The employee making the coffee appeared to have very little experience, and the quality of the coffee reflected that lack of training. One suggestion would be to ensure that all staff members receive the same training and follow a consistent process for preparing drip coffee. Consistency is important, especially when customers return expecting the same great experience they had before.

Me and one other woman were standing there for over 15 to 20 minutes, waiting for her to take our order. I placed an order for a Poké bowl. After waiting another 20 minutes, my bowl was finally ready the owner kindly notified me that although I asked to have my sauce on the side the chef accidentally spilled a little in the bowl. Which is no problem, although once getting home and opening up my food, I noticed that it was not just a spill, and that the chef actually dumped the entire sauce bottle in my bowl. And also to add on top of that, I ordered salmon and tuna in the bowl only to come to find that I could barely even find any of the protein in there as the fish was diced into tiny pieces, smaller than a pinky nail size and barely a teaspoon of each. The kitchen and lobby area also looked in very much disarray. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.
