First time visitor with my family of 7. We parked at the wrong door (to go door), but were impressed as we were greeted by a manager who was walking out of that door. We were immediately greeted and seated. The initial table was not large enough but they were hospitable enough to move us to a more comfortable table. The waiter was a bit awkward, but nice. The manager (Paul) walked around and greeted us once again. I appreciate that they use real glasses. The yeast rolls and butter are outstanding! We all tried something different, but it was all good! We were in a bit of a rush after a long day so we didn't stick around for dessert. Our tab came to $182 after tax and tip for the 7 of us. We would certainly return!

Well done steak tha was supposed to be medium rare

Kitchen service was awful! Waitress was ok, but nothing to write home about. First, my husband ordered the Logan. His steak came out perfect. His sweet potato was burnt. He sent it back to get another one. It was also burnt. He also ordered fries, extra crispy. They came out barely cooked. Sent them back. Second batch came out much better. Now for mine....my birthday meal. Tea was served with very little ice. My T-bone was ordered medium. Beautiful cut, but came out well done. Sent it back. Second one, same thing. Third time it was cooked right, but not a good cut. Didn't have any meat on the filet side. Made it much smaller than the others. My fried apples were cold, like right out of the refrigerator cold but the plate was warm so I asked my waitress about it and yes, fried apples come out of the refrigerator and are heated in the microwave. Also, the potatoes are baked in the morning and kept warm all day long. So that's why husband got two burnt sweet potatoes and I got one burnt potato. Lastly, I tried to use a coupon for a free dessert (birthday, remember), only to find out this location doesn't accept them because they are a franchise and not part of corporate. At this point, my husband and I requested a manager. She did not seem surprised at all about our experience. She was full of excuses. There were two large parties in the restaurant, but the rest was not even half full. Supposedly, these two parties created a back up in the kitchen. That was supposed to explain all of the over and under cooked food. So she comped my meal and took off my husband's potato from the bill. I told her we were not looking for free food, we just wanted to make aware of the problems we experience during the 2 1/2 hours that we were there. I left without even eating my steak. I took it in my potato home to eat in peace. Needless to say, we will not be back for quite some time if ever. Tomorrow night is my husband's birthday, and I can guarantee you we will not be eating at Logan's.

TLDR: Flavorful steaks cooked to order. Reasonable prices and large portions. Easy online ordering and curbside pick-up, just make sure you use the correct website. We continue to regularly order from here. We struggled finding the correct online menu at first, but a friendly employee helped me figure out the issue. The issue is the corporate website versus the Carolina website. What you want is the logansinthecarolinas website, not the logansroadhouse one listed as the website on Google and Apple Maps (see pictures for more details). Now that we know which website to use, ordering has been a breeze. It is quick and easy to place an order online and pick up curbside. Our orders have been accurate and ready on time. The portions are large and prices reasonable. The steaks are cooked to order and marked appropriately. Our favorites include the sirloin, bacon cheese fries, steak salad, baked potatoes, and yeast rolls! Overall, we plan to continue dining here and recommend it to others.

Logan's has a large parking lot surrounding the business. There is also a separate entrance for pickup orders. Inside there is a large bar and several tables. We came during lunch & were seated right away. Our server was friendly & came right over to take our drink orders. She later brought over complimentary warm rolls and butter. The rolls were soft and tasted good. I ended up ordering a ribeye steak which came with two sides or one side and a salad. I got the house salad & a baked potato. Everything tasted good. The portion sizes were great for the amount of food that we were given. I had food leftover after I ate my lunch. I would definitely return.

Went for lunch. The steak was alright, but not worth the price. It was a bit dry. The veggies were good. The staff was friendly, but the food was just average.

Quick little dinner date for the family. As always Logan's is my go to place for steak and ribs. I also enjoy the salads and bread that comes out before the meal. Staff is always friendly providing service with a smile.

And they he bring FrEE YEAST ROLLS too!!

The service was top notch as well. All of the wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and took care of our large group well. I started with the Old Fashioned Flight, with their Aged Old Fashioned, one with Old Forester 1920, and one with Buffalo Trace that they said was their restaurants pick. The first 2 were really good, but I think they gave me the wrong drink, because the one with BT didn't taste like it had any bourbon in it at all. But the waiter switched it out for me with a Tequila OF, which was really good. They brought out two salads for the table, and their Cesar Salad was really good, the dressing was so good. I ordered the Australian Lamb Chops, which were amazing. Simply seasoned, but done so well. I ordered a side of Chimichurri sauce, and it was not needed at all. My wife had the meatloaf, which was delicious, and the group all enjoyed their meals and drinks. We left full and happy. I definitely recommend you add this place to you list if you've never been.

The restaurant is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable, and the hosts and servers have been excellent every time. We made reservations once through OpenTable and once by phone -- both were easy, and reservations are probably a good idea since they stay busy. The food has been great both times. On our first visit, my husband and I shared the ribeye and loved the flavor. Their Caesar salad is also surprisingly unique and delicious with broccolini instead of a traditional Caesar style. I also really appreciated being able to order a single Rockefeller oyster since most places require a half dozen minimum. The second time we visited for an early Mother's Day dinner with my son and shared the off-menu tomahawk, which was excellent as well. The only consistent issue we've had has been steak temperature. We usually order medium, but their interpretation of medium has come out significantly more rare than expected. The first time, we had to send the steak back, and they asked us to identify only the undercooked portions to recook separately, which was a bit awkward and something we hadn't experienced before at a steakhouse. The second time, we tried being more specific and even requested an approximate temperature around 140°, but the steak came out closer to medium-well. That said, the flavors, atmosphere, and service have been so enjoyable that we'll absolutely keep coming back. We're just hoping we can eventually land on the perfect medium steak on a future visit.

We made a rookie mistake: no reservation. Day before Christmas Eve. The only table available was by the door, which, for us, is a hard no. It was already chilly outside, and sitting by the door means constant drafts, tense shoulders, and food cooling faster with every opening. Not ideal, especially when you're settling in for a proper steak dinner. To their credit, the hostess tried everything--even showing us the reservation layout for the evening. The owner came over personally, and in the end, our options were simple: take the door table or come back at 7:30 pm when more tables would open. We were hungry, but we chose comfort over impatience. My dad left his number just in case a table opened sooner. We went home, had light snacks, and--surprise--got a call at 6:55 pm. Not only was a table available, it was a booth. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how they run this place. Stellar Client Care. When we returned, the owner John Linderman, met us at the door--warm, apologetic, and genuinely appreciative that we came back. The entire staff operates like a well-oiled team, with hospitality that feels intentional rather than performative. It's been a good while since I experienced an owner manager stop by every table to check in. A gesture from better dining times. Now, the food. We ordered: * Stuffed Shrimp with crab meat * Sausage bombs * Prime rib * A tomahawk ribeye to split I don't know if Harvey John's is officially farm-to-table, but the steak tasted incredibly clean--like actual beef. As a native New Yorker living in Los Angeles, I've eaten at many top-tier steakhouses--BOA, Ruth's Chris, Musso & Frank, Nick & Stef's, Steak 48--and I can confidently say this tomahawk was more flavorful and tasted fresher than all of them. Who knew a small-town North Carolina steakhouse would deliver a truly high-end experience? I'm no chef, but I do have a refined palate, and this meal was memorable. Honestly? If Michelin ever looks this way, they should take note. It's comforting to know you can leave one of the biggest food cities in the world and still find a steakhouse worthy of becoming a new regular favorite. Pro tip: Make a reservation--just to be safe. Cheers to Harvey John's.
