I waited almost 2 months for my 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into one where I genuinely felt lied to and scammed. We worked with Kody Manalo and were very clear about what we wanted: a white AWD RAV4 Hybrid with no unnecessary extras. We agreed on a price, received it in writing, paid a $500 deposit, and were given a VIN for the vehicle we were waiting for. On August 26, Kody told us our car had arrived. When we came in the next morning, we immediately noticed extras we had specifically said we didn't want. I checked the VIN and discovered THIS WAS NOT THE CAR WE HAD BEEN GIVEN THE VIN FOR. It was a different vehicle with a higher price. We immediately questioned Kody about it. He told us not to worry and that our agreed price would stay the same. Based on that assurance, I signed paperwork reflecting the original price. About 30 minutes later, he came back and told us the price was changing because this was a different vehicle -- almost $3,000 more. I asked what happened to the RAV4 we had waited two months for, and I never received a clear explanation beyond an "internal miscommunication." We asked for a manager. Remi Chun (Remington) came to our table. We specifically asked if he was a manager, and he confirmed that he was. He acknowledged that this was their internal mistake but said they would not honor our original price. I later discovered that Findlay Toyota's own website lists Remi Chun as a "Sales Associate," not a Sales Manager. The whole experience honestly felt like a well-organized scam. People told us things directly to our faces, only to change the story shortly afterward. We were basically given two options: pay almost $3,000 more for a different vehicle with extras we never wanted, or start over and wait potentially another two months. Unfortunately, my previous car had broken down and I had already been paying for a rental for about a month. After almost 4 hours of arguing and feeling completely misled, I finally gave up and signed. I love my RAV4, but there was zero excitement left when I bought it. The full KBB price was not given as promised, they just added $4000 to trade in and added it to the sticker I never saw. Again, without my knowledge. Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! Make sure and keep it in proper working order. Especially with the car care program that Toyota offers. When you show up, make sure and have an appointment. These days we always, always, always need an appointment . Or you will wait and wait some more. You pull up to the service bay and the employee will check you in and give you an estimate when the service is complete. All the employees here are truly amazing and seemed dedicated to helping us the customer. What brilliant jobs they perform ! Now that they have the Toyota Rav, we play the waiting game. The lobby is filled with coffee and hot chocolate if you want, help yourself. It's a self contained service machine. It's decent too for a machine. They have places to sit and sip your beverage either in front of a screen or a table. You could walk around outside and see what's happening with a new car or truck. As you walk around there is individuals that will come out of nowhere and they are trying to make sure you are happy and perhaps want to take something new home. While out and about on the property we had to shatter the sales team pitch, but were enlightened and parted with a happy "no!" If you need tacos, they are out front too on a food truck. We purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from Findlay Toyota for our 16-year-old son, believing we were buying him a safe, reliable first car. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale was incredibly disappointing. Within days of purchasing the vehicle, we began discovering significant mechanical issues. One of the first was a leaking strut that we later learned the dealership was aware of prior to the sale but had not disclosed to us. What followed was a series of additional repairs and mechanical problems, including serious transmission concerns. We understand that we purchased a used vehicle "as-is," but there is a difference between the normal risk associated with buying a used car and selling a vehicle with known problems without disclosing them. Our biggest concern was always that this was a car being purchased for our teenage son, and we trusted a well-known dealership to sell us something that was reasonably safe and roadworthy. When we approached Findlay Toyota for help, we were extremely disappointed with the response and the lack of willingness to stand behind the vehicle. Ultimately, we had to take the car elsewhere and spend additional money addressing numerous repairs before we felt comfortable allowing our son to drive it. Thankfully, another repair shop stepped up, treated us fairly, and finally got the vehicle to the point where our son can safely drive it. But we should never have been put in this position so soon after purchasing a vehicle from a major dealership. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other parents and used-car buyers should know about our experience. An "as-is" sale may limit a dealership's legal responsibility, but it does not eliminate the expectation of honesty, transparency, and basic concern for customer safety. Romeo in the service department has absolutely zero customer service skills. Before this I test drove the vehicle and it ran perfectly. I was surprised that within 2days the Lexus rx350 with low mileage had problems. I politely asked for the diagnostic report and whether it would be repaired and for sale at some point. He said he would talk to his manager and send me the report. I did not receive the report and found out the vehicle had been sold. If I knew the vehicle was in the process of being sold I would not have had the dealership run my credit. I purchased my car from this dealership in June 2024, and I've been dealing with unresolved issues ever since. At the time of purchase, there was a scratch on the rear driver-side window caused by tinting that I never requested. A team member acknowledged the damage and assured me it would be taken care of, but no one ever followed up. I was also told there was a key shortage and that I would receive my second key fob within a month. I understood the situation at the time, as I was part of the first batch of customers purchasing the redesigned 2025 Camry. However, it has now been nearly two years since I purchased my vehicle, and I still have not received my second key fob despite multiple follow-ups. At this point, newer Camrys are being delivered with two key fobs, which makes the lack of resolution even more frustrating. To make matters worse, I never received my purchase paperwork due to a cyberattack that occurred around the time of my purchase. When I followed up, I was sent a broken link. After that, I emailed multiple employees including Gay Otey and departments on several occasions and never received a response. My experience at Findlay Toyota Henderson on July 29th, 2025, was, without a doubt, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed 9:00-9:30 AM appointment to view a specific 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE (VIN: 5TDACAB5SS060138), which I had confirmed was available and physically at the dealership via text message (screenshots attached). What followed was a complete waste of 30 minutes and a shocking display of disorganization and poor customer service. Upon arrival, the front desk seemed utterly confused about my appointment, despite my clear communication of the time and vehicle. I was then redirected to Linda Dang, who was supposedly in charge of dispatching vehicles for customers to view. My interaction with Linda immediately set a negative tone. Before even acknowledging what vehicle I was there to see, she asked what vehicle I wanted to trade in. When I reiterated that I was there to see the specific Grand Highlander Hybrid I had requested via message, she dismissively stated, "everyone that goes through Linda purchases a vehicle." This comment was incredibly rude, pushy, and unprofessional. It was clear Linda had no idea what vehicle I was interested in, as I had to repeat the VIN multiple times. The VIN I provided was for a black Grand Highlander with captain's row seating, which the messages confirmed was at the dealership. Linda then instructed my friend and me to go outside, claiming the vehicle was in the lot. We followed a worker out to the parking lot, only to be led to a vehicle that did not match my description at all. It was metallic red, non-hybrid, and lacked captain's row seating. The worker then casually mentioned this vehicle was just for driving to the actual location of the car I wanted to see. By this point, it was already 9:20 AM, and I mentioned to the worker that I needed to be heading out soon. His response was a dismissive "whatever" tone, as if my time wasn't important. He then sped across the dealership to a "staging area." While there were other vehicles present, none of the vehicles I had specifically requested and confirmed were in their dealership inventory via text message were to be found. After looking around for the vehicle, he finally admitted that the vehicle I was interested in was not, in fact, at the dealership. He then sped back and dropped us off at the front. I immediately went back to Linda Dang to inform her that none of the requested vehicles were available and that I was leaving, as my 30 minutes had been completely wasted. Her response was astonishingly unapologetic. She blamed "Ashley," the AI platform they use for texting customers, for the misinformation. This entire experience was a testament to Findlay Toyota Henderson's complete lack of organization, disregard for customer time, and abysmal customer service. From the initial confusion at the front desk to Linda Dang's pushy and uninformed approach, and the worker's unprofessionalism and ultimate failure to locate the confirmed vehicle, every step was a disappointment. Blaming an "AI platform" instead of taking responsibility for their own internal communication and inaccurate inventory database is simply unacceptable. Updating the review now that we've had two services and an a/c issue...we mentioned a very high pitch squeak at the first oil change and was ignored. The second oil change we came prepared with a video and the known Toyota bulletin to fix the issue. They then ordered the incorrect part and had it for two weeks. We dropped the car off for 5 hours and then they called us and told us it was the wrong part with no known ETA in its arrival. Now we need to live with the squeak indefinitely... read more

I even texted her when I was running a little behind, and she acknowledged it and told me to take my time. When we arrived, she greeted us, then immediately handed us off to another salesperson, claiming they were up to date on everything. That salesperson then told us the vehicle was no longer available, from email from Chelsea with the details. This was extremely unprofessional. We drove all the way across town and were never given the courtesy of being told the vehicle had already sold. Awful experience here! I was judged and belittled by a sales representative who made an assumption that I could not afford a vehicle. This same sales rep ran a hard inquiry on my account and tried to force a sale on me. The most offensive part is the sale rep repetitively telling me I can't afford my taste in cars and constantly emphasizing that I couldn't afford the vehicle I wanted. Fun fact, if you have issues with disrespectful sales reps you can reach out directly to Toyota and report this dealership. They lose points based on how they are doing rating wise. I will be contact Toyota about this incident especially since I told customer service about my experience and they assured me a manager would reach out to me, but again to my surprise, NO ONE has reached out.
