Hot Maine lobster roll with butter, fries and onions rings, and mash potatoes.

Some of the best lobster I've had. And the greatest onion rings I've ever eaten by far. I will always come back here for some crispy rings and buttery lobster. Service is great and the inside of the restaurant is nice.

No frills, simple atmosphere, great service, fantastic fish! I went for a late lunch and was surprised at the size of the menu. Much more variety than I anticipated. My food arrived quickly and my fish was cooked perfectly, the veggies were spot on, and the hush puppies were the best I've had! I definitely will return to try other things. Keep up the good work!!

I've been coming to Steamers in Naples since 2010, and it's hands-down my favorite spot in town. Forget the fancy places--this is where I go every time I'm in Naples. The waitresses are amazing, the atmosphere is low key, and the food is consistently great. I love their lighter side menu, and the onion rings and Manhattan clam chowder are an absolute must. My go-to entrée? The flounder--always cooked to perfection.

A nice mom and pop kind of place, of course packed on a busy start to the weekend. Come early and nab a table for sure. I was on a seafood kick, as I am wont to do when I'm in Florida, so I started with a clam chowder. It was chunky and thick and delicious, and you know it's a plus when they serve Westminster oyster crackers with your chowder. It's the ONLY acceptable brand. Finished off the meal with some garlicky buttery steamed shrimp. I liked it, maybe a little too garlicky for me, but that's a personal preference, especially with the garlic bread. Overall, ok.

Gourmet seafood in a diner? I've lived over 20 yrs in Naples and tried Steamers today for the first time. Mains came in small or large sizes with 2 sides. My blackened swordfish was perfectly cooked but very lightly seasoned so the flavor of the filets came through well. The restaurant was crazy busy at 12:30pm on a Lenten Friday, but the service didn't suffer at all. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dinner & dessert for $30 plus tip is more than I usually do for lunch but in my opinion, was a good value. Steamers now firmly on my list of where to go for seafood.

Amazing service and delicious food…read more My friends and I went to The Local before a movie at the Regal movie theater nearby. We were seated in a comfortable booth, and the overall ambiance was so lovely with high ceilings. We got there in time to enjoy a happy hour dinner menu. I ordered the Pork Ragu over Gnocchi as featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." It was so yummy! And the portion was very generous. Service was also very friendly and helpful. We had a great server. I'll definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Naturally smoked turkey with brie, pesto mayo, and tomato jam on gluten free bread, served with a fresh Caesar salad. Pretty good sandwich. The turkey was flavorful, the bread held up nicely, and the salad was crisp with a good coating of parmesan. Decent value for what you get. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which came with a side salad topped with blue cheese crumbles and red onion. The presentation looked great with nice char on the fish, fresh pico, and shredded cabbage piled high. But the execution fell short. The fish itself was chewy and not very tender. That's a problem when fish tacos are one of your popular dishes. On the bright side, our waitress was nice and attentive. No complaints on the service front. The cozy atmosphere lives up to the farm to table vibe they're going for. The Verdict: The Local delivers a decent lunch with good service and fresh ingredients. My smoked turkey sandwich hit the spot, but those fish tacos need work. Four stars for a solid overall experience, but maybe skip the tacos next time.

Pretty good burger. For those who like to drink under a thatched roof outside, there is a tikki hut. The establishment's motif is all over the map. But let's just stay with the island theme in Naples, FL. Would I go back again? I don't know, I have had this book marked, and I have eaten at another of their establishments, Sonny's. This had lots of tomatoes, red onion and carrots. The lettuce was very fresh and the dressing was delicious as always. My Chicken Bryan was so tasty. It has the perfect blend of flavors including lemon, goat cheese, sun dried tomato and basil. I have tried to replicate this dish at home and it turned out pretty good. But nothing beats theirs. My penne with pink sauce was served hot and tasty. I decided to take advantage of the $10 take home special. You can actually choose any entree that is the price of your entree or less. So that is a great way to try other dishes. I only eat Chicken Bryan here although I could be missing out on other tasty entrees. Italian side salad was only $2. You get a choice of soup or salad to start, everything was fresh and good. The best part of our lunch was when we decided to take advantage of their offer to choose an entree for ten dollars to take home. I hope they keep that special, we're coming back soon.

We ate in the main dining room and Brandon was our server. He is just so good at his job. He came around just when we needed something. He has the sort of aura or vibes or whatever you want to call it, that really made for an exceptional experience. He truly wanted us to enjoy our meals. The hostess said she was seating us with someone good and I could not agree more!! So, I was going to order a little differently going in to Shula's. But then I saw their promotion and I was already ordering filet mignon. Why not get all this other stuff with it? The bread was good. The filet mignon, of course, was the star of the show. This is truly the best filet mignon I have ever had. I remember going to Shula's when they were in Miami Lakes and loved it too. Mashed potatoes are okay. I probably should have upgraded to the au gratin potatoes. The French onion was good but not the best. The raspberry cheesecake was pretty good. We went back the next day for lunch and had a different server. She had a different kind of personality I did not appreciate. Beyond that, the burgers were okay. I was going to order a steak salad but figured a burger and fry would be better. Some fries were undercooked but I was getting full anyway. Their burgers are huge!! I appreciate how the manager remembered us from the night before and even said hello to me when I was sitting in the lobby of the hotel where I was staying. He is really nice. I highly suggest the filet mignon. If you like this cut of meat, it is phenomenal.

For room service we ordered a cheeseburger and steak tip sandwich both on gluten-free bread with steak fries. Delicious flavors were there but it was delivered lukewarm.
