    Daily smoked brisket

I was recommended to come here from local hotel staff and I'm glad I visited! I sat at the bar and was helped promptly and my meal arrived quickly. The sandwich melts in your mouth it was so good! On the side I got the tater tots which were extremely fresh and crispy. Would definitely visit here again!

The food was fresh. The collard greens and smoked wings were perfection. The greens & pork egg rolls were NOT GOOD. We also got pork rinds and the children had meat and two sides. Fast and friendly service. The atmosphere is a very loud sports bar with lots of games and a good amount of pool tables. I'd come back.

Found Local Cue via a Instagram post on the best wings in the SE. My brother (from MO) & I (live in CHS) were visiting Greenville for a work trip. I am sooooo happy we stopped in. Davis was our server and he and the rest of the staff were very friendly! We ordered the 10 piece wings. SO GOOD!!! Ordered the cubano sandwich. SO AMAZING!!! My brother ordered the macaroni and cheese skillet with brisket. He had no words, just sounds of yummy noises coming from him across the table. Seriously one of the most enjoyable meals I have had in a long time and we had leftovers for days!!! We will be back!

Thank you for staying open late. It seems nobody stays open late since Covid. We stopped here on the way to the hotel from a concert. Luckily we made it in time to get our food and drinks promptly before they closed. The smoked wings smell awesome! They're nice and filling. Give this place a try. Again, thanks for staying open late.

The cheeseburger was tasty and hit the spot, the fries were delicious but they should offer an endless option. The servers were great with the group and the business it brings. The atmosphere was pleasant. Pool tables and darts are available as well as tons of tabletop games.

Sat at the bar and service was great. Food was absolutely amazing! Had the pretzel sticks with the jalapeno havarti cheese sauce....wow! Followed by the brisket sandwich and bbq rub seasoned tots! I will certainly be back to try more options like the wings!!

Wow- this place was good! It came recommended by the woman who checked me into my hotel. And she said to get the brisket sandwich. Came at an off hour for lunch . Was in a hurry so I asked for it to be packaged to go but would start eating it there. Got the brisket sandwich, baked beans, and Mac and cheese. And a glass of water. So very good!!! The brisket sandwich had the perfect flavor and texture. The baked beans were small and sweet with not too much meat in them. The Mac and cheese was very creamy; I added a little salt. She remembered everything- utensils and napkins- in my to go bag. The plastic utensils had a napkin and salt and pepper. Ate too fast to take pictures! I wanted to get back here during my business trip, but ran out of time. Highly recommend!!

The outside structure of the building is such false advertisement. The inside is such a cool chill vibe! The staff is friendly and informative, especially "Mel". The Spinach & artichoke dip was HOT and Soooooooo good! If you want a diverse environment that serves "memory lane" games, definitely come to this location!

Local Cue is the best bar to watch sports, date night, games and pool with friends and family. The food is always top tier, I ordered the buffalo chicken dip y'all it was AMAZING! came out fresh and hot in a cast iron with chips. It was a cold night after a Clemson game so I decided on the chili it was so filling I probably ate 1/3 of it bc it has so much meat! The service is unheard of I was constantly helped by many ppl even it was just a friendly joke and convo. I love this restaurant and the beautiful ppl that work there. This is a go to for my family and friends and I will continue to put others onto the best establishment in the upstate.

Dry rub wings. The sauce is on the side

First of all... the pork rinds are out of this freakin' world! Best I've tasted! I guess I never had house made pork rinds before! Dry rub wings are crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. If you get the ranch, don't be alarmed by the green color. It is ranch. They say they have sooo many sauces that it helps distinguish. Many beers on tap, lots of dart boards, games like connect 4 and other games to play with your friends, tvs with sports in every nook and corner. Pool tables. Make sure you bring your ID. They card at the door. Great neighborhood gathering place!

Hi Jonah! We have one ping pong table located right next to our corn hole room.

What time does happy hour start?

    Monday - Friday 4-6pm

Do they have pool tournaments if so, when?

Gregory, At this time Local Cue does not host tournaments of any kind.

Contact Star for info: Star@localcue.com. I was able to reserve the Green Room on a Tuesday night for no charge but there's probably a cost for weekends.

The answer is a resounding "yep" and my favorite is Bobby's BBQ. On a recent visit to Greenville my wife and I made a side trip here, SO worth the stop. This is truly great brisket! Seasoned, wood-smoked, moist and flavorful. So tender it can be cut with a fork. Meat candy goodness. Is it supposed to be so dark? Absolutely, the servings are NOT burnt. There's a wonderful bark on this brisket which comes from a generous seasoned rub, low heat and a lot of TLC. Is it supposed to be fatty? You bet. Brisket is a tough cut of meat and fat provides tenderness, moisture and flavor. This ain't fine dinin' but the service from the counter is always welcoming and helpful. There is indoor and outdoor seating if you'd prefer to stretch your legs and eat here instead of waiting for the long drive home. The sides and sauces are very good as well. I love the Sweet Potato Crunch and the tangy OG Sauce is as good as any Texas Hill Country joint offers. (Sorry, I have no food photos. We got this order to-go and I didn't want to mislead anyone with shots of dinner on our deluxe paper plates.)

We each got the sandwich combo (meat of your choice, 2 sides & a drink) and some smoked sausages. The turkey was amazing, as was the brisket and pulled pork! The sausage is some of the best we've ever had. My sons loved the mac 'n cheese and I loved the coleslaw and sweet potato casserole. There's plenty of seating, both inside and outdoors. The vibe is very family friendly and welcoming. They had seasonal blackberry & peach cobbler on the menu, but it was sold out that evening. My husband returned the following day to get some (and a couple more sausages). The cobbler was worth the wait! Staff is personable and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Order at the counter and they hand it to you and you take it to the table. No table service. Now for the food. Four pulled pork plates and a 1/2 chicken plate. I had one of the pulled pork plates with cucumbers salad and their sweet potato crunch. For those that don't know I am a bbq snob. We have smoked many a pound of pork. This pork was ok. It was however chopped which does change the taste. Also it was a bit dry and had gristle. I had several large pieces of gristle on my plate but the others did not. Could be due to I was the last one. The sauces were a yellow and a ketchup based. Actually mixed them and found them to be good. I usually do not like the mustard sauce. Mixed it worked well. The cucumber salad was very good and was given in abundance. The sweet potato crunch also surprised me and was delicious also. Now the sweet tea was absolutely naughty. Wow it was so good. Over all not a bad meal. Bbqing for a large operation is tough and my old school way would not make production so I have to take that into account. Typical old school BBQ joint with long tables and order at the counter. You will leave smelling smoky no doubt. Plenty of parking except right at the rush.

Hubs had the meatballs (which the server said they only had two left...a friend nabbed the others) and other friends had the moules (mussels) frites and the braised short rib IIRC. The *.frites were the biggest hits. My filet was perfect, Sharon was raving about her mussels being the best she's had in ages. I had a bite of the meatballs, they were ok but people agreed there are better things on their menu. I love that the frites come with a choice of 3 out of about 10 different custom mayos (aiolis for the fancy-schmancy). I tried the curry, sriracha, and a fruity one I can't remember exactly what it was. I liked the fruity one the best and to my surprise, the curry the least (I usually love curry, but the balance was off). The sriracha mayo was too subtle for me, I slather sriracha mayo on my burgers regularly. I have no class. The frites were fresh cut and I enjoyed them but there were far more than I could eat on my plate, and sadly frites don't keep. They have my favorite super sweet Lindemann's framboise lambic on tap; I've only ever had it in bottles before, so that was a treat. My husband thinks I'm crazy to drink it because it is SO SWEET but I love it. So does Sharon, and clearly we're not alone or they wouldn't waste a tap on it :). It's beer for people who hate beer. (I resemble that remark. Maybe hate is a strong word. But in my 30s I realized I'd rather drink a soda than a beer, except for this one.) Desserts sounded good but we were too stuffed to order any. Next time I come, I may try the mussels, or I might just order that steak again.

It's in a basement that feels like a pleasant dungeon or a 1500's rogue tavern, you know, the kind in the movies where plots to overturn evil rulers are hatched. It is a unique vibe and after your meal, when emerging back onto the brightly lit street, it's akin to stepping out of a secret place and back into the light of day. The beer selection is impressive. This food is Belgian inspired. Hence the name being derived from a mix of Trappist Monks, trap doors, and a hidden underground enclave. Many of the beers have higher alcohol content, listed on the menu, be advised. The specialty is Moules Frites, mussels prepared in various broths and fries double fried in duck fat served with a flight of your choice of flavored mayonnaise such as wasabi, curry, truffle, sriracha, etc. Very good. Reservations are highly recommended. It was a busy Thursday at 6:30pm and the place was literally packed, even the bar. The two of us were seated in a large, dark, alcove booth fitting for six or perhaps even eight. We had a reservation, so the hostess said, "we may as well fill it" since it was that crowded. Being such, it was five minutes before we were noticed and placed our drink orders, another five before our water arrived and we ordered and about 30 minutes later to get our food. In between we were left to ourselves. The service was not negligent, but it was minimal and not really friendly either. It was a busy night, so we will have grace. But the mussels were delicious. We both had the Provincale, a rich, savory, Mediterranean sauce of tomatoes, garlic and white wine. Bourdain says "never order the mussels", in his Kitchen Confidential book, but here you are safe because they are very popular and the main feature. I've probably said this before and it is worth repeating, they need to up their crusty bread game. The broth is so good and the accompanying bread just doesn't lend itself to bringing the dish to another level, but it could were it better bread. This is a solid and must do restaurant experience when visiting Greenville. It arguably should be the "one" restaurant you must visit in town because of its unique ambiance and unique food & beverage.
