Worst car worse in new rochelle. Left jewlery on mat by accident prior to getting out and it ended up 'going missing'. Rude manager kept laughing in my face telling me to call the cops if i wanted to check vacuum for my jewlery. When asked for the owner laughed and said he didn't know the owner of the place. 0/5 would never recommend. On top of that the worse service ever. Didn't even properly clean the car. Mats were still dirty & dust left everywhere. read more

My young daughter went to this car wash and when she asked the cleaning team to clean spots left on the hood, she was met with very aggressive behavior incl. every worker claiming they don't speak English. When she asked to speak to the manager, no one would identify him, but what made matters worse is that he was part of the crew ignoring her. I called the establishment and same thing which meant I had to drive down there. The manager, Juan, told me he'd wash the car again for no charge to ensure it was clean. He lied and said my daughter refused this offer b/c all she asked was for them to clean spots left. It was disappointing to see this behavior in a local establishment. It took almost an hour to get help. I would like the owner, Michael, to please explain to your employees that this is a car wash and no matter where you work, we should aim to do our best. The car needs to be clean and if the spot can come out, PLEASE clean it. I tipped the team $15 the day before but that was because they had to clean the spots on my car hood by hand as well. I would not recommend this car wash because you're paying $45-$50 and your car is not cleaned properly. And if you have an issue, the staff gives you the run around and refuses to help. There is no real manager onsite. This was such a distressing situation that I will do my best to sure no one else has this experience. This kind of behavior needs to be reported. read more

If i could give minus stars I would- i spent 74.00 on the "express" wax and complete armor all - i sat on the bench out side and watched them do my car- they dried it - armor alled the tires and the interior - they Never , NEVER waxed the car -and when i pointed it out he walked away.. i asked for a manager and a person came over and told me next time , next time??!? Next time what??!? I paid for wax and you didnt do it, and he walked away- after all said and done i spent 94.00 on this wash & wax and air freshener - I used to be a regular here, but never again- horrible experience .... make sure you watch these clowns and beware Forgot to add, with this service they washed my floor mats- i went there with all 4 , left with three... the passenger mat was missing and when i went back , of course, nothing.... horrible ..... read more

Perfectly fine place to get your car washed. It can get a little busy, but provided that's not the case it's an easy place to stop on your way home. Keep in mind, this isn't a detailing shop so much as it is a mechanical car wash with some hand wash services. Of course they do their very best to up-sell you when you're selecting one of the dozen or so options but always recommending the second most expensive option, so just take your time to select exactly what you need. Note that the ticket is just a piece of paper, no bar codes or anything. The mammal at the cash register refused to ring me up without this fiction of a ticket. The trash was nasty. So, instead of just writing me a new ticket, the "attendant" told me to fish it out of the trash. I refused. All of this rigmarole for a ticket?! and it's 20 degrees outside? These people know nothing about customer service. They just lost a long time customer. read more

THIEVES....I went for a car wash on Sunday 12/27/20. I took my eyeglasses off and put them in their case. Instead of leaving the case in my console, I put them in the glove compartment. I had my car washed inside and out. As I started driving off, I realized, I needed my glasses. Went into the glove compartment and they were GONE. I drove back and asked if they fell out as my car was being vacuumed. They asked where they had been. I said the glove compartment. The worker said "we don't open the glove compartment".....I said "well, someone did". I did not get my glasses back and they did not take responsibility for them. Very EXPENSIVE car wash....$21 plus the cost of a replacement pair of glasses. Do not go to this car wash. big turnoff! read more

I brought my car here and paid $20.00 they do not clean the inside, they did not put the armor all. I can go to any other car wash and pay the same and they will clean the inside of the car. The guy that I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE! Another lady was waiting for them to find her mats as they took them out of the car and lost them. I started driving and as soon as the sun hit my back window, you could tell it was not cleaned. There are still stains! I had to go and clean my windows AGAIN! BEWARE - THIS PLACE STEALS MATS!! I am not one to write negative posts but feel at this point I have no choice. I had gone to this car wash on July 23, 2020 and requested the armor-all complete package where they take your car to side after a wash and do a complete clean and shine of the interior. Car came out great even gave the guy a generous tip. Two weeks later, I revisited on August 8, 2020 for another wash and noticed my front rubber mats are missing. Not something I would notice right away. I have used this place exclusively for over 4 years. I bring it their attention while I pay. She notifies the manager, they look around the storage area and cannot find them. Perhaps claiming I have them home. (my car is 4 months new) I'd have no reason to remove the rubber mats. Anyway, they advise me that they will look back at the cameras from when I was there. Luckily I paid by debit and was able to provide the date and exact time of the transaction. Here we are one full week later and still no resolution. I called the car wash yesterday and was told the cameras are broken and I will need to wait until they are fixed. I requested to speak to a manager but he was out to lunch. No one has called me back. Unacceptable and honestly unprofessional behavior. read more

I had a cup a coffee in my front cup holder with at least half a cup left after the car wash was done there was coffee all over the front of my car the seats, steering wheel, roof and radio!
