Really enjoyed this little lunch spot! I tried the chicken pho (pho ga) and the egg rolls. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and delicious, I loved the sauce that came with! Also really enjoyed my pho, and I'm fairly picky when it comes to pho. Having all the add ins available to customize your pho is one of my favorite parts. Everyone at the table ordered the same thing, but none of our bowls tasted the same. I did deduct one star because the service could have been a bit faster, but it was a weekday lunch rush so I won't hold that against them. The shopping center where this is located is very inviting and modern. There are a few other stores here. There is also a micro brewery right in front of this shopping center. I didn't have a lot of expectations coming in since a lot of places that try to do a "modern-ish" take on pho often miss the mark but o was pleasantly surprised by the food. The pho broth was tasty, the spring rolls were delicious and the vermicelli was pretty good too. We also tried the the Thai green tea but the green tea taste was overpowered by the Thai tea. Environment was very nice and pleasing to those who are minimalists. Not your traditional pho restaurant for sure. I ordered the Pho Bo Vien and although I did like the Bo Vien, the pho broth itself was bland and I had to add quite a bit of hoisin sauce before I was OK with the taste. The Thai Tea definitely could've been better, but since it's a Pho Restaurant, I'm not going to scrutinize that too much. Placed an order through an online delivery app hours before I needed it delivered but then I get a call from the delivery service the restaurant doesn't not have any sandwiches so I would have to wait until even later in the evening for my entire order. I get that call less than an hour before I am hosting 10 people at my house - who wants hangry guests? Not me. Thanks anyways but if you don't have the food don't accept the order or at the very least let the customer know ahead of time so they aren't left scrambling for plan B. read more

This place has such a modern, refreshing vibe for a pho restaurant. I usually take orders to-go here and they make it perfect every single time. I also really like their Thai tea! When I order pho, I usually get the pho tai some days with meatballs some days without but I always ask for no vegetables! (No onions, green onions and all that jazz) and they always make it right! I have 1 hour lunch and I have to make it back to the office within the hour. With that said, my coworkers and I drove to this place for lunch, and boy did we hit the jackpot. My first time here and I can tell they took pride in the pho. I ordered the Pho Combination (Dac Biet), the signature dish of all Pho Restaurants. I found that their Pho Combination (Dac Biet) is not too salty and in comparison to other places did not leave me thirsty and craving for water with every sip I took from the broth. The meat was good and fresh. The Pho itself was phenomenal. I recommend getting the Matcha Green Tea w/Tapioca. Super delicious! The service is quick and the staff is super friendly. the best way i can describe this place is standard vietnamese food at bougie upper-class prices. a banh mi thit nuong for $6? +$1 for fried egg? $10 for a bowl of pho dac biet? at this prices i would expect something pho-nomenal (hehe) but the flavors were standard if not lackluster. the interior is very cute, plenty of seating, and lots of parking up front. you walk up to the counter and place your order, they give you a number and they bring out of the food to you. theres your usual variety of menu choices for typical vietnamese restaurants, but all at elevated prices. I mean i understand that the area is a little better and the target audience isn't your typical chinatown demographic but its more expensive than i'd expect. the banh mi didn't really have flavor, and the cuts of meat were not what i usually am used to at other authentic vietnamese places. the veggies weren't pickled enough so i wasn't motivated to finish the sandwich. the pho broth was very standard, the meatballs had good flavor but the brisket and tai chin was too tough. it seems like the meat was cooked before putting it into the broth. their cafe sua da wasn't bad either but nothing to write home about. definitely not a bad place to come for lunch, but theres alot better places near by for cheaper and more flavor. its a cute place to take pictures next to their wall though. read more

Great addition to the Heights for those looking for some good pho at outside the loop prices! This spot has a cute industrial metal & wood look that's calming and makes me want to stay here for hours. Most of the pho is $8, with the combination at $10. The banh mi are $5-6. (Overall, cheaper than other pho & banh mi places inside the loop.) The pho broth is sweet, without being cloyingly so, and the self-serve toppings (Vietnamese basil, lime, and bean sprouts) are convenient. The noodles are fresh and cooked perfectly, unlike the slightly hard, clumped up masses at some pho places I've been to. I asked for my beef on the side to cook it myself to the perfect medium rare. The food was out within minutes, practically ready before I was finished getting toppings! There's ample parking and the restaurant itself has lots of seating. It's not as good as my beloved Pho Danh, but it's conveniently located and serves up a bowl good enough to tide me over until I have time to drive out to Asiatown. If I were still working in the neighborhood, I know I'd be back weekly! read more

Friendly staff and fantastic food right around the corner. I've already been twice and got to try the Pho Ga and the Pho Tai Bo vien. I have zero complaints and only high praises from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I was cheerfully greeted when it was past the lunch rush (2pm) and was blown away by the delicious broth. Both times the broth was smooth and savory, I also got a Banh Mi togo and it was still amazing when I ate it later. They also were serving some craft beer which I was able to enjoy while stuffing my face. These people will definitely see me back regularly. read more

The food is delicious the service sucks.. I've been there twice.. both times take out.. the first time they forgot about my sandwich, they gave me the pho first then they didn't realized my sandwich was missing until I asked for it, took them an extra 5 mins to make it.. I didn't write a bad review then, today I placed an order through yelp for some reason the app made a mistake and placed the order for tomorrow at 10 am, when I called the restaurant and explained they confirmed the order and they said there was nothing that they can do. Yelp will refund my money but that takes 3-5 business days, in a bit disappointed that they didn't just switch the order for today .. instead I had to go through the trouble of calling yelp then calling them to place the order..
