    Classic Lobster Roll

Another hidden gem from Naples that was AMAZING. Lobster Rolls are a favorite dish of mine, and I knew I had to find some on my Naples visit. I saw this place being recommended to me, and we decided to drop by. Service was super quick and the first bite was everything I dreamed of. The lobster was juicy and chilled, and fit perfectly against the warm buttered rolls. There is plentiful lobster meat within the rolls and every bite was delicious. I loved how close it was to where we were staying, and I definitely will have to come back and grab a bite!

The service was quick and friendly. We brought our own adult beverages from Publix next door. The lobster rolls are really good (both Maine and Connecticut) and loaded with lobster meat. There's a crockpot of butter on the counter that's used to warm the lobster for the Connecticut roll - I think this added a lot more flavor vs the cold Maine lobster roll. The salad is okay as there's very little greens but plenty of lobster on top. The fries and tater tots were a bit soggy since the oil it was fried it probably wasn't hot enough - will probably order this extra crispy next time, or mention we don't mind the wait for the oil to heat up. Lobster bisque was wonderful and topped with plenty of lobster meat. Will probably return for just a Connecticut lobster roll and the bisque next time.

Best lobster roll I've had outside of New England, and I've had a lot of lobster rolls! The bun was light and made specifically for lobster rolls (not a hotdog bun). The lobster was plentiful and tasted so fresh, like it had just been caught. I asked for "not too much butter" and it was the perfect amount. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity. We also ordered French fries which didn't come out until after we had finished our rolls. They were undercooked so they made a new batch which were also undercooked. They said they were having a problem with their air fryer. I was impressed that they used an air fryer rather than a regular fryer and am assuming this is a temporary blip. There is some indoor seating on picnic benches and backless wooden stools. There are also tables outside. Overall it's a super casual vibe. We will definitely be back even thought it's quite a drive. We used to go to Doug's Seafood for lobster rolls but these are superior in terms of both quality and price.

Had to come to Florida to get the best Maine lobster roll... 3.5oz of lobster on a perfectly toasted bun. Robyn's personal touch made the experience even better.

What a fantastic visit to Lobster Roll #1 I googled lobster rolls and this restaurant came up....I decided to give it a try and am I glad I did!!! Probably THE BEST LOBSTER ROLL I'VE HAD SINCE LEAVING BOSTON!!! I was politely greeted by NICOLE she was so sweet. She informed me it was her first day. She was fantastic and will be a great addition to this great restaurant. The Maine-iac Owner (Yahve) was also so polite and accommodating. My lobster roll had the perfect amount of FRESH LOBSTER MEAT with a light lemon mayo. Mmmm the fries perfectly fried golden brown.... If your looking for the best Lobster Roll in Naples it's a Home Run!!!

Nice dinner, surprisingly good. The Connecticut lobster roll was fabulous, good portion of buttery warm lobster claw and meat, roll was perfectly browned, moist and full of flavor, really well done roll and at a good price. They also have a German menu, we had the goulash and spaetzle, very authentic, nice spices and gravy with the meat.

The connecticut lobster roll was recommended to me by a retail salesperson in Tin city. I mist say it was delicious and I think it had to do with the breading. The lobster tasted good, but the "roll" was different than most places. The clam chowder was decent too (not the best, but a pretty good fix). They're fairly new to the plaza, but service is good.

Drool worthy Lobster Rolls! Quick and efficient service. We were in around 3:30, so there was no line. Clean and cute decor. Wish prices were a bit lower for the amount of food we got but it was fantastic!

Second time here for their Lobster Rolls and again very delicious! This time I had their Lobster Bisque and it was delicious. Their lobster portions are generous. Great staff as well! We will be back!

This is The Connecticut Lobster Roll, it's amazing! I also bought the Lobster Bisque to go with it! 10/10!

This is The Connecticut Lobster Roll, it's amazing! I loved the lemon to go with it. The chips were munchies to eat on while going back home. I also enjoyed the Lobster Bisque to go with it. It was definitely creamy and the lobster roll was such a good hit to dip it into. The total was 34.13 with tax. I would definitely go again. It is a little pricey but if you were to take yourself on a nice day, I would suggest coming here! Yahve served me, he was very nice and polite. You could tell he made it with love! The wait wasn't bad at all, I understand because I believe he was the only one working. But it is totally fine with me.

I parked near their walkway sign and once I ventured through, it's such a lovely walk up to the restaurant with a bridge over water with fountains and tons of blooms everywhere. Once inside, I was met with a bright, crisp dining room that was clean and comfortable. We started with cocktails and I got their version of a Manhattan, the hog-hattan. It's made with Whistlepig 6 year and came out on the rocks. Manhattans not served up are kinda a pet peeve of mine--but this one? Truly and honestly one of the best Manhattans of my life. The server did not steer me wrong. It was exquisite. For my dinner, my dining companion and I opted for a deal they had that allowed you a starter and main for a reasonable price. I got the kale salad for my starter which was bursting with flavor--chopped kale, brussels sprouts, butternut squash, chevre, and a bright citrus-y vinaigrette--what's not to love? For my main, I got their Mahi Mahi which was also perfectly executed. It was served over a bed of rice and asparagus with chopped mango and a sauce (not sure what kind but balanced the dish perfectly) on top. I would have a hard time not ordering this dish again. It was craveable. Our server was lovely and provided wonderful recommendations for both myself and my dining companion. No notes! Get to it!

I asked for her recommendations and I went with the hogfish sandwich. Luckily, she told me I could get it grilled and blackened instead of fried. I could tell they knew how to cook fish because it came out perfectly. Most would probably think it was undercooked, but that's how fish should be cooked. I appreciated this attention to detail and thought it was delicious.

A Hidden Gem That Proves You Can't Judge a Book by Its Strip Mall…read more Don't let the location fool you. Tucked into an unassuming strip mall in Naples -- yes, right next to a laundromat -- Next Level Caribbean Bar and Grill is exactly what its name promises: next level. We stopped in to pick up an oxtail order for a friend, and ended up staying to enjoy cocktails on the patio. While we were there, we ordered the jerk chicken tacos (only managed a photo of those -- we were too busy soaking up the ambiance to think about documentation), a quesadilla, and another appetizer I honestly can't recall by name but absolutely remember enjoying. The food is fabulous and authentically Caribbean. The kind of food you simply do not expect to find in a nondescript little corner spot. Yet here we are. What really stood out beyond the food itself was the sheer volume of business this place was doing. While we sat, a steady parade of Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers cycled through, alongside families walking in for their own pickup orders. When a restaurant is replacing people's home-cooked meals on a regular basis, that tells you something important: the food is that good, the consistency is that reliable, and the staff clearly knows how to execute both dine-in and takeout without sacrificing quality or temperature. That is not easy to do, and they make it look effortless. A note on timing: I visited in early 2026 and am only now getting around to uploading the photo and writing this up -- my apologies for the delay. A return visit is already on my to-do list, and I'll update this review when I get there. Practical tips: You'll need a car or to be within their delivery radius. I did pickup myself and can confirm the order held up beautifully. If they deliver to you, I'd encourage you to give them a try without hesitation. Next Level Caribbean is a genuine find. Seek it out.

He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team.
