Beware! This establishment has issues! Do not give them your business! We visited for Mother's Day and we were told there was a 45 minute wait. After 55 minutes, I met with the hostess for an update. She told me the restaurant had issues and was not going to seat anybody for the remainder of the night. I asked why I didn't receive a text when this was known and was told she didn't know how to send a group text to advise everybody ? Send a text that table is ready to everybody and then advise ‍ Lack of competence? Anyway, we've been to this establishment before and it's never impressed us. Only one star because the waitress tried to help. we went to Logan's tonight we were sat in the back room where the temperature was below 55 degrees with the air blowing full blast. This was just tragic. My Maui Steak skewers were over cooked (I ordered medium and they were well-done crispy critters). The rice was under-cooked and crunchy. The promised grilled pineapple slice was missing. My dad's medium steak was a good cut, but also over cooked. My mom's steak was undercooked and it just seemed like someone who has never cooked beef before was at the grill tonight. The service and setting was as you expect so no complaints there. The hubs and I were on vacation in Bristol Tennessee and noticed that they had a Logan's Roadhouse. We had to go and check them out as we used to go to Logan's in Arizona. The rolls were the same, their sweet tea was da bomb sooo good. Now their potato skins loaded was very good. Definitely worth trying. Our waiter was just so great we'd come back for him. Now the hubs got a cole slaw to go with his chopped steak and it was so dry pretty inedible to be honest. Steaks were good, not great they were also slightly dry. Yesterday I witnessed a grumpy old man chew out my server and a couple others because he wasn't getting taken care of fast enough, he did this in front of his young grandson, way to set a good example grandpa, NOT! My server was Jerry, never had better service anywhere! He worked his tail off keeping up while making sure we had constant refills, etc... the food was perfect and the prices are so reasonable. You people that give bad rating need to rethink this before you do it, maybe you need to be more patience in this post Covid world, it's not the other employees fault that no one wants to work. Not being very hungry that night, my wife and I shared a plate with wings, shrimp, rice and fries. We were also given a plate of rolls. The food was quite good - as usual with this chain. Our waitress was perhaps distracted. We had to ask for silverware after the food was served! Our wait was about 10-15 minutes, shorter than the 20 advertised when we asked. Long waits are common for this chain, so this was pleasantly shorter. Well this review is for service or lack there of. When we arrived we told them we had 6 total, 2 adults and 4 kids. Typically, I love Logan's. Tonight my fiancé and I went there to have dinner. The food was awesome, no complaints there. The serving experience was not great. We were seated immediately and handed menus. We sat for about 15-20 minutes before our waitress came to the table. The table behind us was also being served by her and hadn't been able to place their order either, they called another waitress over and I heard her say our waitress was "getting her stuff together" but she went ahead and helped them. When our waitress finally did come over, she seemed pretty flustered. We put our orders in and by that time we were ready to order our appetizer and entree. She asked if we were ready to order and I said yes and then she said she would put our appetizer in a few minutes before our entree so we would get it first. I told her that was fine, made sense. At this point, around fifteen minutes later, we get our drinks. The waitress who brought our appetizer (not our actual waitress) brought us the drinks when we explained the situation. So in total we had been there at least thirty minutes with no drinks. The waitress also kept coming over with food in her mouth still chewing. The table behind us called the manager over as they were having the same trouble. They got a new waitress, but ours was not changed. So, we were her only table at this point. I will say there were about 3-4 different waitresses helping our table. All were very helpful except our waitress. Near the end of the meal, the manager comes over and asked how it was. I tried to be nice and say it was fine but he asked if the service was slow, at that point I was honest with him and told him yes. Evidently it was the waitresses first night and she was struggling with just two then one tables. He was very nice and they even paid for our meal on the house. 5 months ahead, our tour guide made reservations for our prepaid meal , a 36 person senior citizen group through the bus travel service. The menu was limited for 3 choices as usual for large groups. 2 days before arrival she called the restaurant to confirm the reservation and was told the manager was not there, call back tomorrow. She did that and someone? identified as the manager confirmed the reservation for our party. The food information was discussed and was told they were ready. We came on time. No tables were set up. The wait staff handed us another sheet to fill out again with the heading clearly marked with the bus tour name. Then the fiasco began. Drink orders were taken but arrived irregularly and much delayed. The bread came without butter or margarine. After we gave up and ate the bread. The salads didn't come for another 20 minutes despite they were all the same with the same dressing. Then a giant cup of what looked like whipped plain Crisco appeared on our table, " for the bread", we were told. We then waited an additional hour for our entrees. All pork orders first. Then 45 minutes later the beef tips orders were brought out, charred to a crisp with plain mashed potatoes. 20 minutes later they brought out tiny cups of gravy saying, "We forgot". Finally the shrimp can came with another 15+ minute delay. Dessert was to be a simple chocolate cookie. Eventually the wait staff emerged, but was offered only to those few who agreed to coffee. The disorganization of the wait staff and the kitchen staff was deplorable. Then to top it off, the manager who had never been present since the start had the audacity to tell our group leader that they couldn't find a check from the bus tour company and demanded our group leader pay for our meal personally! Well, that was the last straw! The so called dinner took over 3 hours just to be served. Our group leader called the bus tour company the next morning and told the director what had happened. The bus tour director met with our tour leader at our next destination the very next day to apologize for our upsetting experience. No wonder all the Logan's are closing one by one! I will not personally choose Logan's anywhere, anymore! read more

Look, I know COVID has some businesses suffering staff shortages, but the wait we endured for our food was stupid. Nearly 45 mins for 2 burgers, a kids meal, and a 6 oz steak. What the what!? Our server was incredibly nice and doing his best and I would like to appreciate that fact. But when the food FINALLY came, the burgers were lack luster and smooshed, the kids meal looked like 1/2 of it was missing, and the steak was completely burnt on one side. BURNT! Couldn't eat it, but did we want to wait another 45 min for a better cooked one? Absolutely not. We left appreciative of the wait staff, but I had several words I'd like to share with the kitchen!! This from 12-6-2019...Made the mistake of going to this place. I ordered the Prime Rib cooked medium rare. They brought the meal out and the meat was awful. By this I mean when I tried to cut the meat with a serrated knife it was literally like sawing through a branch of a tree. I have learned enough to know that sending food back to any kitchen is not a good idea... so I just asked the server to take the plate to the manager and ask them to cut it... They took half of the price off the meal... Not a satisfactory response to a ruined dinner. Overall rating for this place is a negative star. This is usually always a great place to stop for a meal when we travel down this way. Food was great no complaints there. Only thing that was wrong with hole meal was our experience with the manager. My husband got a blue moon on draft, as always the mug was frosted. No complaints there it was so frosted though that the beer become watery half way though. We was not asking for a free beer or anything. Our server tried to fix it by replacing it with a mug that was not frosted. She went to get the manager she let us know there was nothing she could do "She wasn't giving us a free beer". We never once asked for anything for free we just wanted to see if there was anything she could since it was so watery. We never asked to speak to the manager or anything. Her attitude and and the way she handled the Situation was just rude and unprofessional. Went to Logan's yesterday and got this meal of bourbon bbq sausage and steak. The steak was some of the most tender steak I'd ever eaten and the bourbon bbq sauce was awesome. Those potatoes were pretty bad though. They were supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes, but it was more like someone scooped out a baked potato, threw on some bacon, melted some cheese, then put it under a heat lamp for 3 days. Yesterday's experience was a better one than any previous experience I'd had, so I'm glad I gave them another try. Hopefully the next time will be just as nice. read more

Good friend bought us a gift card for here I hadn't ate there in awhile, not many customers in the restaurant at that time as the race was going on and they were obviously WELL staffed as anticipation after the race rush. We ordered, they were out of some of the ingredients to make the drink I ordered, ordered onion pedals, got a salad before that, then came our main entree and then the onion pedals made it there about just in time for dessert. Wasn't offered dessert just dropped off bill, after waiting about 15 minutes we finally got up after we witnessed a family get up and leave because no one would come and get thier order.
