Has Roaches. Went here a few weeks ago w/ husband. The food was actually decent (Salad was very fresh, appetizers were better than your average chain steakhouse and the loaded sweet potato I got as a side was very good) The steak itself was tough and pretty sub-par, but the rest of the meal made up for it. I was prepared to rate this place 4 stars based on the food and service we got. That is until my husband noticed a roach crawling on the wood-paneled wall about 6 inches from my face. I was horrified, but didn't want to make a scene. He had finished his meal, and I was about 80% done with mine. Our waitress must have noticed something was wrong (she was very attentive) and came right over. When I explained the situation, she went to talk to a manager. So we were left to wait. Mind you this whole time we're standing up by our booth - Not wanting to sit for fear of more roaches, and also not wanting to walk away or make a scene for fear of people thinking we were dining and dashing... so we wait... several minutes. She comes back and says that they will discount our meal, which neither of us thought was reasonable. More time passes (at least 20 minutes from the time the waitress first notified the manager) before a manager causally walks over and offers to comp the meal. The manager's 20 minute response time, combined with the level of nonchalance (is that a word) she had about the whole thing, and the fact that at first she only offered a discount - indicated to me that complaints about roaches are probably a pretty common occurrence. If I had been at any other restaurant and noticed a roach, a manager would have been at the table in a matter of seconds. Not left us standing awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant for 20 minutes. We quickly left and won't be back. If you eat here, check the wood walls... there are 1/2 inch gaps between each of the wood panels and they are caked with food - which means its just a breeding ground for critters. I'm just editing this to add: Logan's did reach out to me via Yelp and I provided them with my contact information. I never heard back from them. This makes me highly suspicious that this type of thing may be a common occurrence. I would stay away from this establishment. read more

Ate for the first time at Logan's in Bryant this past Thursday. I arrived about 3pm, well after the normal lunchtime, so it wasn't crowded at all. An off-duty waitress entered the same time that I did, and greeted and seated me, and the waitress for my table arrived promptly. I placed my drink order and it was quickly filled. My Caesar Salad was fine, as well. Ordered the ribs as an entree. When they arrived, they were plenty tender but were covered in way too much BBQ sauce, for my liking. Once I scraped off the excess sauce, they were fine. There was one waitress that fancies herself as a singer - she's not. Her loud voice knocked my rating down one notch. Went to Logan's last night for a Kid's night out dinner with my wife. Service was slightly subpar. The waitress never picked up our menus and never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. I ordered a ribeye medium well and salad. I was not asked what dressing I wanted and had to ask for dressing once the salad was brought out. Once the ribeye came out it was obviously well done (brown through and through; should have had a bit of pink in it). Also the steak was a bit tough and I really had to saw through it to cut it up. Nice waitress but cold food and slow service. We arrived starving and were immediately seated. Things went downhill from there. We waited and waited, finally flagged down a waitress to ask who was supposed to be serving us. She got our waitress who apologized profusely and offered us a discount. Food is always prepared well, service is fine & easy location..... They had quite a bit of issues when they 1st opened but has been pretty consistent for us. Nothing inspiring necessarily but typical chain restaurant fare. Not sure why the low rating?? Ordered 2 Fish and Chips via Doordash. Doordash was prompt and driver was great. The food and staff of Logans..not so much. The food was WAY WAY overcooked. I called Logans to let them know they are overcooking the item. I did not want a free meal, they just needed to know. The lady that answered the phone said I should call Doordash "since they have all my information". I said " Doordash did not overcook my food, Logans did". She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, I said yes. Instead of putting me on hold (or at least covering the phone), I was able to hear her sarcastic conversation with the manager as well as the manager saying "well it better not be the one I sent out, cuz I know that wasn't overdone". I went there with a friend. I ordered a 8 oz. sirloin medium well. It came and when I cut it blood came oozing out and the inside was red and raw. So they took it back to cook more. It came back and it was better but medium rare. I sent it back then of course when I finally got the steak it was burnt outside and well done inside. Medium well is suppose to have a pink center. I like that we have a steakhouse in Bryant, but I've had better...The rolls are just meh & the steaks are hit-or-miss whether they come out cooked as ordered. They stopped doing the buy one get one promos, which is ok I guess...they seemed to run out of steak & potatoes on those nights. Okay so the waitress was excellent however the kitchen was def not on top of it. My salad was literally swimming in dressing, we ordered a steak (medium) and it was still bleeding when we got it. They brought us this tiny bowl of corn because they ran out then offered us another side. The French fries were gross looking and cold. They were mediocre. I could buy better quality from the freezer of my grocery store. Then the steaks came out. They were the thinnest steaks I have ever seen. They were incredibly tender and had a good mouth feel but they were totally bland. All I could taste was pepper. The mixed drink tasted like air freshener. When the waitress asked how I liked the drink she just blinked at my response. No sorry to hear that or any offer to get me another drink. When we informed her we never received our salad she just looked at us for several moments and then said sorry. She said she was going to give us $3.00 off our ticket but she couldn't print a ticket for some reason.
