Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. But as for the cleaning I got 2 people for 2 hours at $60 per person for per hour. So I paid $240 total with a $25 tip. When the cleaners left I was confused on what they cleaned. The floors(only the living room and kitchen) were mopped and the outside of the cabinets were wiped, but that's about it. They didn't mop or vacuum the stairs or anything on the second level. Appliances were not touched. I honestly don't know what these 2 people did for 2 hours. I messaged the owner and she offered to have them come back to clean the fridge, but unfortunately I don't really trust their services anymore so I'd rather count my losses and do it myself or hire someone else. Long story short, I paid $265 for someone to mop one living room, and wipe the outside of some cabinets. Very disappointed and I feel robbed. UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to send more cleaners. We eventually settled and they gave me a 50% refund which I appreciate. I text 2 more times and she doesn't reply. I ask her if she is coming at 3:30 she again asks if 5:30 is okay. At this point it is past 3:30 and I am leaving town the next day so I agree saying "I guess so but this is very frustrating" she proceeds to tell me that someone else had changed the times on her which, frankly, isn't my fault or my problem. I ask her to please come sooner if she can and then I wait until 5:30. 5:35 comes around and she still isn't at my house so I text her, which is when she tells me she isn't coming because I never confirmed and she is already out of the area. I was beyond frustrated because I needed my house cleaned before I went out of town which I had let her know. I realize her first language is spanish and I would never fault her for that but it's 2026 and we literally have Google Translate built into imessage so that is no excuse. Including screenshots of our messages just because I think this is incredibly unprofessional and even though they did a decent job cleaning my house the first time, I really don't know how she is running a successful business like this... I also realize I was a little rude in my texts but it's genuinely bc I was just so frustrated with the constant changing of times since I had literally scheduled the cleaning a month in advance.
