Had a fishing guide for a couple days when staying in Gardiner who packed subs for lunches. Great sandwiches and he told me they came from Paradise Deli. On our last day, tired of snacks from the grocery store for breakfast, we looked for a restaurant to have a real meal and found the Deli very close to our hotel. As I mentioned, subs at lunch were great and, since they are open for breakfast, we ate there. Not many tables inside but most of their business is takeout so no issues there. Breakfast offerings are limited but great. I had a bacon/egg/cheese croissant and fishing partner had the waffles. Both highly recommended. Other items offered included omelets which we did not try. If we were thinking correctly we would have grabbed a couple subs for lunch and regretted this oversight later in the day! read more

Delicious sandwich to get on the way to Yellowstone, or even on the way back!! It sustained us all day hiking and it was sooo good! I believe it was around $15-17 per foot long sandwich and so worth it with it lasting us all day. The bread is soft and not too much, with a generous amount of fillings and meat inside. Got the Montana cheesesteak and added Jalapenos. It was very good. Bread was soft and tasted fresh. My kids all ate turkey and provolone sandwiches and crushed them all. The owners are local and very nice people. Will come again next time we are visiting Yellowstone! read more

The wagyu pastrami was possibly the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Flavorful meat on a fresh loaf of bread and tasty grilled onions. The meat/bread ratio perfect - the bread complemented the meat well without being overwhelming. Owner was super nice too! Great sandwiches and wish we'd found this sooner! Our ten year old daughter found this place on Yelp (after tiring of all the places we dragged her to on vacation in Gardiner/Yellowstone), and we didn't get around to trying Paradise until the end of our vacation in Yellowstone, but we wished we'd found it sooner. Its tucked away in a little plaza, and is easy to miss. My husband got the Italian combo and the kids got turkey sandwiches. The footlongs are a good deal, so the kids split one. Many of the other food options in town are fussy in one way or another, but this was easy, tasty, quick, and reasonably priced. There's a nice area to eat outside too! read more

Service was great. The sandwiches are actually boars head and you can tell everything is fresh. People say it's expensive. But it's no more than you would buy in Yellowstone at one of their stands. At least this is real good food. Can't wait to go back again. read more

My family and I came here to eat after Yellowstone and the Hot Springs. We didn't know what to order, so we asked the staff to recommend something to us. He recommended the Montana Cheese Steak. We got it, and it was really good. The bread tasted fresh. They were also really polite to tourists coming in as well. There was no ice for drinks and soda was running clear. We had already gotten fountain drink cups. The server said you can get a canned soda since it's not working. The ice finally got filled. I filled the cup and he said we owed $5 for the canned sodas after we had already paid for the fountain drink. I set my drink on the counter and told him he could have it. they offer maybe 6 sandwiches, bags of chips and a tiny selection of can drinks. empty place that at one time offered coffee and things like shave ice but have pared way back. Sub tasted like premade convrnience store type. read more
