I have to say, my friend and I have been to 4 restaurants in 3 weeks, trying to find a good place to eat often. Red lobster and Olive Garden were 2 major ones we visited and we experienced a problem with each visit, if not a couple of problems. We came into Logan's Steakhouse in Athens Al and if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The manager, Angie, was working out on the floor, helping out and she was also doing table visits with every single table that was sat. My server, Elizabeth, was simply amazing. She knew the menu up and down, she was suggestive selling, she pre bussed. I think this is my new favorite home away from home... We had the best ever lunch ever today! The appetizers were delicious and abundant. The specialty bar selections were unique, colourful & fantastic. They have an electric lemonade that is so sour and super delicious too! Their barbeque rack of ribs was so worth sharing and cooked to perfection. All our choices of food were delightful and delicious but we had hands down the "BESTEST EVER" server! His name was Johnny & he was a total pro! He didn't make us feel rushed like some servers do. He was very attentive but not imposing on our conversation. Absolutely took care of everything we needed for a fabulous time. It's time to replace your incompetent general manager. There is no order that I have picked up that has been correct and accurate. Why are the yeast rolls and drinks always omitted from every single order? Do you know how to make a yeast roll? I had an amazing experience at Logan's Roadhouse, and a big reason why was the bartender Jojo. From the moment I sat down, Jojo was super welcoming, friendly, and knew exactly how to make the experience great. The drinks were on point every time--perfectly mixed and served fast, even when it got busy. What really stood out though was the energy. Jojo made everyone at the bar feel included and taken care of, not just like another customer. It's rare to find someone who's both skilled and genuinely fun to be around, but Jojo definitely is. We were hesitant to return to Logan's after experiences in years past. But things have changed! JoJo honestly is why it runs when it does. We will not go there if she is not working. Our orders are always made correctly and come out hot. She even handles our picky kids orders! It's not super busy when we decide to go but we are always greeted upon entering either by the front staff or someone from the bar. We were traveling through and were so tired from being on the road and and got us some of the best drinks almost immediately after setting at the bar and she was very busy but still continued to give the best service and made our entire experience a joy!! we've been driving all day. We came in and saw Connie at Logan's store 047I after being on the road from Chicago all the way to Athens Alabama I wanted a decent meal and our food was amazing. I had the meatloaf. My son had the country fried steak. My brother had the country fried steak. It was exactly what we needed. The salad was fresh. Everybody was friendly. The place is clean. Our food was also good & she made sure to a so before walking away . My boys love baseball so they were happy watching a game during the wait time .
