I wanted to bring my niece here because she loves conchas. As you are seated they bring a basket of warm Mexican bread called conchas. Coffee is good and strong, breakfast was ok. My $5.95 value breakfast came with two eggs, bacon and 2 Pancakes. They are cooked with butter so it's not served with butter... pancakes are thick and fulfilling. Kids French toast $11 was nothing special. I think their Mexican breakfasts are way better. Huge menu and our server Ramon was patient and attentive, poor guy I think he was swamped. I think they needed at least one more server to help out. Family friendly ambiance and music playing in the background. Free parking in lot and waiting area. Clean restrooms for patrons is a plus.

This is like a Broken Yolk with a touch of Latin flare. I love that they have coffee and Agua Fresca flights. They have crepes, pancakes, waffles and conchas. Choose your favorites base and enjoy, strawberries, banana and Nutella or any other combination they offer. This place is busy. If you have a large party, be prepared to wait. We were just 2 so we sat pretty quickly.

A delicious diner for breakfast and brunch with American and Latin fusion dishes - hearty and hits the spot every time. These plates are big enough to share, honestly. Choose from pancakes, crepes, burritos, quesadillas, stackers, fajitas, eggs, bacon and more. This place is ideal for larger groups, solo visits, or dates. There is only inside seating available. Prices are comparable to an IHOP or Denny's, or perhaps a bit more. I am a big fan of the hashbrowns, crepes, bacon, and strawberry pancakes. A bit salty and a little greasy, but that's to be expected when enjoying a filling breakfast. Don't forget the drinks! The Iced Latte with oat milk and horchata sweetener does it for me every time. Yes, it gets busy, and it gets loud. This is a family-friendly spot with lots of happy patrons. Expect a bit of a wait during peak weekend hours. Free parking is available in the lot.

Went to the Lawndale location for brunch on a Saturday and the place had a quite a few patrons, but the staff got us seated in about 10 mins. So, not a long wait, and a lot of people in the restaurant is always as a good sign. I went with my daughter and we are not native Spanish speakers but the waitresses were over the top nice that they tolerated my Spanglish and they also were super-sweet to my daughter and tried to teach her some Spanish. The place is spacious and clean, welcoming and (as mentioned above), the staff is very friendly and attentive as well. There is a very large selection of food on the menu, but my daughter and I just got breakfast items. I also ordered one of there seared jalepenos (jalapenos toreados) and I added it to my machaca and, watch out, that gave it a kick but it was loaded with flavor. My daughter got the french toast with the cinnamon sugar and butter and she was in heaven. Muchas Gracias!

Loaded Cafe says everything with its name - the food is LOADED up! This may be what Willy Wonka would create if he was interested in having his own breakfast restaurant. Yes, I know there are non-breakfast items on the menu, but this really is a sugar-fest spot. And I loved it all! Started with complimentary mini pan dulce that is supplied from the bakery next door, My Panecito. I absolutely recommend getting the hot horchata latte, or a standard coffee if you just must, to enjoy the pan dulce with. Nothing starts the morning off better than a hot drink & fresh pan dulce, mmm... I could not help but order the Caramel Churro Stuffed French Toast! This delicious, and possible diabetes inducing, choice was simply LOADED with sugary sweetness. The brioche bread was gently cooked to perfection and not at all soggy as I was concerned it could be. The sweet cream stuffing and caramel drizzle on top made me feel like a kid again, happily enjoying an outrageously sweet meal that my father used to treat me to on special occasions decades ago. My husband chose the Sausage Breakfast Burrito. He mentioned that the sausage to egg to hash-brown ratio was perfect. The cheddar and jack cheese added a gooey enjoyment along with the bell pepper/onion blend, encased in a perfectly browned flour tortilla. Alas, he had a classic coffee as a beverage, so no huge review from him on that point, though he seemed to enjoy it since he had two cups. I will say that the restaurant overall felt a bit "crowded" in the space. No, it wasn't the amount of patrons, but just felt as if it needed a bigger space. The staff also seemed a bit overwhelmed on that day, with our server not being available to assist a few times. Dealbreaker? Not at all. Perhaps they were just short staffed that day. Overall, I do look forward to returning for my next meal to try a new breakfast specialty, perhaps the crepes that looked wonderful.

Stopped in for my first time for breakfast this last week and it won't be my last. This place is known for giant portions and they really do have a great selection of American and Mexican breakfast options. It was very crowded when we stopped in Saturday morning for brunch, but the tables seem to turn quickly so we only had to wait about 5 minutes. Inside is pretty large, they have many different types of seating from tables to booth. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. One thing about this place as they have a giant menu. It will take some time to choose what you want because they honestly have a ton of options. They also have a large free parking lot attached in front so parking is really easy. For this first visit, I chose one of their most popular dishes, which was the Crunchy Asada Chilaquiles. It's basically like the other version but without beans and the egg is scrambled. The steak was pretty good, although a bit too fatty, but it was still seasoned well and overall I enjoyed it. We also ordered a Churro on the side and that too was very nice. This is more of a cheat meal kind of place, they don't have a ton of healthy options, so may not be the best for someone on a strict diet, but for others it is still worth visiting because it is honestly that good.

10/10--exactly what my soul needed on a Sunday. The dessert window was the first thing that caught my eye (I wanted one of everything). The place was busy but not too loud or overstimulating, which made for a really enjoyable brunch experience. The menu offers classic American and Mexican breakfast options, and the best surprise was being served a warm concha while waiting for our food, such a thoughtful touch. Our waitress, Rennie, was warm, kind, and hardworking. This might be one of my new favorite brunch spots. Can't wait to come back--thank you, Rennie!

I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast. My son had the Original Breakfast. It was nice that they served us mini conchas after we ordered and before our food came. We came in hungry. The food looked delicious and some of it was. The eggs and hash browns needed seasoning. I asked for salsa for my eggs when the food was delivered and was told by the server they didn't have any. I found this strange since they have a Mexican section of the menu and some of the item descriptions say they come with salsa. Anyway, the biscuits & gravy were yummy but definitely not enough gravy. The manager checked on us and I asked him for some gravy which he brought promptly. My son said his pancakes were good too. He's picky with pancakes so if he said they're good, they must be. The server was ok. She took our order and brought the food but that's about it. She walked by the empty dish from the conchas which i placed on the end of the table with straw wrapped in it several times without taking it off the table and never checked on us until she asked if we were ready for our bill. read more

The food was not very tasty. The meat in the chilaquiles was very rough. The house potatoes. Had only potatoes. Less than an ounce of potatoes. The service wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, our server was overwhelmed with tables. Understandable why he couldn't replenish code on time. Always check the food for thorough cooking. The initial bread served was hard enough to use a paper weight. Usually we go to the location in Gardena. I thought maybe there would be some consistency. Even the ambiance was not welcoming. woke up later than usual on my day off, it's normal lunch time but wanted breakfast and fast not having to wait for almost an hour to eat so I decided to check this place out and they weren't really busy like they normally are which was a plus. I walked in got seated right away. they provided me time to look over their menu, which was nice not to feel rushed by ur server checking every three seconds. once I ordered I maybe waited 15-20min before my food was delivered to my table. I ordered the original breakfast plate with scrambled eggs requested to add spinach and Swiss cheese and turkey bacon crispy. that is was I got it was simple but delicious and my waiter Ramon was doing his job! thank you loaded cafe staff for my delicious breakfast keep serving our community the way you do!! read more

This location is filled with friendly servers and greeted with great energy by everyone but Yadira goes above and beyond to make the visit and experience delightful. My family and I went to this restaurant last night around 6pm. Place was empty. Only 2 tables with customers. Waitress came and sat us down. Took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. Waitress came back to order our food and this is when the horrible service started. My daughter ordered the veggie sandwich and was given a chicken sandwich. Wife and grandpa ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich and specifically stated no avacado on it due to my wife being allergic. When their sandwich was brought out it was loaded with avacado. We mentioned this to the waitress and explained the situation to her so she took it back and came back with it 2 minutes later with what she said was a different one, it was the same sandwich with pieces of avacado still on it. To sum it up they got everyone's order wrong and the waitress and cook had extremely horrible attitues. We sent all of our food back and told them to cancel it all and just charge us for the drinks. We tried Loaded Cafe in Lawndale for breakfast this past Saturday, and it was so good we came back Monday... and again today (Tuesday) before flying home tonight. That pretty much says it all. The place has a great, upbeat vibe, it's super clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly and on top of things, even when they're clearly busy. Service was consistently excellent every time we came in. The food was awesome too. Big menu, lots of options, and everything we had was really good. And I have to say, they have one of the best kids menus I've seen. Lots of choices, which made it easy (and fun) for our kid. Once upon a time The Pan was our favorite goto place for breakfast, we'd go once or twice a month. Slowly their service disappeared. About a week ago a Loaded Cafe - Lawndale ad showed up. Perfect since we were looking for a new place to try with the family. First impression, how have we missed this place all these year, super clean inside and nice. Friendly staff, great service, and great food. Steady crowd of dinners and they seem to keep things moving without rushing you. This place was SO good. We came here while visiting LA, just based off the photos alone we could tell this place would be worth the dine in experience. Our server Ramón was a very kind individual and you could tell a very hard working man the way he was handling several tables at once! The wait was very short, we were in and out within an hour. The cafe brought in such a bright environment with good music and overall staff seemed upbeat. We tried their strawberry banana brioche French toast and strawberry cheesecake waffles combos. I stopped by Loaded Caffe recently and had an amazing experience! The chilaquiles were incredible - I tried two different types and both were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The waffles were also a standout, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The cafe was packed when I arrived, but luckily the seating turned over quickly, so I didn't have to wait long at all. We ate here on 11/6 around 11 am. Our food was great. I got the chilaquiles with the mild sauce and side of country potatoes. The potatoes were soft and well seasoned. The chilaquiles were great, however the mild sauce is different from your typical sauce. My husband got the strawberry banana brioche French toast combo. The french toast with the cinnamon whipped cream was amazing, highly recommend. Our server Mayra was great, she would always check on us and made sure everything came out out great. We had such a great experience at Loaded Cafe! We were seated right away, even though it was busy a big plus when you're hungry. Our server Yadira was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to answer questions and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The food and drinks came out surprisingly fast, hot, and fresh. It was my first time eating at Loaded Cafe, the food was delicious especially the pancakes. Usually pancakes taste the same no matter where you go but these had alot of flavor. My French toast did take a little while to come out, but honestly, it was worth the wait--and the timing actually worked out because it gave me a chance to let my main course settle . This is one of the best restaurants in Lawndale. Yadira is one of the friendliest and most attentive servers they have. I personally approached the hostess to ask about the seating arrangement and why the other party had been seated before us. Again, there was no explanation. I don't want to jump to conclusions or accuse anyone of discrimination based on race, age, appearance, or anything else. However, the experience genuinely felt like we were being treated differently based on how we looked or were dressed. What makes it more concerning is seeing other reviews describing similar experiences. At the very least, the seating process needs to be more transparent and consistent. If there is a reason one party is seated before another, especially when they checked in later, the staff should be able to clearly explain why. Unfortunately, that did not happen here, and it made us feel unwelcome. I wish we didn't stay, but kids we were hungry. But I won't be coming here again or recommending this restaurant.
