Well this review is coming really late and i'm sorry for that to the loco 4 tech team...well i just want to say that i was really please with the work they do here its cheap and they do it well and fast...i brought my Laptop here for them to look at as my last attempt to salvage and save my laptop for everywhere else i went with it they all told me it was a lost cause and that i should just cash in my chips and buy a new one...Loco 4 Tech said nope WE CAN FIX IT!!! and that was the answer i wanted to hear AND fix it they did....they fixed my Laptop it works like brand spanking new and i didn't have to spend a ton fixing it.. will be bringing my Desktop soon for them to look at see it i can upgrade it and how much will it cost...but i definitely will be bringing all my electronics here for a fix up in the future read more

I have used Loco 4 tech before a few years ago and they were able to fix my dead laptop and retrieve my files. I came back yesterday with another dead hard drive. Don't know why I didn't think to come to them before my apple appt. Apple of course said it would be a bazillion dollars to fix and probably not able to retrieve my files. Better to buy a new computer. I called late last night before closing and the owners Theresa and Andrew waited for me and took apart my laptop in front of me and yes, you guessed it, fixable and able to save my files I thought I lost! I have been going to this place for many years. A couple of weeks ago my 10 year old PC tower refused to wake-up one morning. I took it to Loco & and I was surprised to find new owners, Andrew & Theresa. I left the tower & within an hour I got a call that it was only the power supply that had failed. They would have it ready in about an hour for a very reasonable price. I had my computer back and working in 2 hours. Wow. Next, I bought a external hard drive to back-up my Mac. Just an update on Loco 4 Tech, but I'm hoping that others in this situation can benefit from this shop too. A friend recently had a problem with his MacBook Pro and was being told by shop after shop that he needed to buy a new computer. I called Loco 4 Tech because they've assisted me before, and they were the only shop who said they could repair the problem (not expensively either). Also, I had them upgrade a really inexpensive laptop that I'd bought from them used some time ago and several months later, it's working like a dream with no further attention. Great shop. I am so happy to have found this place! It's a husband and wife team who are both extremely knowledgable on anything tech related. After dealing with Best Buy for a month for a simple upgrade in storage space, Andrew was able to not only help, he knew what hard drive was needed, did it within 24 hrs and for HALF of the cost. Extremely fair pricing and he even surprised me by installing Word and a few needed programs for free. I came in with a 4TB drive that was somehow wiped or deleted, which had a lot of important project stuff on it that i was really hoping in recovering. A friend directed me to Loco4Tech - Andrew and Theresa were awesome and were eager to help. They were able to do a full recovery of the drive and wound up recovering 7TB of stuff. I'm not so tech savvy and somehow I managed to get my computer a virus. Went to my neighborhood computer repair store and their prices were pretty steep. Not to mention they said I would have to backup my files, since the virus was too bad. They said they would have to completely uninstall Windows and reinstall. Lucky I trusted my better judgement and found these guys. They did not have to reinstall Windows. They removed my virus for $45 and I got to pick up my computer the same day with no extra charge. They stayed late on a Saturday waiting for my redelivery of the item, and loaned me one of their shop video cards just so I could be up and running while waiting for everything. Easy to work with.
