off the phone happy and satisfied especially when it's dealing with a part that cost less than $50 dollars. Fingers crossed I get a response to the images I have submitted and I don't have to drive back. Family sorry I know your coming tomorrow night. But I work and can't make miracles work let's see what living spaces can do to help! read more

Do not buy anything from this company. Period. We were blatantly lied to by the sales woman when she told us about the repair/replacement coverage on the sectional sofa that we purchased. It was an expensive piece of furniture. She said they would repair or replace ANY kind of damage. Well, the couch ended up being a piece of junk and wearing very poorly. The cushions broke down, the fabric wore very quickly and overall just a junky piece of furniture. We called to have them look at the issues we were having and, SURPRISE, nothing is covered. First let me say the prices are VERY reasonable BUT the quality is not so good. If you are buying tables then you will be super stoked. If you are buying couches or chairs then go somewhere else. The couches and chairs we purchased were perfect for the space in our house but after just after a couple months they all have totally changed. The couch has totally lost its comfort in the cushion you sit on. They are completely flat. Not soft at all anymore. Which makes it difficult to get out of when you sink to the floor when you sit. The chairs have no cushion in them at all and we don't even sit in them very often (more decorative than daily use). Go somewhere else, spend more money and get better quality. We are so bummed that we waisted the money on furniture that we are already (less than a year) changing out again. read more

Horrible customer service! We ordered a couch with a sleeper sofa and it was delivered defective. The sleeper does not fold out. The driver called when he as at our home and took pics. We were told by the customer service that they would contact us within 72 hours and they did not. Then we went into the store for help and they said again that someone would contact us because they put in an order for someone to call us. Nobody called us. My wife and I were greeted immediately by manager Kevin ONeal upon entry in which we were taken care of by both sales associates Zagia and Adriana who both assisted us in finding everything we needed to re-furnish our formal and family rooms. I've been to other furniture places where they are commission based, Living Spaces is not, and you were only approached and or profiled based on what you look like. We spent a lot of money and the time these two spent with us was like having a personal shopping assistants that stayed by our side for the entire sale. The delivery was also a great experience. We purchased a tv stand from this company and I checked out the whole piece before the driver left and he took pictures and had some one they use to fix the furniture if its messed up on . There were scuff marks, holes, gold paint on door and the door was sticking out and so on. I had the repair company reach out to me and we scheduled for the tech to come out on May 22, 2020. The tech said that he would have to place an order on the door on the tv stand because it also had some paint on what was suppose to be white tv stand and its not flushed it was sticking out and that he would not be the one to fix it another tech will be out. I get a call from living space on a Sunday May 24, 2020 and they told me my ticket was closed and the tech touched up on dark wood on top the tv stand (which I could of did that myself) and hung up on me after she had me on hold for about 10 min. I call Tuesday May 26, 2020 and the rep said that the work ticket has been closed and then went on to say that "oh you have to give them 48 hours to report to living space" I said but you just said the ticket was closed and you are telling me call back again after waiting on the phone 30-45 mins each time to get a hold of some one. This company has poor customer services and never again will I buy from them again, its not cheap and giving large lump sum and we get a f'ed up furniture and nothing has been resolved. read more

We ordered a carpet in January. The carpet was delivered by UPS damaged. The UPS driver suggested that we refuse the item, so we did. It is now the end of March, we still have not received a refund and after several phone calls no one can even tell us where the carpet is???? I have purchased many items from this Living Spaces, all of which I have been extremely pleased with. I am not pleased with the VIP care and the tactics used to sell said "extended warranty". A bed I purchased for my daughter 2 years ago has a broken rail (loft bed) and when I turned it into warranty they said it was not covered, only the legs are covered. The bed doesn't have legs! I was told the bed would be covered of damage, which I had specifically asked about the rails because it has happened before. I am fuming, because not only did I get suckered into something I am never going to get use from, but now I have an unsafe loft bed. DO NOT buy the VIP care, it is a total rip off!! read more

So let me first say that I've shopped at living spaces for a while now, and never had any issues up until the beginning of this year. So I bought a sofa from them (which I absolutely love btw!), about a year and a half ago. Bought the warranty on it, and in mid January put in a claim for damage on that sofa. Sent the company all the info and they said 7-10 days for them to review. So I waited about 3 weeks and heard nothing back. Called them and was told they're no longer working with living spaces! So I emailed to find out what I was supposed to do? Waited a week and got a response saying that they are working with living spaces again, so it'll be another 7-10days for processing. Wait about 3 more weeks and still nothing? So call again and guess what?? Not working with living spaces anymore, and I'm transferred to living spaces warranty department. I explained the situation, to which I was told I'd have to resend all the info and start the claim once again! I was pissed but did it anyways. After repeated phone calls and another 2 weeks maybe a little longer, they finally call me back and say there's a store credit to get what I want! Yay! So 3 weeks ago, we go in, I pick the same sofa, just different fabric, and wait. Just went today to pick it up, get it all the way upstairs and cut the plastic off to see a big black mark on the back (that also looks as if some of the fabric rubbed off!)! Call them, and they say ok we're going to have to reorder it and you'll have to wait 3 weeks again. But then offer to have someone come and clean it, so I agree. But then when we pull the rest of the plastic off, there's 2 more stains on it!!! So I go down, and explain the issue, and say I just want to reorder. Well guess what? That fabric is no longer used. Seriously??? Now if I were them, I'd say keep the new couch, and we'll give you your store credit back. Did they??? Nope! The best deal I can get, is to have them try to clean it, and depending on how good of a job they do, then they'll give me some sort of discount. Or exchange the couch out for a different one plus free delivery. But there are no other couches there that are as comfy or big. Wouldn't want to shop here. We paid insurance for furniture and now we want repairs and they aren't honoring what was told to us. I will not take my business here ever . DON'T GET MISLED READ THE FINE PRINT. After ordering a custom order sofa, we were assured that the sofa we ordered was going to arrive by Thanksgiving and the dates on the invoice were average dates they have to print on paper. After getting an update on delivery they were not able to confirm the dates it may be closer to December. The sofa is not in production or on queue to be made. I requested a refund and the representative explained there will be a 25% cancellation fee because it is considered a custom order but not a special order which states in their invoice under cancellations. They are charging a fee even though we are cancelling with plenty of time from beginning production and delivery. Rather than charge 10% they charge a 25% fee for cancellation regardless of delivery, custom or special order. The sofa is not in production yet, but we were charged a 25% cancellation fee!! When they had to write up an order a second time we decided this whole thing was taking much too long, our 7 Mo old wasn't gonna have it. So we said sorry can we come back and finish this tomorrow? She said yes you can, so to clarify we asked if they can save our purchase order so we could just come in and just pay. Apparently that was too difficult! So we walked out. I need to vent!!!!! My 91 yr old mother purchased a "so called quality mattress" from LIVING SPACES in Jan of this year. She is complaining of a deep impression in her mattress. She is a little person so we know its DEFECTIVE! Living Spaces said they would have to CHARGE $99.00 for someone to go out and inspect her mattress This is not ok! Its not even a year old. What kind of customer service is that!!! I asked the CS representative " what if they come inspect it and they find it defective do we get our $99 back" and of course the answer is no! So let me understand something, my mother who is 91 and has a hard time moving in general has to get help to get out of bed cause she's not strong enough to roll out of the impression in her mattress. That's ok - No you say it's not, all she has to do is pay $99.00 for someone to come out and inspect a defective mattress. She lives on Social Security and though $99.00 is a lot to a corporation it is to her! Stand by your products or stop selling them!! I plan on posting This on Yelp, FB, Twitter. Very poor customer service and warranty. We purchased a large 50"x83" hanging mirror for $500 that had crystals around the perimeter of the mirror. About 60 days after we purchased the mirror crystals started cracking and little pieces started falling off. We contacted the store to report a warranty claim and they advised there was no warranty. I requested to speak with a manager on two occasions when I called them and they always told me no managers were available and they would have someone call me back to discuss. After 45 days nobody has called me back. Very poor service considering we have purchased numerous items from them over the years. read more
