The full KBB price was not given as promised, they just added $4000 to trade in and added it to the sticker I never saw. Again, without my knowledge. Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. Make sure and keep it in proper working order. Especially with the car care program that Toyota offers. When you show up, make sure and have an appointment. These days we always, always, always need an appointment . Or you will wait and wait some more. You pull up to the service bay and the employee will check you in and give you an estimate when the service is complete. All the employees here are truly amazing and seemed dedicated to helping us the customer. What brilliant jobs they perform ! Now that they have the Toyota Rav, we play the waiting game. The lobby is filled with coffee and hot chocolate if you want, help yourself. It's a self contained service machine. It's decent too for a machine. As you walk around there is individuals that will come out of nowhere and they are trying to make sure you are happy and perhaps want to take something new home. While out and about on the property we had to shatter the sales team pitch, but were enlightened and parted with a happy "no!" If you need tacos, they are out front too on a food truck. Romeo in the service department has absolutely zero customer service skills. We purchased an extended warranty on a used Toyota vehicle, and the second he found out that our vehicle was not purchased from this location, he wrote us off. I purchased my car from this dealership in June 2024, and I've been dealing with unresolved issues ever since. At the time of purchase, there was a scratch on the rear driver-side window caused by tinting that I never requested. A team member acknowledged the damage and assured me it would be taken care of, but no one ever followed up. I was also told there was a key shortage and that I would receive my second key fob within a month. I understood the situation at the time, as I was part of the first batch of customers purchasing the redesigned 2025 Camry. However, it has now been nearly two years since I purchased my vehicle, and I still have not received my second key fob despite multiple follow-ups. At this point, newer Camrys are being delivered with two key fobs, which makes the lack of resolution even more frustrating. To make matters worse, I never received my purchase paperwork due to a cyberattack that occurred around the time of my purchase. When I followed up, I was sent a broken link. After that, I emailed multiple employees including Gay Otey and departments on several occasions and never received a response. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Four hours when we knew exactly what VIN we wanted ...family oriented business who try to make every sale a positive experience. Updating the review now that we've had two services and an a/c issue...we mentioned a very high pitch squeak at the first oil change and was ignored. The second oil change we came prepared with a video and the known Toyota bulletin to fix the issue. They then ordered the incorrect part and had it for two weeks. My experience at Findlay Toyota Henderson on July 29th, 2025, was, without a doubt, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed 9:00-9:30 AM appointment to view a specific 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE (VIN: 5TDACAB5SS060138), which I had confirmed was available and physically at the dealership via text message (screenshots attached). What followed was a complete waste of 30 minutes and a shocking display of disorganization and poor customer service. Upon arrival, the front desk seemed utterly confused about my appointment, despite my clear communication of the time and vehicle. I was then redirected to Linda Dang, who was supposedly in charge of dispatching vehicles for customers to view. My interaction with Linda immediately set a negative tone. Before even acknowledging what vehicle I was there to see, she asked what vehicle I wanted to trade in. When I reiterated that I was there to see the specific Grand Highlander Hybrid I had requested via message, she dismissively stated, "everyone that goes through Linda purchases a vehicle." This comment was incredibly rude, pushy, and unprofessional. It was clear Linda had no idea what vehicle I was interested in, as I had to repeat the VIN multiple times. The VIN I provided was for a black Grand Highlander with captain's row seating, which the messages confirmed was at the dealership. Linda then instructed my friend and me to go outside, claiming the vehicle was in the lot. We followed a worker out to the parking lot, only to be led to a vehicle that did not match my description at all. It was metallic red, non-hybrid, and lacked captain's row seating. The worker then casually mentioned this vehicle was just for driving to the actual location of the car I wanted to see. By this point, it was already 9:20 AM, and I mentioned to the worker that I needed to be heading out soon. His response was a dismissive "whatever" tone, as if my time wasn't important. He then sped across the dealership to a "staging area." While there were other vehicles present, none of the vehicles I had specifically requested and confirmed were in their dealership inventory via text message were to be found. After looking around for the vehicle, he finally admitted that the vehicle I was interested in was not, in fact, at the dealership. He then sped back and dropped us off at the front. I immediately went back to Linda Dang to inform her that none of the requested vehicles were available and that I was leaving, as my 30 minutes had been completely wasted. Her response was astonishingly unapologetic. She blamed "Ashley," the AI platform they use for texting customers, for the misinformation. This entire experience was a testament to Findlay Toyota Henderson's complete lack of organization, disregard for customer time, and abysmal customer service. From the initial confusion at the front desk to Linda Dang's pushy and uninformed approach, and the worker's unprofessionalism and ultimate failure to locate the confirmed vehicle, every step was a disappointment. Blaming an "AI platform" instead of taking responsibility for their own internal communication and inaccurate inventory database is simply unacceptable. When we arrived, she greeted us, then immediately handed us off to another salesperson, claiming they were up to date on everything. That salesperson then told us the vehicle was no longer available, from email from Chelsea with the details. This was extremely unprofessional. We drove all the way across town and were never given the courtesy of being told the vehicle had already sold. 6/15/2026 Burned again by the Findlay Auto Group. A year ago, Findlay Honda tried to sell me a used Civic with a bad catalytic converter, a repair that would have cost me over $1,000. Now, Findlay Toyota Las Vegas has wasted 5 gallons of gas, 5 hours of my time, and insulted my intelligence with misleading promises and dishonest conduct. I own a loaded 2024 Camry LE with only 18,000 miles on it. I was looking to trade into a RAV4 LE Hybrid. Online, they gave me a lowball offer of around $23,500. Once I arrived at the dealership, that offer suddenly dropped to $22,000. Iman Shahbazy took the key but did not even bother to properly inspect the car. Instead, he encouraged me to sell it online. This is the message used to get me into the dealership: "The only reason I wanted to reach out is that pre-owned 2024 Camrys like yours are at an absolute peak value right now because of low inventory. If you still have a few minutes this Saturday at 11:00 AM, I'd love to quickly look at your car and give you an official, top-dollar appraisal certificate." That was not my experience. I was not given anything close to "top-dollar." I was given the runaround. I dislike dishonesty, and I strongly object to being lured into a dealership under one impression only to be treated differently once I arrive. Findlay Toyota advertises itself as the "#1 Selling Toyota Dealership in Nevada" with the "Largest Inventory of New and Pre-Owned Vehicles." John Barr says, "I will do anything to sell you a car." Based on my experience, that statement feels like just another empty sales line. I dealt with Iman Shahbazy and Mahan Salavati, and I left deeply disappointed and frankly disturbed by the way I was treated. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and pushed aside. I also felt there was a troubling difference in how they interacted with younger nonwhite customers compared to how they dealt with me as a senior customer. Whether they intended it or not, it felt like racism and senior bigotry, and that is unacceptable. It became very clear to me that once I refused to spend $38,000 on a 2026 RAV4 LE Hybrid -- a vehicle that started out at around $33,000 -- they had little interest in treating me with honesty, patience, or respect. A couple of years ago, new RAV4 XLE Hybrids were selling for around $35,000. Now I was expected to accept inflated pricing, a reduced trade-in value, and poor treatment on top of it. This was not professional salesmanship. This was bait, pressure, disrespect, and dishonesty. Findlay Auto Group has lost my confidence. I will not ignore this experience, and I will not remain silent about dealerships that use misleading statements to get customers through the door and then treat them as disposable once they refuse to overpay. Awful experience here! I was judged and belittled by a sales representative who made an assumption that I could not afford a vehicle. This same sales rep ran a hard inquiry on my account and tried to force a sale on me. The most offensive part is the sale rep repetitively telling me I can't afford my taste in cars and constantly emphasizing that I couldn't afford the vehicle I wanted. Fun fact, if you have issues with disrespectful sales reps you can reach out directly to Toyota and report this dealership. They lose points based on how they are doing rating wise. I wish this location had an express lane for oil changes. This location is not close to my house but I come because of the good service. My most recent visit I had a $30off coupon from centennial location for an oil change and the manager would not approve it to be price matched. Since I live in between these two locations I may give centennial a try again because of that coupon. So odd because Findlay has honored another locations coupon before and that kept me coming back. Service dept only. It was quite easy to make an appt. Large dealership with a large service department. I needed an oil change and was referred to Maverick by a family member. Arrived at the appt on Saturday and 8am and asked for Maverick. It was quite a busy Saturday as all the drive up lanes for service had at last 2-4 cars waiting to be checked in, including mine. Maverick came and greeted us and as it was already getting hot, asked us to wait inside at his desk as it's much cooler while he takes our car into get serviced. That was appreciated. He came in, pull up the car's info, as I've been there a few times for maintenance services and also bought a service packages. As it was only an oil change, it was covered and he recommended an alignment to be done but doesn't need to be today. I did not want o wait further so decided to do the alignment next time. Not a pushy service person and knew we only were there for what's needed. We waited a good 1.5hrs as it was a busy Saturday there and we knew it. He found us and connected with us. As stated, no charge and reminded us of the alignment for next time. I love the smoothness of this morning's interaction. My car is ready for another 5000+ miles before anything else is needed. I was able to work and enjoyed my coffee in the waiting area. Tables were not closed together so we had privacy of sort and not rushed. We will be back for Maverick for sure. read more

I came in today for my six month maintenance, now I don't know if this is because I'm a women by herself or if this is something they do to all customers however-- not even 15 minutes after they took my car back two workers come up to me with the paper saying i need all four tires replaced, and quotes from 1,200 - 1,700 for all new tires. I'm told my tread is completely gone, it's not safe for me to drive, i cannot wait until my 20,000 mile maintenance (car is at 17,000 now) I'm thinking wow! I just got this car, and i literally only drive it to work everyday how in the world is it this bad and i JUST checked my tread with a penny not even two months ago. I tell them no thank you i don't trust it and I'll get tires somewhere else -- then as I'm leaving i decide let me grab my penny and just check see if i need to go to a tire shop right now, the worker outside who was nice even asks "you're checking your own tread?" I straight up said yeah i don't trust yall lol. Penny test comes out looking good, i then decide you know what ill go to the tire shop that helped me with all my old cars they're great wouldn't finesse me. Get there, they check my tread and immediately tell me whoever told me i need new tires is scamming me because i have 7 in the front and 8 in the back. I get home and check through my paperwork and it literally says on here i have 7/32+ tire tread. Cars COME with 10/32 or 12/32 -- aka my tread is fine! Thankfully i didn't just say okay and buy the new tires like i would have if i trusted them! So yeah, always shop around, don't assume they have good intentions -- and if you're a girl maybe have someone come with you because this happens everytime i go alone. I work hard for my car, i want to do everything to take care of it and make it last; but not replace tires with 7/32 tread lol. read more

If less than 1 star was an option, I would give it. I went in there to test drive a car, wasn't in love with it, wanted to walk away. I understand it was Memorial Day and they wanted to get a deal done but they kept pestering me, eventually they let me walk away. But then they called me 39 times in a week and a half. To start I submitted a question online to ask if something was still available and said "just text me I'm getting on a flight" I got off my ONE HOUR FLIGHT, to 4 missed calls, 4 texts and an email.
