A delicious diner for breakfast and brunch with American and Latin fusion dishes - hearty and hits the spot every time. These plates are big enough to share, honestly. Choose from pancakes, crepes, burritos, quesadillas, stackers, fajitas, eggs, bacon and more. This place is ideal for larger groups, solo visits, or dates. There is only inside seating available. Prices are comparable to an IHOP or Denny's, or perhaps a bit more. I am a big fan of the hashbrowns, crepes, bacon, and strawberry pancakes. A bit salty and a little greasy, but that's to be expected when enjoying a filling breakfast. Don't forget the drinks! The Iced Latte with oat milk and horchata sweetener does it for me every time. Yes, it gets busy, and it gets loud. This is a family-friendly spot with lots of happy patrons. Expect a bit of a wait during peak weekend hours. Free parking is available in the lot.

Loaded Cafe says everything with its name - the food is LOADED up! This may be what Willy Wonka would create if he was interested in having his own breakfast restaurant. Yes, I know there are non-breakfast items on the menu, but this really is a sugar-fest spot. And I loved it all! Started with complimentary mini pan dulce that is supplied from the bakery next door, My Panecito. I absolutely recommend getting the hot horchata latte, or a standard coffee if you just must, to enjoy the pan dulce with. Nothing starts the morning off better than a hot drink & fresh pan dulce, mmm... I could not help but order the Caramel Churro Stuffed French Toast! This delicious, and possible diabetes inducing, choice was simply LOADED with sugary sweetness. The brioche bread was gently cooked to perfection and not at all soggy as I was concerned it could be. The sweet cream stuffing and caramel drizzle on top made me feel like a kid again, happily enjoying an outrageously sweet meal that my father used to treat me to on special occasions decades ago. My husband chose the Sausage Breakfast Burrito. He mentioned that the sausage to egg to hash-brown ratio was perfect. The cheddar and jack cheese added a gooey enjoyment along with the bell pepper/onion blend, encased in a perfectly browned flour tortilla. Alas, he had a classic coffee as a beverage, so no huge review from him on that point, though he seemed to enjoy it since he had two cups. I will say that the restaurant overall felt a bit "crowded" in the space. No, it wasn't the amount of patrons, but just felt as if it needed a bigger space. The staff also seemed a bit overwhelmed on that day, with our server not being available to assist a few times. Dealbreaker? Not at all. Perhaps they were just short staffed that day. Overall, I do look forward to returning for my next meal to try a new breakfast specialty, perhaps the crepes that looked wonderful.

Stopped in for my first time for breakfast this last week and it won't be my last. This place is known for giant portions and they really do have a great selection of American and Mexican breakfast options. It was very crowded when we stopped in Saturday morning for brunch, but the tables seem to turn quickly so we only had to wait about 5 minutes. Inside is pretty large, they have many different types of seating from tables to booth. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. One thing about this place as they have a giant menu. It will take some time to choose what you want because they honestly have a ton of options. They also have a large free parking lot attached in front so parking is really easy. For this first visit, I chose one of their most popular dishes, which was the Crunchy Asada Chilaquiles. It's basically like the other version but without beans and the egg is scrambled. The steak was pretty good, although a bit too fatty, but it was still seasoned well and overall I enjoyed it. We also ordered a Churro on the side and that too was very nice. This is more of a cheat meal kind of place, they don't have a ton of healthy options, so may not be the best for someone on a strict diet, but for others it is still worth visiting because it is honestly that good.

10/10--exactly what my soul needed on a Sunday. The dessert window was the first thing that caught my eye (I wanted one of everything). The place was busy but not too loud or overstimulating, which made for a really enjoyable brunch experience. The menu offers classic American and Mexican breakfast options, and the best surprise was being served a warm concha while waiting for our food, such a thoughtful touch. Our waitress, Rennie, was warm, kind, and hardworking. This might be one of my new favorite brunch spots. Can't wait to come back--thank you, Rennie!

Got the Basic Combo ($14.49) and a Coffee ($4.29). Pretty good breakfast. The pancakes were fluffy. The hash browns were crispy. The bacon was thin and crispy. The eggs were nicely scrambled. The coffee was a medium roast. You also get a complimentary Concha (sweet bread). The Concha was warm and had a nice cinnamon taste. The staff was very friendly and exhibited great teamwork. Different members would refill your coffee, check on your order and clear your table. The only odd thing was sitting in the adjacent booths. If the person sitting behind you is moving a lot, you will definitely feel the thumping from the movement. LCR shares an adjacent parking lot with El Super Market. When I left LCR around 10:00 on Saturday, the parking lot was almost full.

This was my second time at this location, and I've been to other spots in the area, but no one beats the service here. Mayra was our server this morning and she was seriously the best! She was so attentive, kind, and accommodating the entire time. Our food came out exactly the way we ordered it, and everything was perfect. Also don't sleep on the red chilaquiles. They're literally the reason I keep coming back. They have a little spicy kick, but they're so flavorful and still stay nice and crunchy. On top of that, the restaurant is always clean, spacious, and comfortable. I genuinely love coming here and will definitely be back again.

It's been a few months since we last tried loaded cafe, and I'm sorry to say this place fell off hard. My pancakes were the worst pancakes I have ever tasted!!!! EVER!!! They had the worst artificial taste I've ever tasted on any product. I'll put it to you this way McDonald's has better pancakes. The pancakes used to be fluffy with a nice crispy edge to them. They fell flat today. My wife's French toast were good but her eggs were somehow cold. What is going on here... we couldn't catch a break today. Even the couple behind us who ordered a smoothie did not enjoy it. Another thing I must point out is the slow service. We weren't acknowledged upon entering and were about to leave when someone finally came and spoke to us. When we received our food we quickly realized we didn't have forks or knives. We were waiting for our waitress who was supposed to bring us more coffee so we could ask for utensils but she never did so I had to get up and ask another employee in the kitchen for some utensils. Don't get me wrong our waitress was super nice but considering it was slow we were left scratching our heads as to the slow service. Perhaps one of the reasons that service was slow was because we could hear the wait staff messing around and cursing in the kitchen. I really don't think that was professional at all. On top of that it's quite loud in there so don't expect a relaxed environment. If I could bring back the manager that was there before I would because he had things running like a clock. Such a shame to say that we won't be back ever..

Mom and pop chain and it is delightful! So delicious and fresh food anytime you go. Yadira is our server and I absolutely love sitting in her section, but the entire team are good people and provide great service. The restaurant is spacious enough for large groups. The iced coffee is tasty if you prefer a light coffee flavor. The pancakes are nice and fluffy. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

First off long wait when we were told 20 to maybe 25 mins. We waited an hour. They prioritized a big table ahead of us even though we were here first, mentioned our food would take longer because of that. The food was good though that's the only thing I can say. The environment is nice, the temperature is good and the tables are mostly clean. The coffee here is like the cheap coffee in a in-room coffee pot in a discount motel. and it costs $5.47 per cup. I was not offered a single refill. Service kept their distance. There's a reason this place is mostly empty. The food is mostly indulgent brunch. Waffles and tons of sugar. Dennys is way better. And I don't eat at Dennys. This place needs a menu overhaul, and waay better coffee. This place feeds a particularly unaware of nutrition population. I would not come back here for overpriced cheap coffee, or high sugar waffles. read more

We went around brunch time and there wasn't no wait on a Thursday. They attended super quick and the waiter was super sweet. We ordered a French vanilla ice coffee and mozzarella sticks as appetizers. For the brunch, we both ordered some chilaquiles verdes and they came with hash browns which were super delicious. After eating those we also ordered along some strawberry cream almond crepes. Honestly they are some of the best crepes in town. Loaded Cafe is a hidden Gem in lawndale. Ive been coming here for years. The Food is delicious and the service is above and beyond. They give us concha mexican pastries to start with our coffee. Ordered a quick 2 egg, crispy hash browns with turkey sausage with a side of waffles. Food comes out quick and the waiters and manager constantly check on you. Hopefully they sit you in Ramons section. Great guy! read more

Pretty solid place. My wife would say it's 5 stars, but I'm at like 3.4. We went on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch and were pretty excited because the menylu looks delicious with a lot of great options. I got the veggie stacker and she got an asada omlette. Her omlette was actually very flavorful because of the salsa on the egg and the asada was well seasoned. My food was the opposite, with almost no seasoning on anything. Very bland eggs and veggies with hashbrowns. My saving grace was that we got some Brioche French toast to share which was nice and thick cut with a nice crisp on the outside. They have a lot of sweets options that we wanted to try, but we were pretty full after our meal. Would want to try some of their cakes, but don't think I'd go back for the food. It's located in a small plaza next to El Super with adequate parking. Staff is friendly with pretty quick service. My wife said it was like a Hispanic twist on a Dennys and that's kind of what it felt like. A little pricey tok but that's most places nowadays. Nothing against Dennys, but it's nothing special either. Check it out if you're in the area, and I hope you enjoy. read more

I used to religiously order Swedish crepes from ihop, but they discontinued them :( I recently discovered loaded cafe had them so of course I had to get 3 orders!!! And wow they were so fresh and warm! They make the crepes fresh to order instead of in bulk and reheating. The service was amazing, I wish I took an extra minute to get the name of the man who helped me. He was so kind and even offered me water because he saw I was pregnant. Was greeted at the door and offered complementary pan dulce at the table.....I had a pretty basic breakfast eggs over medium, hash browns, ham and sausage it was really good eggs cooked perfectly. And my winner was I ordered chiles toreados and ranch, I know weird and it came out with my meal instead of asking a few times, my food gets cold and I don't even enjoy my food. Wow, food, service and atmosphere. The Loaded Cafe has all three! I've been coming here once a week for months. I still enjoy this place early in the morning for breakfast! The music is great and the volume is just right. Shortly after they open I can be seen dancing before I sit down in my own designated booth. This is known as the "romantic section"! The servers are friendly and the menu has a lot to choose from. What more could you want? A massage possibly? I love it, go check it out!!! read more

I went t to pay she told me it would be 47.00 and I confirmed the order . she that's correct I says why is it so expensive online the prices show considerably less she said yeah I don't know why they do that they need to change it and said the manager was aware, but they don't change it. My second time back for breakfast and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS! Like I said I'm big on my coffee and they definitely redeemed themselves. Yadira was our server and she was super kind and helpful. She knew exactly what to recommend. The restaurant is bigger than it looks from the outside and the service was quick. We came on a Saturday morning at 9am and we only waited 5 minutes. The ambience is nice as there are lots of families enjoying breakfast together. Oh and don't get me started on the cakes. We got the Machaca breakfast burrito and the chicken guacamole stacker. They were both really good! The hash browns were super hot and had were cooked perfectly, nicely brown and crispy, not all mushy like other places. The burrito had their other kind of potatoes (more chunky) and they also were done perfectly! A lot of my go-to spots have been disappointing lately so I was craving a good bowl of pho - one that really hits the spot and Oh My Pho did just that. The moment we pulled into the parking lot I was like, "I have a good feeling about this place." I walked in and was immediately greeted with a deep aromatic smell of pho in the air. All 3 of us ordered their Pho Combination which has it all: Sliced brisket, sliced eye round, tripe, tendon, meatballs. We also ordered their shaken beef rice platter to share. Before digging into my bowl, I took a long deep smell of the broth as if I was taking the fattest bong rip known to mankind. It only got better from there though because the broth tasted as good as it smelled. Incredibly flavorful. All the flavors were balanced -- salty, sweet, umami. The noodles were cooked almost perfect (I like my noodles very al dente), but the doneness was definitely the kind that would suit everyone's preference. The shaken beef was delicious too. The meat was very tender and they mixed fries in which isn't typical/common, but it was really good! The rice was made perfectly too, at least to my preference. Only (minor) complaints were my bowl not being hot enough which is funny because I like my food cold, but certain things need to be piping hot like noodle soup. Also there wasn't very much meat in the shaken beef dish. Service was great and the staff was very friendly. I'm pretty far from OMP, but will definitely come back again soon with my friends since they're regulars here!

My family and I went to this restaurant last night around 6pm. Place was empty. Only 2 tables with customers. Waitress came and sat us down. Took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. Waitress came back to order our food and this is when the horrible service started. My daughter ordered the veggie sandwich and was given a chicken sandwich. Wife and grandpa ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich and specifically stated no avacado on it due to my wife being allergic. When their sandwich was brought out it was loaded with avacado. We mentioned this to the waitress and explained the situation to her so she took it back and came back with it 2 minutes later with what she said was a different one, it was the same sandwich with pieces of avacado still on it. To sum it up they got everyone's order wrong and the waitress and cook had extremely horrible attitues. We sent all of our food back and told them to cancel it all and just charge us for the drinks. Waitress did not apologize to us at all for what happened. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place. read more

If you ever find yourself at The Loaded Cafe, do yourself a favor and hope you get Isis as your server. From the moment we sat down, Isis brought an energy to the table that instantly made us feel welcome. She has that rare combination of professionalism and personality attentive without hovering, friendly without being overbearing. It genuinely felt like she wanted us to have a great experience, and that made all the difference. What really stood out was her timing and attention to detail. Drinks were refilled before we even had to ask. She checked in at just the right moments. Special requests? Handled flawlessly. But beyond the service itself, Isis has an incredible attitude. She's warm, charismatic, and effortlessly creates a fun, comfortable vibe. Our table left not just satisfied, but genuinely impressed. Great food brings you in, but exceptional service makes you come back and Isis is exactly the kind of server who turns a good meal into a memorable experience. Five stars isn't enough. read more

We tried Loaded Cafe in Lawndale for breakfast this past Saturday, and it was so good we came back Monday... and again today (Tuesday) before flying home tonight. That pretty much says it all. The place has a great, upbeat vibe, it's super clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly and on top of things, even when they're clearly busy. Service was consistently excellent every time we came in. The food was awesome too. Big menu, lots of options, and everything we had was really good. And I have to say, they have one of the best kids menus I've seen. Lots of choices, which made it easy (and fun) for our kid. Huge shoutout to Anely, Yadira and the team for creating a spot we kept wanting to come back to during the same trip. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town! read more

Once upon a time The Pan was our favorite goto place for breakfast, we'd go once or twice a month. Slowly their service disappeared. About a week ago a Loaded Cafe - Lawndale ad showed up. Perfect since we were looking for a new place to try with the family. First impression, how have we missed this place all these year, super clean inside and nice. Friendly staff, great service, and great food. Steady crowd of dinners and they seem to keep things moving without rushing you. The menu is super large so we'll have to come back a hundred times to try everything, things could be worse. Thank you Loaded Cafe, we will be back your our new family goto place. read more

The environment is very welcoming and family oriented. It gives me the nostalgia of classic diners! As you wait for your food, as a courtesy they provide freshly made conchas (similar to how other places offer chips and salsa) The drinks and food is very flavorful and delicious. Staff is amazingly helpful especially our waitress Yadira! She has been very polite, quick, funny, and helpful. We have enjoyed our experience so far. Also fun fact! If you have a birthday and would like to be celebrated they will announce your birthday on the speaker and the entire restaraunt full of guests can sing along to the Happy Birthday song! We've been regulars at Loaded Cafe for a while now, and every single visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot no matter what we order. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. OMG this place is . everything was beyond delicious ! The manager made sure we got a spacious table even though it was just two of us . we loved that detail! Our hostess Mayra was AMAZING! Patient , amazing service , super charming , we were treated like valued, long time customers ! Obviously they treat you well whether it's your first time or .... The food was a 10! I stopped by Loaded Caffe recently and had an amazing experience! The chilaquiles were incredible - I tried two different types and both were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The waffles were also a standout, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The cafe was packed when I arrived, but luckily the seating turned over quickly, so I didn't have to wait long at all. Service was friendly and efficient despite how busy it was. Overall, Loaded Caffe definitely lives up to the hype. Great food, great vibe, and worth a visit if you're in the area! read more

We ate here on 11/6 around 11 am. Our food was great. I got the chilaquiles with the mild sauce and side of country potatoes. The potatoes were soft and well seasoned. The chilaquiles were great, however the mild sauce is different from your typical sauce. My husband got the strawberry banana brioche French toast combo. The french toast with the cinnamon whipped cream was amazing, highly recommend. Our server Mayra was great, she would always check on us and made sure everything came out out great. We had such a great experience at Loaded Cafe! We were seated right away, even though it was busy a big plus when you're hungry. Our server Yadira was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to answer questions and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The food and drinks came out surprisingly fast, hot, and fresh. Food is really good, especially the chilaquiles plates that they have. Service was extremely well; super friendly and very attentive. Specifically, we had the pleasure of being attended to by Ramon, he was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. He even let us know when he was going to break so that another server can help us if needed. It was my first time eating at Loaded Cafe, the food was delicious especially the pancakes. Usually pancakes taste the same no matter where you go but these had alot of flavor. It was obvious they were busy yet I didn't wait long for service and the food came out very fast. My server was Ramon and I was very pleased with my visit. The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. Excellent service from waitress Yadira!! She was very accommodating and friendly. Told us about the $5.00 tacos and it was very good i liked the crunchy tortilla shredded beef quality. I got the chicken enchiladas w beans and rice. My husband ordered the machines w beans and rice w corn tortillas! And best our conchas here are homemade!!!!!! Best I ever had. it's hard to find a place that consistently has good service and food. i love coming here for breakfast because of the wide variety of options between traditional american and mexican food. our server, Yadira, has served us multiple times and she always has a smile and great attitude. even during rush hour she manages to tend to us in a quickly manner. oh and did i mention they give free mini warm conchas from panecito! def recommend everyone to try this place at least once read more

This is one of the best restaurants in Lawndale. Yadira is one of the friendliest and most attentive servers they have. All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable of the menu, but Yadira goes the extra mile by making sure your food is made exactly to your liking and that your coffee mug is always full.
