    I am 100% pleased with the Findlay Henderson NV dealership! I live in Eastern Washington and was contacted via their Internet Sales team member, Andrew (Drew) Gonzalez. I explained what I was EXACTLY looking for and he immediately located the vehicle for me. The sales negotiation process was fair and friendly. Since I was purchasing this vehicle sight unseen, Drew sent me many videos of my car and included all the answers to my questions. When it came time to ship my new car to Eastern Washington, I chose to receive it earlier, and flew down instead. Gay (another AMAZING sales services team member) and Drew were welcoming to me at the airport and when I arrived at the dealership. Customer service is alive and well at Henderson Toyota. Even though I live 1000 miles away, they have a customer for life! I highly recommend!

    T-O-Y-O-T-A!! What's more F-U-N! Our T-O-Y!! Yay!! It's not time to get a new ride, it's time to service the old ride. The key to keeping the vehicle happy is proper maintenance and care. Make sure and keep it in proper working order. Especially with the car care program that Toyota offers. When you show up, make sure and have an appointment. These days we always, always, always need an appointment . Or you will wait and wait some more. You pull up to the service bay and the employee will check you in and give you an estimate when the service is complete. All the employees here are truly amazing and seemed dedicated to helping us the customer. What brilliant jobs they perform ! Now that they have the Toyota Rav, we play the waiting game. The lobby is filled with coffee and hot chocolate if you want, help yourself. It's a self contained service machine. It's decent too for a machine. They have places to sit and sip your beverage either in front of a screen or a table. You could walk around outside and see what's happening with a new car or truck. As you walk around there is individuals that will come out of nowhere and they are trying to make sure you are happy and perhaps want to take something new home. While out and about on the property we had to shatter the sales team pitch, but were enlightened and parted with a happy "no!" If you need tacos, they are out front too on a food truck. The tacos look fun, but the vehicle is all done so it's time to go . Thank you to the team here for making us feel special. The service and maintenance team is amazing too. Thank you to all!

    First off, we reached out to a few places before moving to Las Vegas and selected Matt for our services among all because of his consistency in communicating with our long distance needs and concerns. We felt like family even from afar! We expressed shortly before landing that we had a concern with lugging our family and luggage from airport because we needed lots of space and seatbelts. Matt went OUT OF HIS WAY to not only get us but at 5am in the morning and that wasn't just good service, it was heart warming and truly made me feel like I want to give back in some way.....and plan to. We were able to settle in and hopped in with some family to the dealership and he listened to our needs, didn't just think of a big old sale and understood we wanted to start off with a budget and ended up with a deal we didn't even expect and for that, Matt is now our designated salesperson and will be recommended from us indefinitely.     Got a 21 Tundra little over a week ago. The roll-up bed cover didn't work. Sales asked me to have service look at. Service said the whole cover needed to be replaced. Sales told service to order replacement and install at no cost to me. Got a new back-flip installed few days ago. This dealership really knows how to take care of previous customers. I won't go anyplace else

    I had an amazing experience out at Findlay Toyota. The salesman who worked with me was Jorge ("The Hat") and I also had the pleasure of working with Kris, who was an exceptional customer experience specialist!!! Jorge showed me several vehicles and was patient with me as I weighed the different options. As we discussed my target monthly payment, Jorge helped me identify additional options, which was super helpful. After I narrowed down my options to two different vehicles, Jorge introduced me to Kris, who spent several hours with me discussing the financial aspects. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle at a price tag above my comfort levels, and I also felt Kris (and his finance manager) were very reasonable in both the vehicle purchase price as well as the value of my trade-in. If you've ever been in a dealership where it's heavily sales-driven and nearly suffocating, the alternate sales approach taken by the team at Findlay Toyota definitely offers a far superior experience!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to change up their current vehicle or add to their inventory. And I especially recommend working with Jorge and Kris!!! Thanks to them, I have a beautiful 2024 Toyota Camry that suits my personal driving needs AND meets my budget comfortably.

    My experience at Findlay Toyota Henderson on July 29th, 2025, was, without a doubt, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed 9:00-9:30 AM appointment to view a specific 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE (VIN: 5TDACAB5SS060138), which I had confirmed was available and physically at the dealership via text message (screenshots attached). What followed was a complete waste of 30 minutes and a shocking display of disorganization and poor customer service. Upon arrival, the front desk seemed utterly confused about my appointment, despite my clear communication of the time and vehicle. I was then redirected to Linda Dang, who was supposedly in charge of dispatching vehicles for customers to view. My interaction with Linda immediately set a negative tone. Before even acknowledging what vehicle I was there to see, she asked what vehicle I wanted to trade in. When I reiterated that I was there to see the specific Grand Highlander Hybrid I had requested via message, she dismissively stated, "everyone that goes through Linda purchases a vehicle." This comment was incredibly rude, pushy, and unprofessional. It was clear Linda had no idea what vehicle I was interested in, as I had to repeat the VIN multiple times. The VIN I provided was for a black Grand Highlander with captain's row seating, which the messages confirmed was at the dealership. Linda then instructed my friend and me to go outside, claiming the vehicle was in the lot. We followed a worker out to the parking lot, only to be led to a vehicle that did not match my description at all. It was metallic red, non-hybrid, and lacked captain's row seating. The worker then casually mentioned this vehicle was just for driving to the actual location of the car I wanted to see. By this point, it was already 9:20 AM, and I mentioned to the worker that I needed to be heading out soon. His response was a dismissive "whatever" tone, as if my time wasn't important. He then sped across the dealership to a "staging area." While there were other vehicles present, none of the vehicles I had specifically requested and confirmed were in their dealership inventory via text message were to be found. After looking around for the vehicle, he finally admitted that the vehicle I was interested in was not, in fact, at the dealership. He then sped back and dropped us off at the front. I immediately went back to Linda Dang to inform her that none of the requested vehicles were available and that I was leaving, as my 30 minutes had been completely wasted. Her response was astonishingly unapologetic. She blamed "Ashley," the AI platform they use for texting customers, for the misinformation. This entire experience was a testament to Findlay Toyota Henderson's complete lack of organization, disregard for customer time, and abysmal customer service. From the initial confusion at the front desk to Linda Dang's pushy and uninformed approach, and the worker's unprofessionalism and ultimate failure to locate the confirmed vehicle, every step was a disappointment. Blaming an "AI platform" instead of taking responsibility for their own internal communication and inaccurate inventory database is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Findlay Toyota Henderson to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time.

    No! Gone for good. They are being water conservationist (which is good for the valley) and as of 03/2023 they stopped the courtesy washes for good.

He is professional, knowledgeable, and understands the criticality of providing good, quality, customer service. Erik arranged a loaner car, which, was fueled and ready upon my arrival. While being serviced, I received a video on my cell phone from my technician highlighting his findings and explaining the cause of the issue. This type of communication between the customer and the technician speaks volumes of the dealership's commitment to transparency while fostering trust and building longstanding relationships. My car was ready the same day and earlier than expected. The mechanical issue previously identified had been addressed and corrected. This type of A-1 service is what one would expect from Mercedes Benz and why so many hold the brand in such high regard.

    Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!
