One of the worst experiences ever at this location. Food was undercooked, not prepared or served as was listed on the menu and took almost an hour from ordering to arrive cold at table. When we got there we were greeted by a very friendly hostess and asked if we would like to sit in dining room or bar area so we thought we would sit in bar area. The cute blonde waitress came over and was very short with us like she hated her job to take drink order. She then came over to take order and gave the guy I was with some real attitude because he said he would take one of everything, then she continued to bitch about us taking the smallest table in the joint. Then when the guy I was with ordered and is able to get 2 sides with his lunch but says he just wanted one side she started bitching at him saying he should take the side because he's only getting shrimp. Usually love eating here but the last few times has not been a great experience and tonight was terrible. So very disappointed tonight! Server was ok but rushed. First off, I never ever do these kind of reviews. But my experience was the worst I've ever experienced anywhere! Ordered a carry out for dinner. Waitress approached me 20 minutes after I arrived to pick up the order to inform me that her card didn't work so she just put it in. Ok. 10 minutes later she tells me she wasn't sure about two of the items I wanted so she guessed. Well, no, my boys wanted cheeseburgers please! She seems flustered that she needs to go and change her guess. Why didn't she ask me when I first arrived ??? Then she totally messes up the payment. Had to get the manager twice to help her. When I finally get the food it's cold and burnt. Also missing items. The manager NEVER took charge of the situation at all! But I paid full price and left with the crappy food. I should have gotten fast food! To add to this, the teenage host was horrible. Rude to everyone walking in the door. At one point he and a bus boy dump a bucket of water with rags all over the floor. They giggle then start dumping peanuts all over the water and begin to stomp on them to crush them. Everyone is horrified. Including waitstaff who walk by. Then they pick up the rags off the floor and start to clean tables. IS THIS SERIOUSLY HAPPENING! It wasn't until a customer stopped the manager to tell him what was happening when it stopped. A waiter later came to clean up the peanut soup mess. By this time customers are leaving because of the chaos. Customers aren't being seated and the restaurant is more than half empty. There's a line out the door and no one seemed to care. That manager doesn't deserve his job. I saw him the whole time hanging out by the food "window". My family and I have enjoyed this chain, and this particular restaurant for many many years. Well not anymore. We will stick with Texas Roadhouse and O'Charlies. read more

Front end was great. Very friendly and even came outside to find us for our table. Wait staff was good, prompt and attentive. The food itself however, was a disappointment. Disgusting establishment. I came here with my husband and our 6 year old son expecting a family friendly experience, but were severely disappointed. We walked in and what was the very first thing we saw? Someone had busted nuts all over the lobby floor!! We'd heard so many good things about this place so we decided to give it a chance in spite of all the nuts that had been busted in the lobby - bad choice. Host Jacob led us through PILES of busted nuts to a table surrounded by - you guessed it - MORE BUSTED NUTS. Every guest in the restaurant was busting nuts left and right! I even saw children throwing their busted nuts at each other, like their nuts were toys to play with!!! I had to cover my poor son's eyes just so he wouldn't get blinded by a stray nut. We asked Jacob what the hell was going on here and he told us that busting nuts wherever you please is encouraged here and busted a huge nut on the ground right in front of us!! I ordered a full rack of ribs, the menu says "falls off the bone". When i recieved them i immediately asked for more sauce as they looked dry. I had to rip the bone out, i ate 4 bones. The manager never came to ask how the meal was. The waitress came when we were finished and asked if i needed a box (i still had 3/4 of rack left) i told her no, they was not any good and definitely was not fall off bone as the menu advertised. She said "well I'm sorry", then asked if there was something else she could get me. We was ready to leave. So i said no. They didn't take off nor discount my meal. I was not happy walking out of there. Twice i have gotten ribs there, didn't care for them either time. I still like logans, just don't get ribs any more. There was loud music playing, friendly staff, and the customers munching their dinner. Placed at our table, we notice a bucket with all-you-can-eat peanuts. One of the traditional traits is that each table has a bucket of peanuts unshelled on the table for you to munch on while you decide what to order - shells on the floor which adds a certain atmosphere to the room and a crunch under foot. There's also warm buttery dinner rolls placed on the table. These rolls are to die for. There so moist and melt in your mouth. Jefferson Pointe has a variety of different restaurants, shops, and cafes. Over thirty or plus places I suggest you attend a place where your certain to receive the best customer service, inexpensive, and worth your time. Logan's Roadhouse is my reference. "Welcome to Logan's Roadhouse", our waiter greeted us with a smile. The young lady was polite and gave us our menus. Of course, I ordered steak, with potatoes on the side. I recommend everyone to try their steak; defiantly, one of the best steaks in town. I always order my steaks well done, and they manage to satisfy me every time I visit. The wait was pretty intense so I decided to order a salad in the meantime. It took them no time to bring it back out. The salad was nice, fresh, and mixed with the perfect amount of ranch; not too much or too less. My friend ordered a cheeseburger. This would have been my second option. The first time I ever visited here, the cheeseburger is what I ordered. This burger is just like a normal one. It's topped with lettuce, cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. A typical burger one might consider this is not just any typical burger. Each burger is handmade with a special blend of Angus and steak. The bun is toasted and freshly buttered. A well-combined burger with just the right amount of seasoning seasoned into it. It comes with either a serving of fries or potato chips. The food portion is a large size and doesn't cost much at all. I enjoyed eating the peanuts and tossing them on the floor. The good part about it is I don't have to clean up the mess. The restaurant is perfect for a family dinner. I could see in other kid's eyes they really did enjoy it. My food finally arrived to my table. The steak was perfectly cooked like always and the meat was really tender and juicy. Not sure what seasoning is placed on the steak, but it fits perfectly with the steak sauce. The seasoning seems as if it's meant to blend in with the sauce. I'm a really picky person when it comes to steaks, because it is my ultimate favorite dish. I can truly say Logan's Roadhouse steaks hit the spot. Always come hungry and with your tummy empty. As a customer and from experience you will not regret it. I've visited Logan's Roadhouse located in Jefferson Pointe multiple times. I'm always satisfied and haven't once left without a full stomach and a smile on my face. The food brings smiles across your face. Now that should tell you something. If you haven't visited Logan's Roadhouse you're missing out on a good opportunity. After one visit you'll constantly want to visit more and more. The visits will keep coming. I've been to various restaurants and whenever I have an excuse to go to Logan's, I take it. I was a little nervous going into this restaurant for the first time, especially since I didn't even look at the menu before going here; however, my experience here was excellent. Since I didn't know the menu at all, I asked my waitress what she would recommend and I received great feedback. She first recommended getting an appetizer such as the enormous nachos or the southwest grilled shrimp. Me, not liking seafood, chose the nachos, which were good for nachos. However, if you can't handle spicy food, then I wouldn't recommend getting the jalapenos. Next, I asked my waitress what she recommended for a main meal and she responded right away as well. She recommended getting the original roadies or BBQ ribs & chicken. I chose the Original roadies. Between the time that I first received my drink, a water, I received refills when needed. The waiter however didn't come by too often and made the place better to eat at because of her mood. Within twenty to thirty minutes, I had received my food. The three mini steakhouse burgers were pretty small. Yet, I had never had made-from-scratch yeast rolls, which definitely made up for the burgers being pretty small. Usually the buns on burgers are dry but these yeast rolls were very moist and added to the burgers flavor. However, I guess if you added up all the food you get in the three mini steakhouse burgers you would actually get more out of just a regular burger. In addition, the actually steakhouse burgers tasted great. The burger wasn't too dry and was perfectly moist with flavor. Also, I received a side of fries and a side of Macaroni & Cheese. The side of fries and the Macaroni & Cheese were okay, but nothing to die for. The fries were a little dry, but I would rather have them dry than to be covered with grease. Usually when I go to restaurants and order Macaroni & Cheese, the restaurant puts way too much cheese on it. I came in when it wasn't very busy. I was seated properly however the table was filthy. When I mentioned it and asked to have it cleaned I was given an immature attitude by the millennial. My server was polite but as I'm fairly picky, I could see that she was irritated with me. I asked her to put in my steak order after I ate my salad. I normally love going to this steakhouse as I have always received great food and excellent service. Tonight was a disappointment for me. The waitress was welcoming and friendly. We ordered appetizers and that was when the fun began. Our salads were brought out right away. My salad was served with extra fiber as there was a broken wet toothpick in the bottom of the bowl. I showed it to the waitress and she requested that the manager stop by to talk to us. The manager was very busy and took more than twenty minutes to get to us. Our appetizer took more 30 minutes to be brought out. The potato skins were over cooked and dry and crunchy. Two of the three dinners were served after an hour there. Both steaks were cooked properly but one of the steaks was cold. The third dinner came out after 90 minutes. It was to be a well done roadhouse burger. The burger arrived very greasy, cold and raw on the inside. The manager comped the bill and the waitress was very apologetic. From listening to the tables around us, three other steaks at different tables took over an hour and were served cold. The kitchen at this restaurant needs to be retrained or removed before they destroy Logan's reputation. read more

We've had great experiences with Logan's in Arizona, but the Logan's out here are subpar. The one thing that made this visit better was the service. What a terrible experience. We walked in at 8:30 and right away knew we were not welcome. I have a broken leg and requested a table instead of a booth. They took us back to the tables were a majority had the chairs already stacked on top. I stopped to ask what time they closed, to which the reply was "10:00". I stated it looks like you are closing now. They pulled chairs off of a table for us to sit. Then as wait staff walked by we would get the look of disgust from them. My wife and I discussed that we felt like we were intruding on them. We ordered drinks and while we waited they started sweeping the floor. Our drinks were delivered and we ordered our meals. About that time several staff surrounded the area around our table and were sweeping right next to us. Peanut shell dust flying everywhere. We decided it might be best just to move to the bar area. That wasn't happening either. They were pulling all the tables out of the bar and sweeping in there as well. There were at least 20 other diners in the restaurant at this time. I asked to speak to the manager at this point. She asked what the problem was and I pointed and explained to her the problem. She stated "they arent supposed to be sweeping around your table". I pointed to the piles of peanut shells and dirt surrounding us. She looked perplexed and stated "what do you want me to do?" At this point we canceled our order and went home. They all smiled and waved happy to see us leave so they could finish their cleaning and get home. Never again!! read more

This is for the Jefferson location. We have eaten at Logan's before and have NEVER had such lousy food in our life. We arrived at 7:30 pm on Friday nite, ordered our drinks, appetizer and food, after waiting over an hour, our food FINALLY arrived. mind you, while sitting there waiting, I literally watched 4 different patrons enter , be seated, order food,eat their food and leave, while we were still waiting for ours. My husband ordered the salmon, I ordered the Ribeye ( My favorite). His potatoes were cold, my steak.. omg not even cooked at all the way I ordered. The waitress offered to have another one cooked for me, sure.. she came back in less than 10 mins with one. I asked her to bring a box back because I was no longer hungry The Baked potato not even cooked, steak was still not what I asked for plus no flavor at all, you couldn't even cut through it due to how tough it was. I proceeded to ask for the manager. Manager came and had all kinds of excuses as to why we waited so long for our food, when I blatantly called her out said BS, I personally saw several people come in after us, order, eat and go while I still waited for our food. She continued on with excuses and offered NO apologies(management is a joke!) the couple next to us confirmed to her what I had just said. Our intent was to have a good meal, relax after a long work week & we received neither. We will NEVER, let me repeat this.. we will NEVER visit Logan's again... My advice, hire a better manager, she does NOT know her job, and HIRE REAL COOKS.. NOT KIDS!!! read more
