I also asked about recurring basic cleaning (excluding the living room) and was quoted $175, even though our home is very small and the entire second floor is just a living room and tiny kitchen. When I politely asked for a reasonable price adjustment, she never responded. Overall, very disorganized, unprofessional, and poor communication.
