Employees starting walking out the back and leaving while I called the business line and finally a man answered and said they closed early because of weather. He was not very friendly. He also said he would refund our money the next day. The next morning I received a call from him that he couldn't refund the order but would mail a check. Ten days later we received a check in the mail for $11.50. I shredded the check and disputed the charge through my credit card company for the full amount.

He's clearly passionate about his business, his cat, and his coffee, including commissioning his own personal blend from a local roaster. Our lattes were smooth and delicious (almond and oat milk). Although pricing is pretty reasonable, especially for the Keys, I do wish they didn't charge extra for plant based milks. WIFI is available with a $5 purchase, and there is a variety of books to browse and/or buy while enjoying a coffee or pastry.
