Two of the safe companies recommended Santa Monica Lock and safe-- and said the owner there was the only guy that could handle this type of gig. I was concerned they wouldn't want to come all the way to the valley for our safe, but they found a way to squeeze us in on a weekend. Our lock was damaged from a flood, completely locked up, and somehow he still got into it, checked to see if there was anything inside (bummer, there was nothing). He removed the dial and made some extra drill holes in case our house is ever burglarized it would be clear this is a non-functional safe.
