Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff showed an unprofessional attitude and seemed reluctant to issue a refund, turning a simple correction into an unnecessary inconvenience. The food was also below expectations. The pork steak had an overpowering artificial lemon flavor that made it unpleasant to eat. The chicken nuggets ordered for our baby were extremely hard, making them difficult and unsafe for a 17-month-old child. Overall, the service was poor, the food was disappointing, and the way the billing issue was handled made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our visit.
