There's a certain kind of restaurant that doesn't try to reinvent anything it just takes the familiar language of seafood, cocktails, and late-afternoon noise and speaks it fluently. Loch Bar fits that category, but what separates it from the pack is execution and energy. It feels alive in the way only a well-run bar-restaurant in a high-traffic district can feel: polished, but never sterile. We came in on a Saturday lunch service, the kind of in-between hour where the bar is already awake but the night crowd hasn't arrived yet. The space sits comfortably in the Galleria corridor, dressed in a way that suggests money but doesn't scream it. Brass, glass, and a kind of curated coastal aesthetic that works better in practice than it sounds on paper. It's a room designed for long meals that slowly turn into longer drinks. The table started with variety because that's really the only way to do a place like this justice. The chicken and sausage gumbo arrived first, though "gumbo" feels like a polite translation. This wasn't a thin, dark roux-heavy New Orleans classic. It leaned thicker, more stew-like, closer to comfort food than tradition. Rich, hearty, and slightly reinterpreted. Purists might argue, but flavor doesn't ask permission. From there, the table kept moving: mussels in a white wine-style preparation, clean and aromatic; lettuce wraps with skirt steak that hit that sweet spot between freshness and charred beef; bread service that did exactly what bread service is supposed to do disappear quickly and make you consider ordering more; potato skins elevated with caviar, a dish that sounds like excess but lands as indulgence done with intention. The real strength of Loch Bar, though, isn't just the menu it's the range. The oyster selection alone feels like its own ecosystem, a reminder that someone in the kitchen actually cares about sourcing and variety rather than defaulting to the safe middle ground. It's the kind of seafood program that invites repetition, not just curiosity. Behind the bar was John Ross a bartender with two first names and the kind of presence that makes a busy room feel personal. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without lecturing. The drinks came with quiet confidence, and more importantly, so did the recommendations. Good bartenders don't just pour they steer. He did both. What stood out most, though, wasn't just the food or even the service it was the room itself. The bar was alive in that Saturday way: conversations spilling over, strangers slipping into dialogue, the low hum of people who are exactly where they want to be for the next couple of hours. We ended up talking with other patrons without forcing it. That doesn't happen in every restaurant. It either has that social gravity or it doesn't. By the time we left, the place had fully shifted into afternoon rhythm still relaxed, but with the sense that the night was being quietly assembled in the background. Loch Bar doesn't try to be profound. It just understands its lane: seafood, cocktails, atmosphere, and a room that knows how to hold people.
We picked Loch Bar for a Friday date night, in part because of an offer they had in the InKind App. The restaurant is located in the same complex at Equinox and many high end shops. You can valet at the front for 10 dollars or parking in the parking garage for free. We made our reservation for 6:30 because they do happy hour from 3-7 every day. However, I was disappointed to hear that they only offer happy hour at the bar, not in the main dining area. The menus were way too big for our small table, so we quickly chose what food we wanted so we could get rid of them. We ordered 3 raw oysters (best bite- great quality and set up), the cream of crab soup (tasty but also so rich), the chicken and shrimp gumbo (decent) to start. We also ordered the tuna poke (wouldn't recommend and needed a cracker/ vessel), the mussels (large portion but lacked flavor), the fried lobster tail (honey butter flavor was unique but was way too rich) and the crab cake sandwich (fine and great crab chunks, but nothing special). Our server was very nice and attentive, even when her coworkers dropped the ball. She went and found us bread when it didn't arrive. Our waters were always filled. We sat by the front door and the waitress computer station. During this time, a man was very frustrated with a service charge on his bill and was fussing at the manager right next to our table. The manager was sweet and took a moment to apologize to us for the commotion and sent us a complimentary passion fruit creme brûlée. It was really tasty (another best bite) and we appreciated the gesture. I would come back for oysters and a drink, but I can't say I'll be craving another full dinner in the future.
We decided to check out Loch Bar on Valentine's Day. Reservations were made weeks in advance for a table of four. Valet is available for a fee, otherwise you can do garage parking within a short walk. It was pouring rain and though the valet had umbrellas, they had me standing in the pouring rain while they got my phone number so they could send me a link to pay for my parking. They have a really nice patio out front facing Westheimer. The check in area was a little crowded especially since it was Valentine's and the weather outside, so getting through to our table was a little rough. Customer service was great. Dee was our server and he did an amazing job from start to finish. He was friendly and gave great suggestions. Our drinks, apps and entrees came out with a quickness as well. I also like that on certain days, they have live music. Even when the live music wasn't happening, they play some good jams and the place stays lively. They had it nicely decorated for the holiday as well. I started off with one of their Valentine's drink specials called You, Me, and whiskey. It was their take on an old fashioned complete with flowers inside. It was good and a generous pour. As far as the menu goes, seafood is their thing, but they have non seafood options as well. For an appetizer, we shared the Crispy Calamari. Portion was kind of small for the price but it tasted really good. For my entree, I went with one of the popular items, the Blackened Redfish. The dish was kind of sloppily plated for a fine dining establishment. To me, the dish had good flavor, but I felt the temps were off. It was just warm and I felt the fish was slightly overcooked. Maybe they premade things to get the crowds in and out on a busy night. When the check came, there was a little sticker shock. The prices online and the ones posted on their actual menus are way off. Now I don't mind paying for a good meal, but they should really be consistent with what they put online and what they actually charge. They also auto gratuity even for a table of four. Just a few things that made my visit here less than stellar. I don't see myself coming back anytime soon.
(4/5) Loch Bar has a nice, relaxing vibe, especially if you grab a seat at the bar. Our bartender, John Ross, was friendly and easy to talk to. He even reminded me of Childish Gambino (Donald Glover)! We ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo (a little spicy ), the complimentary rolls (so tasty!), potatoes with caviar--which reminded me of my bestie eating caviar with potato chips ... bad and bougie! --the mussels and frites, and the lettuce wraps. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We'll definitely be back! And a bonus: Happy Hour is every day from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you're looking for great food, good drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere, Loch Bar is worth checking out.
Loch Bar's Happy Hour menu is great with a large variety and definitely shareable. The host greeted and gave us a warm welcome. Our favorite dishes were the calamari and the beef tenderloin chops. While the moules/mussel frites didn't quite hit the spot for me, the overall dining experience was great. Perfect for date night or girls night out. It is also very dark inside.
Loch Bar Happy Hour is a hit!!! On a random Wednesday, my boyfriend and I decided to go to this happy hour (that I've seen good things about on social media). It's always 50-50 seeing viral spots online, but I decided to give it a try since the menus I saw online seemed promising. Loch Bar is located in River Oaks - when you first pull in, you'll have to look for the parking garage behind the restaurant for free parking. The front lot is just for valet ($10 valet). The garage is not a far walk from the restaurant, you'll just need to drive up 3 floors to get to free parking/non-reserved parking. It was not busy on a Wednesday at 5pm. It's open bar seating, and thankfully there were spots at the bar. There were two menus - a special oyster menu (discounted $1 oysters, originally $1.50 on regular HH days, other specialty oysters + grilled oysters for $2.50 which is a steal) and the normal HH menu. I was SO excited to see $1 oysters! I haven't found a place in Houston that generously serves dollar oysters. They were sweet, briny, and came with toppings like vinegar, lemon, tabasco, cocktail sauce, and horse radish. I order a second round after I finished the mere 4 I initially ordered. They varied in sizes, some smaller, some big. Other items I ordered: - Brussel Sprouts 4.5/5 -- these were delish! For me, a little heavy on the honey. They were pretty sweet, but my boyfriend loved them because they were that way. The red peppers they garnish on top are spicy, as a warning lol. - Loch Burger (split between 2 people) 4/5 -- double patty burger. This burger was standard. It wasn't bad. Good for the price and juicy as well. - Cheesy Tater Tots 5/5 -- Not your typical tots, they were layered and deep fried and slightly cheesy. You only get 5 pieces, but they complemented the burger nicely. They even put caviar to top! Granted, it didn't have much texture aside from being salty, but still, very fancy. The service was great. Our waters were filled at all times, and the bartenders were attentive. Only downside was, I think they gave pull apart bread with butter to some people, but we didn't get any when we sat down. I didn't see it on the menu, so not sure if they just missed us. Highly recommend this spot for a happy hour spot to chit chat and have a change of pace to your weeknight, all without breaking the bank and having good food!
$5-$10 bites for happy hour and pretty generous portions. We came towards the end of happy hour and were seated outside on the patio. Heaters were very warm! Service outside was a little on the slower side but our food and drinks came out relatively quickly. Great ambiance for a date or happy hour! - Crushed drinks: tastes like a highball, not too strong. - Moules frites: big fan of the white wine sauce, perfect for dipping bread in. Mussels were on the smaller side and fries were a little disappointing. - Brussels sprouts: so heavenly! Loved the sweetness. - Calamari: not bad but I wouldn't order it again, was on the saltier side. - Oyster shooters: would recommend the vodka over Houston style (beer) but that is personal preference! Overall great vibes will definitely be back for happy hour.
Yum, had a great experience at Loch Bar! We stumbled in after some shopping and were pleasantly surprised to find it was happy hour on a Saturday (3-7 daily!). We were greeted by kind servers and started with complimentary pull-apart bread and butter (amazing). Our table shared the chicken and sausage gumbo (slightly too peppery for our taste, but still so good and I'd absolutely order it again), moules frites, and the Loch Bar burger. The burger was the clear standout. Piled high yet somehow light with every bite rather than overly dense. Paired with a $6 draft beer, it made for a fantastic lunch. The daytime vibe was lovely with the windows open, but I feel like this spot would shine in the evening with the lights low. Can't wait to go back!
Literally the happiest hour on earth! Move over, Disney, there's a new happy place in town! Located in the beautiful Galleria row of high end and luxurious shops and restaurants, the Loch Bar is just another place to be and be seen. Every thing we ordered was absolutely delicious! The raw oysters for $1 each was the major win here. I posted the pic of the HH menu and literally ordered everything on there with no regerts. The drinks were also delicious, however, I would skip the oyster shooter with vodka. Yuck! Otherwise, the HH value, service, great tasting food and beautiful ambiance are the total package. Now, Loch it in and get your Happy!

Cute place with a GREAT happy hour! Visited Houston for a work trip and stumbled upon this place after looking for Happy Hour deals. Keep in mind it's only for the Patio and Bar areas, but there was plenty of seating. The venue was beautifully decorated and had an elevated vibe to it. My waiter was great as well. The only issue I had was that when I asked if it was possible to order a small side salad, he said yes, and it turned out to be the full sized salad listed on the menu as $15. I thought the size was weird when it initially came out, but didn't think anything of it... & didn't realize it was the full salad until the bill came. I felt like a bit of transparency would've been great. Other than that, the Oysters on the Half Shell and the Moules Frites were delicious. As well as the complimentary bread. All in all I had a pretty good experience here. I would probably come back and make sure to ask clarifying questions.
I've come here twice now for happy hour and I love! I've actually had the same server (Dwayne) both times and he is incredible! Super knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The vibe is definitely upscale. Perfect for a girls night or a date night. They even have live music on Saturday nights. And the happy hour?!? Every single day from 4-7 plus reverse happy hour from 10-1 on Sundays and Monday's I believe? So I've tried the oysters (which was my first time trying raw oysters and I think I prefer them chargrilled), the beef tenderloin (perfect), and the calamari (on the saltier side but also delicious). For drinks I've tried the sparkling house wine which I enjoyed, the lemon drops, and a French 75 which all were tasty, and more importantly, STRONG. Plus it comes with free bread which has this delicious compound butter on top - so good. Definitely need to come back to try more things on their menu :)
Had an absolutely amazing experience at Loch Bar on Friday night! We had an 8 pm reservation and showed up at 7:15 and were sat with no problem. Our waiter danzel was awesome, the food and drinks came out quick and he was really friendly and attentive. We ordered the calamari and bread to start, which was fabulous. The sauce with the calamari and the butter on the bread was to die for, so flavorful!! We also enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and shells with cheese as sides and they were family style so definitely made to share, would for sure order both of those again it was cooked to perfection. The fish and chips was huge, but fried perfectly and the fries that came with it were some of the best I've ever had. My favorite of the night was for sure the cream of crab soup, I got a cup and with everything else I was so full but it was so amazing next time I will definitely get a bowl. For dessert we got the cheesecake and it was incredible, we took it home because we were so full but it was delicious. 5 stars from me, I cannot wait to go back!!! read more

The one word that comes to mind when describing this place is: Slllllloooooooow I went with my hubs and mother in law for lunch in the middle of the week, at around 1:30ish. We were after the lunch rush, so there was plenty of seating, and I thought there would be quick service. Let me tell you, service took FOR-EV-ER (say it Sandlot style). We sat there, waiting to be greeted by our waiter. We sat there, waited for our bread (hungry as F!). We sat there, waited for our food. We sat there, and watched as another table was serviced before us. I mean, our server was nice, yes, but when I have to track down another employee and ask "what the heck is taking so long?" that's when I know something is wrong here. Because I'm not usually one of those people. But damn, Lochbar, really? You brought that side out of me? It did appear like there was only 1 server for the entire lunch area. He was hustling, probably doing the best he could, bustling from outside table to inside table. I felt for him, really I did. Briefly. But when you are hungry?!? AND you got some place to be?!? Babe! I need my food!! Bread for the table arrived at 2:15p. Food arrived at 2:20p. A whole 50 minutes after we sat down. We didn't order steak. We didn't order any overtly complicated dishes. We only had a party of 3. The pictures of the food is all we ordered. We hurried up and ate as fast as we could to get to our next appointment. Now, the food was delicious. I had crab cake with fries, super yummy and filling. Brussel sprouts delish. Hubs had Caesar salad, delish. But honestly, because we rushed to eat it, I couldn't fully enjoy, you know? Living here in Houston there isn't a shortage of gulf coast seafood restaurants or any other seafood restaurant for that matter. Loch Bar comes to Houston by way of East coast seafood more specifically the Baltimore area. Located in the same building and not more than 50 ft. down from Ouzo Bay Mediterranean seafood in the River Oaks District facing Westheimer. The interior design is a bit darker heavier scheme almost like a speak easy that lends itself well to a band each night. There is an oyster bar on the north side of the restaurant while there is booth seating pretty much in most locations. The bar is at the other end of the place, quite nicely designed with booth and high top seating. Oh, what's also nice about Loch Bar are the doors on the side are like a garage style where you can slide them up for indoor/outdoor when we get the 2-3 days of nice weather during summer. My sample sizes of dishes I've had here isn't that large but the dishes I did try warranted me in wanting to do a shout of review. I've had quite a few crab cake dishes here in Houston, but I have to say Loch Bar's Maryland style crab cakes are the best! So tasty, not overly breaded, or too much filler but the crab you can really taste. Chicken and sausage gumbo was also another dish on the top of my to try. The combination of andouille sausage, bacon, chicken and the roux really sang to my tummy. If your a fan of mussels which I am, try out the Moules Frites and go with the garlic white wine, maitre'd butter sauce. So perfect for the bread to sop up. All this comes with hand cut fries. Deviled eggs were good with a slight hint of truffle oil and is a nice bridge before the main entrée arrives. Service the times I've been here were very good and at times when the bartender or wait staff couldn't see me, one of the managers was johnny on the spot to fill in what I was trying to solicit. Food was cold, we had a waiter that did not know we were in his section until he KNEW we were in his section. However; Raul made it up, the food was cold, flavorless. and although they have arugula on the menu, they didn't have any arugula which surprises me as they just opened at 11 and we were there for 1pm. We were here for HRW 2020 lunch. Restaurant is nice and food is good. And the service is also good. Servers and manager wore masks the whole time we were there. Except the Valet guy who wore mask under his nose lol. Restaurant is surely not crowded so there is no need to worry about COVID. Let's support our restaurants during this hardship. read more

The happy hour was the best part. Mussels 5/5 Devil egg 5/5 Ceviche 5/5 Raw Oysters 5/5 Frose 5/5 The crab chowder was extremely salty. Taste like they dumb whole bag of salt. One of my favorite places to wine and dine in Houston. Where do I start?! I have been here several times and each time the place is a hit! I absolutely love the crab dip appetizer. This is a staple that I order everything I come here. The complimentary bread is also a banger. Recently I ordered the Diavlo pasta meal and it was really good and super tasty, highly recommended if you are into seafood. Drinks, I tried the flight and it was a nice selection as well as the frozen rose. read more
I don't recommend. Went here on a weekend w my boyfriend. We made a reservation so we didn't have to wait And were seated right away. The bar was kinda hard to find. Definitely dress up when you go. Great for date night it's very upscale. Service was horrible. Our server acted like he didn't want to be there or he just didn't want to serve us or both. We asked the hostess to alert our server of our needs but she ignored us too. We felt pretty unwelcome. Even a we were leaving and walking back to our car the men working valet were very rude and hanging out in the middle of exit pathways. The food was really good but I doubt that we'll go back. Houston has many other restaurants to offer that are similarly situated. read more

Went to Loch Bar with some friends and tried the restaurant week menu which we chose the deviled eggs, the lobster roll and the chocolate cake for dessert...the deviled eggs were super weird tasting so we sent them back...I think they were a bit ambitious with the truffle...the lobster tool was amazing and was the best thing we had all night...that's why I gave this 3 stars...I would have the lobster roll again...the cake was dray and not very good...we ate one bite...we also had a Cesar salad that was very average and some grilled oysters that were pretty good...I also had an old fashioned that was pretty standard as this place had a large bourbon menu...not sure I would come back...the fellowship was definitely way better then the food... read more
Review #56 Everything about this place was spectacular! When my friend asked to meet at Loch Bar, I thought we were going to a bar until I did a search. Yes they have a beautiful bar specializing in whiskey and bourbon, but it IS a restaurant specializing in seafood, but of course has several other options. Located facing Westheimer in the River Oaks Shopping District. They do have valet, but it is just as easy to park in the free garage. RO is a flashy area, so don't show up in ripped jeans or hats. Jeans are acceptable but make wise choices when dressing then up. Make a reservation just to be safe. Our server was phenomenal and so spunky! She schooled us on the restaurant. Told us about the restaurant next door and how they are sister restaurants. Same owners. There are several locations from the owners spanning on the East Coast down to Florida. Several different concepts. She said she loved working for the company and NO she didn't know I was going to be writing a review. Several speciality cocktails but we did settle on dirty martinis. Their blue cheese olives were the bomb! We also ordered oysters. The complimentary bread is to die for. I swore I'd only sample it, but that didn't turn out so well. The menu does change so be advised. We had the Canada Cup selection and they were delicious. The menu states they have one of the best lobster rolls in the nation (hard to believe when half your family lives in Boston), but I decided what the heck, lets see about that.... The roll was amazing! Huge lumps of lobster and fantastic breading! No joke these were great. My friend ordered the scallops and they were amazing as well. Bar seating as well as tables for two and larger groups. Make a reservation. Bar is open late. Only Downfall is the music is ridiculously loud. I can't understand why. Anyway Enjoy! read more

Okay not bad. I visited on a Friday night and did not have a rsvp so had to kick it in the bar area, which was cool. However, I was not going to pay $75+ a plate and sit at the bar, so just had some beverages and some bar bites. That was still a bit on the pricey side. However, met some really nice people and had a good time. For eye candy, Yes plenty of that for both men and women. Now I don't check out men but there were plenty around. For the women, yes friendly and pleasing to the eye. At least they were to me not sure if they would be as friendly to you! LOL!! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my food. The restaurant was a great vibe. There was a live musician that sounded good. The drinks were GREAT. The service was pretty good. It wasn't the greatest. Visiting once, isn't enough! During my stay in Houston, I stumbled onto the Gem, Loch Bar, and visited daily for a cocktail, or meal. Arriving, you're made to feel welcome from valet, to the bartenders. The live, acoustic ballads, performed each evening, add to the cozy design, well stocked bar, and diverse clientele. Closing at 2am, with a kitchen open late every night, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the amazing food, high caliber in not only flavor, but also presentation! If you're looking for an education with your meal, Loch Bar is the place! New to seafood; I now know more about Oysters than friends who've enjoyed them for years. The prices are fair for the cuisine offered, but come prepared to enjoy each course. Can't wait to return, and hopefully enjoy a seat next to you! Xoxo Lorenzo! read more
I loved Loch Bar! The ambiance is inviting and the staff is friendly. They seem like they enjoy their jobs. Kinda reminds me of CFA. It's a great place to go solo, a meet-up with friends or a romantic date. The one cocktail (that I had two of but can't remember the name) was really tasty, very reminiscent of tropics and the summer. The food also was delicious. I had gumbo and hushpuppies. They have live music but the musician was just setting up right before I left. So, I'd love to experience that the next time I go. I was pleasantly surprised to find that valet is only $10. For a place of this caliber, I thought it would be more, especially when less appealing places are charging double or triple to park your car in places where parts may be missing when you get it back. It's was decent. The crab dip was really good and the drinks were good. My chicken could've been seasoned better, kinda tasted like it was fried in old oil. My friend said the fish sticks were to batter-ey. Overall okay but overpriced for sure. Would return and get something else. read more
Amazing!! So it's our 5th or 6th time and as always we're super impressed! There's nothing we've tried and not liked. And we've ordered plenty! But it's not only the food. Service it's ALWAYS top notch. Amber was our server today and she's helpful, attentive and so sweet. A floor manager Tia, was also helping us and she's great! I feel like a ViP. The people here are ALL wonderful. There's one item that I have to talk about in particular because its hard to get perfect. The Mussels!! I love mussels when done well. And by well I mean less fishy, and mostly opened. So these were All opened, all attached with no empty shells, and Not fishy at all. We got the the garlic wine broth and it was amazing!! On top of it we got the happy hour portion and it was the size of an average serving, I can't imagine the dinner serving which we were told was much larger. Their happy hour food selection is great! The hubby wants to try the burger sometime. It looks delicious. They have one of the best Happy Hours in town. So there's that. They also have fresh East coast oysters and they were excellent. I had a couple I've not tried before. Mer Bleue was my favorite. So good! All shucked to perfection!! No shell at all. And I HATE getting shell. We also got in season jumbo stone crab that wasn't over cracked. Kudos to the shellfish operator!! Yum!! Also. If you're a bourbon fan you'll love the bar!! Excellent prices' $22 for a "neat" 2 ounce pour of Weller full proof can't be beat! The menu shows $19, but that's for a rox pour of one and half ounce. $3 extra for half ounce is pretty good I love that they want their pours full! They always have a nice selection and always have their own store pick of Weller Full, Blanton's, Maker's and one other. We once got to try the first Orphan Barrel, Old Blowhard. You just don't find that! Bar tenders are always great! It's hard to beat this establishment. We heard the Loch Bar was the place to go for crab cake. Prior to hearing this, we were looking at yelp pictures. We thought they were biscuits. We decided to check it out. We sat in front of the TV at the bar. Loch Bar is small so we couldn't figure out where they would stage for live music. It would be a cool place to grab an old fashion drink at night with live music in the background. Anyway, we lucked out with the timing because it was happy hour. We ordered HH pina verde, HH 6 oysters and Maryland crab cake. The oysters were small but the crab cakes were humongous, just chunks of meat. It was expensive but was worth the money. read more

My new favorite social (happy) hour in Houston! You won't want to share the gumbo and hushpuppies, because they are that good! The lobster roll was delicious, but on the smaller side. They have their own barrel picks, so Loch Bar is an easy win for all crowds. Our server, Ashley, was the cherry on top. She helped us with the oyster picks, cocktail/spirit options, and did a superb job of walking us through the happy hour and dinner menus. My advice: do yourself a favor and go to Loch Bar, ask for Ashley (the amazing vet server), and enjoy some good food. read more
Located near right near Steak 48. First let start off with the ambiance of this place. The place very nice and open. Big seating booths and nice size tables. When you sit down they give you bread with butter, but wait this isn't just an ordinary piece of bread and butter. It's topped with delicious garlic and herb butter on this nice warm bread. I wanted to eat it all but I was with a group. Now time to get to the good stuff.....food. I went for brunch, the cream of crab drizzled with sherry was delicious! Big lumps of crab meat and it had a frothy light taste to it. Definitely a must try. I decide for something different and got the grill cheese with with crab meat and it comes with fries. They grill cheese had bacon and tomato as well. For me I could the tomato could of been left out. It had a nice flavor if you are a cheese lover. Then you will enjoy this. The chicken and waffle I will say pictures did not do this just. It was like they give you the half of chicken. Very well season and crunchy. Mimosa we good various flavors, Frosa frozen rosa..yum!! Good vibes all around! The vibe here was so nice. We sat on the patio and they had live entertainment - wasn't too loud and was playing covers of various songs. We ordered oysters and wine and I also tried their ahi tuna salad which was excellent. Service was a bit slow but they called that out to us and made sure we had a good experience. read more

One of my 2022 birthday celebration began here with caviar, raw oyster selections and the Islay Whiskey Flight! The service is excellent, the food is tantalizingly sexy, and the whiskey selection is absolutely intoxicating!! It's a must! The bartender is extremely knowledgeable as well!! We went for dinner and you should probably make reservation before hand because this place get packed during dinner time. The quality of food was on par w the price. This is THE place for oysters and a whiskey drink. They do have a full library of whiskey. Enjoy your night w some live music. read more

The passion fruit crepe brûlée was so good. The grilled oysters were pretty good as well if you like cheesy things u will like it The mussels were ok. I've had better a lot of them we're not opened which was disappointing Fiancé had lobster roll and he enjoyed it but again not the best he's had read more
Stopped by here for a brunch on a Sunday. Place is strong on fresh seafood, and the Brussel sprouts are a must order. Feel like the place is still working some kinks out in the kitchen though. Crab Cake Benedict had eggs that were completely over cooked. One egg was barely runny, and the other was hard. The crab cakes themselves were pretty good with giant lump crab meat, and very fresh too. Honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts were amazingly good! Came out in an iron pan with a good roasted / crunchiness to it. Def a must order every time you come here. Sausage gumbo was pretty good as well. Not too thick, with a good flavor, and composition of sausage, perfectly cooked okra and rice. I'm a big fan of sausage gumbo, and this has probably been one of the best in a while. Ordered a platter of various fresh oysters, all pretty good and fresh. I tried some baked oysters which were pretty solid as well. Buttermilk Hush Puppies. Average, not worth the price imo. Waitress was nice enough to bring out some complimentary parmesan bread. Nice and warm, overall roll bread taste. Service is pretty good. Ambiance was nice, and you can sit indoors or outdoors when the weather is nice. Parking is pretty easy b/c of all the parking in the complex, and they have valet if you don't want to walk. read more
Went there for the first time on a Saturday night . Made reservations . Beautiful ambiance and decor . Food was delicious . Not many options on the menu though . Drinks were okay , had a dirty martini and an old fashioned . Old fashioned was descent . But we went elsewhere to get better drinks . P.S. their complimentary bread is rediculously delish! read more

Review based on happy hour only Tried this place out on a Sunday for happy hour. Happy hour is from 3-7 in the bar area only. When I got to bar, there were 2 bartenders but service was slow due to them pushing drinks out to other customers it seated outside the bar. It wasn't crowded so not sure why the bar service was so slow but I waited patiently didn't complain. To drink I ordered the pear martini which was very good. To eat I ordered the fries which had good flavor. I also ordered the deviled eggs which had decent flavor. The complementary bread with garlic butter was good too. I also ordered a cup of the crab soup which looked really good in the photos. The base flavor of the soup was good however it was hard to eat because it was extremely SALTY. I tried adding a lot of pepper hoping that would balance the flavor but it didn't compare to the amount of salt. I had maybe five bites and just could not finish so that was a waste unfortunately. The atmosphere was nice the servers were nice. Parking was fine just parked in the garage for free which wasn't far. Nice place but probably wouldn't go back on my own. read more

Would recommend getting reservations for their most popular times. This place mainly has seafood, which is pretty good. It's on the nicer high end side. In the evenings, they have live music. They also have a patio. They have a great happy hour Sun-Fri 3-7pm and their oysters at $1. They have some other items on there. Usually come here for appetizers and cocktails with friends. read more
